It may be that the place was clean, but it had a seedy feel and look to it especially in the the stairwell and halls. The staff person checked us in and took our credit card and just before we took our bags to walk upstairs to our room he told us that the hotel had no water due to a water main problem with the town. He said it would be up and running shortly. We should have been informed of this from the beginning. Also, residents in homes near the hotel told us they had no water. We left and went to another town. The hotel worker assured us we would not be charged.

When checking in the owner stated that the city was working on water lines and there would be no water for 5 hours. This was fine with us as we were leaving for our event after checking in. In the morning we attempted to shower and there was no pressure to start the shower, so we were unable to shower. Upon checking out the owner had taped a piece of paper to the front door saying that the motel had no water. There were other visitors taking a picture of the note taped to the door, so others were as disappointed as we were. Our room was clean but the bathroom could use some work, replace toilet with the higher type toilet and the sink fixtures were missing parts and the drain was rusted. I used my Hotels.com free room to stay here so the small amount I had to pay out of pocket wasn't a great loss other than the loss of a free stay at a better place. We frequently stay at Super 8's when traveling and this is not a place we would ever stay at again.

I spent five nights at this hotel in a room with a king bed on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well. My room was at the end of the hallway, convenient to parking and laundry facilities but also to the ice machine. It didn't bother me but light sleepers should request a room further away. My room had a small fridge with freezer compartment and a decent 750W microwave. Wifi was good. The hotel is located about a quarter mile from the I-55 exit. Two gas stations with convenience stores, a car wash and a McDonalds are in the same area. Historic Route 66 is about a quarter mile east. The staff at this hotel was very kind and helpful. A modest breakfast was available and rates were reasonable. I felt appreciated as a guest and as a person. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 120 for 1 night. The washing machine and dryer are right outside the door and the noise intrudes loudly in the room. After the washing was finished, it was quiet. There are no convenient outlets at the desk for plugging in a computer. Pushing the on button for the TV got me a "not connected" message on screen. The bed was comfortable. The room could use a refresh. The included breakfast was OK, but not up to the standards of other Wyndam properties.

Comfy beds, nicely remodeled room. Checked in late at night and was off early the next morning. For a place to sleep for a few hours, it was great. Convenient off the highway. Plenty of parking. "Free breakfast" consisted of 3 cold cereal choices, a few danishes, and coffee - so not great, but it will suffice in a pinch.

Checked out 15 minutes after checking in. Beds had stains and hair on them and what appeared to be dead bugs. Black marks all ever dingy white sheets. Hotel would not refund BEWARE, stating we had used th room.

Only hotel offered on this website. Room was sub-par. Bathroom door would not stay closed. Very dated room, every thing felt worn out. If you can stay somewhere else I would. We chose this place because it was the location to meet up with a friend and retrieve items from a storage facility

While the hotel can use some basic repairs, it was clean and comfortable. My last stay the hotel.was busier, so it was noisy. This time it was quite. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, basic, but they made sure we were finished prior to clean up, as we were just chillin in the lobby. I would stay again when in the area for events.

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom door didn't latch had to block it to stay closed. I reserved a 2 bed roo.. they only had 1 king bed. The front desk argued with me about it. Because we were there for special Olympics no other rooms were available. I believe Hotels.com should take some responsibility for offering a place like this. It was the worst Hotel I ever stayed at and would recommend it be shut down until it is updated and cleaned thoroughly.

They never gave my deposit back, and we caused no damage to the hotel. It was a $100 deposit, so I ended up paying $180 for one night! I could have slept at the Marriott for that and been happy.

Comfy beds, nicely remodeled room. Checked in late at night and was off early the next morning. For a place to sleep for a few hours, it was great. Convenient off the highway. Plenty of parking. "Free breakfast" consisted of 3 cold cereal choices, a few danishes, and coffee - so not great, but it will suffice in a pinch.

It's okay. The room was clean but looked messy from multiple patches. The desk staff was friendly. They offered breakfast, but there was no waffle mix and the other options were old and stale. There was no one available to help.

I spent five nights at this hotel in a room with a king bed on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well. My room was at the end of the hallway, convenient to parking and laundry facilities but also to the ice machine. It didn't bother me but light sleepers should request a room further away. My room had a small fridge with freezer compartment and a decent 750W microwave. Wifi was good. The hotel is located about a quarter mile from the I-55 exit. Two gas stations with convenience stores, a car wash and a McDonalds are in the same area. Historic Route 66 is about a quarter mile east. The staff at this hotel was very kind and helpful. A modest breakfast was available and rates were reasonable. I felt appreciated as a guest and as a person. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 120 for 1 night. The washing machine and dryer are right outside the door and the noise intrudes loudly in the room. After the washing was finished, it was quiet. There are no convenient outlets at the desk for plugging in a computer. Pushing the on button for the TV got me a "not connected" message on screen. The bed was comfortable. The room could use a refresh. The included breakfast was OK, but not up to the standards of other Wyndam properties.

While the hotel can use some basic repairs, it was clean and comfortable. My last stay the hotel.was busier, so it was noisy. This time it was quite. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, basic, but they made sure we were finished prior to clean up, as we were just chillin in the lobby. I would stay again when in the area for events.

We stayed here for the race in Fairbury. Was a clean room. Air worked good. Shower was good. Not a 5 star hotel but good for what we needed to use it for. Staff was nice.

The non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. Very old, small, and poorly maintained rooms. Check-in took forever even though it was already paid for and we were the only people there. It’s the only hotel in Chenoa but I would stay elsewhere and drive further next time.

The room was clean and comfortable, nice T V, bathroom was clean. Property was clean. Free wifi was not found. Nice place for overnight stay, very reasonable rates.

Parking was ok. Small Hotel and parking is limited. Do not bring a large truck and trailer. They are replacing the beds with new ones. Saw a dozen beds that were removed out side. Did not eat breakfast.

This was a good place to spend the night, but the only complaint I have was that the hallway had a "beefy" scent to it, like someone was cooking. Breakfast was okay, plenty of parking spaces, and clean and well-stocked room.
