房間細一點。 裝物件嘅櫃桶唔夠，接載嘅巴士服務不足，來回市中心，常常浪費二十至30分鐘。 來回機場，巴士太耐，一小時先有一班。其他酒店通常都是20分鐘一班車。

No gym but super easy and nice stay.

Close to airport but shuttle bus service can be improved by adding more buses (or frequency)

This was a lovely hotel. I appreciated the design of the rooms and very comfortable bed! I think the frequency of the airport shuttle could be increased. Staff were responsive and helpful.

The main reason I booked this airport hotel was for the free airport shuttle. Nowhere on the booking site were the shuttle hours listed. The shuttle only begins to run at 6:45am from the hotel, which means if you have a flight before 9am you are out of luck. Also it was difficult to locate the Sheraton shuttle from the airport terminal. Suffice it to say an airport hotel should make the shuttle information prominent, hence my 2 star review. It was a waste of money to get this hotel as I had to get a taxi. The hotel itself was nice.

Airport shuttle only comes once per hour and was 25 mins late. Was not very happy about either of those facts. It might be something that would cause me to book a different hotel. After traveling for 22 hours I was not feeling like sitting in the waiting room for another hour. At this level, they ought to be able to add another shuttle.

I was not happy with the evening buffet . Western choices following 13 days of mostly Asian food was a big disappointment . The carved meats were 70% fat . Few other choices that evening for the 20 bucks I paid . No pool was also disappointing . Guest can spend 25 dollars for access to the facilities next store at the Sheraton! Beds are very comfortable .

Close by to the airport for our 24 hour layover. Had a free shuttle to the train station and airport. Wish the airport shuttle ran more often, but was still a good perk.

Very good hotel, they offer a shuttle to both the airport and the Tung Chung MTR station which we made use of several times. There is a Seven Eleven across the road. The room was a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like a literal cloud. The breakfast options were good with enough variety for everyone. They have water refill stations on every floor which we appreciated as we were traveling with our own water bottle (although there was also a reusable water bottle avail in the room for use during your stay). The only thing I didn’t like about our room was that there were only USB / charging ports on one side of the bed (not the side I was sleeping on). We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Disneyland HK - we went for 2 days. Getting there in the morning was really easy as its only one stop to Sunny Bay station where you switch over to the Disneyland resort line. Worth mentioning that getting back to the hotel in the evening (after the fireworks) its a lot more crowded in the stations, so it might take a little longer to get back. The shuttle bus runs until 10:30 at night, as the fireworks was at 21:45 that evening, we only managed to get back to Tung Chung station after the last shuttle bus and had to opt for an Uber instead. We managed to catch the shuttle back on the 2nd night. Overall very happy with our stay and with the Four Points by Sheraton brand. It was our 2nd stay with this brand over our 3 week trip and both times we were happy.

Airport shuttle was right on time for pick up and drop off. The room was clean however, shoer tiles had mildew.

As I told the receptionist at check in. The airport transfer information online need urgent updating. Discretions are wrong. I was too late and had to call an uber. The person deployed to work at the airport needs communication training. He is clearly not the right fit to work in customer service. After check in I was offered breakfast as compensation. I appreciate the offer but I’m not a breakfast person. My father who was traveling with me had a look at the breakfast and was delighted but the selection. The room was as expected. Smart, compact, practical. Unfortunately my linen had two red wine stains. It was around 1am at this time and I was too tired to go back to the reception I’d love to send you the uber receipt and also the pics of the red wine stain. A reply is highly anticipated

My room was not vacuumed, but the bed was very comfortable and clean. The view was spectacular, (and quiet, I could hardly hear the planes). I would highly recommend this hotel. Improvement to find the shuttle definitely needs work! Maps are too vague.

Staff is nice. However the soundproofing of the hotel room door is very poor. There are many guests in the hallway talking loudly and running around, which makes it quite nosiy.

Great shuttle service between airport and hotel and the outlet mall. My only negative is the lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough to use the mirror.

Outside of hotel was very loud. Sound of airplane taking off and landing, and to make the problem even worse, sound of people partying outside. Apparently there is a small dining and partying area where people can drink. Either the window should be thicker to prevent noise or make a rule for people not to go crazy after 11pm I can put up with overpriced drinks and snacks, but I would never ever stay in this kind of hotel

The hotel is only 10 minutes by complimentary shuttle from the airport. My room has a good view and well appointed.

Prima hotel als je in de buurt van het vliegveld wilt slapen. Kamer is niet groot, 2 koffers open leggen is een uitdaging. Ontbijtbuffet zeer uitgebreid, wifi werkt goed. Hotel heeft gratis shuttlebussen van en naar het vliegveld en metrostation. Dat is top!

The room was very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very good. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle into the subway was perfect.

The airport shuttle service is always punctual and well-organized. On my checkout day, the 8:45am shuttle from the hotel to the airport was full, but they quickly arranged another one with remarkable efficiency. I've been staying at Four Points Sheraton Tung Chung for three years now, and their service has consistently been excellent. A special thanks to Cindy, my attentive housekeeper who tidied my room daily, keeping it neat, fresh, and inviting.

Terrible service how is possible no english I call them looking for the shuttle bus and cant understand nothing high price for nothing good

The room was booked for a layover after a long flight from the US. It had to be booked for the night before as the flight didn’t come in until 6.30 the next day. This is a practice we have done previously at this hotel, so we can take a few hours rest in the room before heading back to the airport for our next leg of the trip. Unfortunately this time they cancelled the room as a no show and advised when we arrived we would have to pay again if we wanted a room. Unhelpful staff and as they were the party that made the cancellation incorrectly should have made sure a room was made available.

When we were at the airport, my husband found out he lost his phone. We call hotel immediately and ask for help. I told them we sit at the lobby and the shuttle bus before we left to airport. Within 5 minutes , they found my husband’s phone. It was slipped on the lobby’s sofa seat. We really appreciate their service.

The only thing I didn't like was check-in. Very messy and too drawn out. Should be much quicker and simplified.

I like that it’s so convenient to every part of Hong Kong by bus and subway. The services have alway been good, they accommodate my physical needs and give me the same room (close to the elevator) in each of my visit. I was once in a rush and was not nice to the front desk staff, she managed to be patient and stayed composed. I appreciate every one of their staff.

Hotel was very clean, very comfortable, and had a great view. The airport shuttle and the MRT shuttle were super helpful! Those were our favorite perks to this hotel. The hotel is right next to the boardwalk along the water. It’s a peaceful walk, with beautiful views. The MRT shuttle takes you to the nearby city gate outlet. That’s a huge mall with tons of stores to shop and restaurants to eat at. It was very convenient to be so close to it. We would stay at this hotel again if we visited Hong Kong again!

All is perfect. Good for a short stay around airport. Closed to Outlet Shopping centre. Shuttle to airport and Citigate are provided. Public transport is convenient too.

Overall great option for a layover stay nearby the airport. Hotel is very clean, breakfast offers many choices and very quiet rooms. Nearby the hotel there is not much (7/11 though across the street). What could be improved is sending free shuttle transfer information together with the booking confirmation and improving the bus signage to be more viable (very easy to miss).

Shuttles are convenient to and from the airport. Very close to disneyland, about 8 minute drive. Ammenities inside the hotel are fully adequate. Would recommend the breakfast buffet. Close to a 7/11 and laundromat if needed as well as outside eating options.

Disappointing. An airport hotel which doesn't offer breakfast before 6.30am. I had paid for breakfast and had planned to enjoy before 6.45am checkout. I managed to arrange to collect a breakfast box and latte on checkout instead. Waste of time, got a black coffee and 5 small dry pastries that looked like they came off yesterdays buffet. Inedible.

The lunch in their restaurant (the lounge) was horrible. I ordered two burgers and the patties were overcooked so dry as charcoal. It was so obvious that they neglected the meat when cooking. The calamari is ok compared to the horrible burgers. The shuttles to airport and MTR are actually very accurate and convenient.

The hotel was very conveniently close to the airport. Four Points offers bus shuttle to the airport. This makes it so easy for us to plan. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with delicious options in a very comfortable setting. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great rest before our 16 hour flight home.

Een geweldige shuttle service naar airport en metro. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze suite. Echter zowel het ontbijtbuffet als het dinerbuffet was zeer dit hotel onwaardig. Zeer beperkt gefrictuurde kippenpoot wat curry, geen aardappelproducten of gebakken rijst. Gelukkig voldoende andere eetgelegenheden. Prima de kamercleaning, water volo tapbaar bij de lift.

Really good stay, great location for exploring this part of Hong Kong. Breakfast buffet extensive, really liked the made to order omelette. However it can be very busy so getting a table can be a challenge at these times. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We managed to get early check in which was very welcome after a long night time flight.

We had a wonderful stay . Room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lasy accidentally broke my friend's trimmer and the guest manager waa nice enough to give us wine and madeleines. The buffet at rhe restaurant was ok. Not too good but ok for the price.
