I love this house so much, I have just booked it again.I particularly admire the passive heating and cooling built into it.Will speak with you, Peter and Mia, about the barbecue which may be past its use-by.A sturdy, calm and sheltering space in a wonderful part of Victoria,

We (three friends) enjoyed a three-night stay at the house, which has a perfect layout for this: three bedrooms in different parts of the house, each with their own adjacent bathroom. We spent most of our time hanging out in the central kitchen / dining / living area (which has an excellent bluetooth sound bar and an effective air conditioner), but there are two other lounge rooms if you want time to yourself. The beach is only five minutes away. We would stay again 100%.
