The room was nice at first glance but because the jacuzzi is in the room, everything felt damp, the bed sheets felt damp all our clothes smelled musty in the morning, and the floors were wet and mirrors were all fogged up. It seems like a great and cool idea to have a jacuzzi right there, but it was pretty gross in the room because of it.

This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. Also the hot tub was freezing cold. The hot tub was really nice and new, just not hot. They offered to love us to an upstairs room, but we were so disappointed we just left. And they refused to refund us… not impressed. Also the room gave me a terrible headache with an awful floral scent coming from somewhere…we left 20 mins after checking in and We checked into the Phoenix downtown Zakynthos instead (paid for 2 hotels) and loved the new place closer to town and restaurants.
