Yay: beautiful views, great open spaces, lots of sleep areas, bunkhouse has its own kitchen and bathroom space; also enjoyed spa/pool; convenient locationRoom for growth: it felt like the house had been cleaned but not recently used- spiderwebs in corners, blinds & under couches had dust, roly-polies on floor and on top of one beds, dishwasher hinge would not work. Toilet handle in primary bath would easily become disconnected & NO water pressure in shower. Girls all washed hair in upstairs shower. Stairs to river would be unsafe with anything in hands or with young kids. We would not sit in outdoor lounge chairs due to black mold in cushions. Bunkroom bathroom light blinked like a strobe light. First night primary bed’s middle bracing slat was unattached making the bed unstable. It was immediately fixed next morning. Thank you! Place just needs a little TLC. Overall we would stay here again as it is a great space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful home with really great view. Kids loved the cocktail pool. Only downside was the steep walk to and from the river.
