Hotel La Rosa Blu

1. The actual location was NOT the one I booked. After arriving at the indicated address, the property manager came to take me to a completely different address (that is not nearby), claiming that the original location is now fully booked and that he will put me in a totally different b&b that he also manages. This is very sketchy. 2. It was absolutely not as advertised. There is no garden or terrace/patio , or anything relating to a seafront location. It is simply a private room in a regular apartment. 3. My booking included breakfast, and the property description itself describes the following « a serene escape with breakfast, a peaceful garden, and stunning views from the terrace. ». However , they did not offer me any breakfast whatsoever and said that this accommodation does not include breakfast. 4. I also booked it because they claim to offer a shuttle bus to the airport. However, they don’t. They offered me to pay for a taxi as an extra charge. 5. The AC unit in the room is controlled by the administrator, I could neither change the temperature or any other control on my own. I had to message the property manager every time I needed an adjustment. 6. It’s an apartment, on the first floor of a building, with entrance / kitchen & 4 separate rooms each with its own bathroom. Very basic. ABSOLUTELY NOT AS SHOWN IN PICTURES OR DESCRIBED.
