酒店整體設計美得令人讚不絕口, 室內設計細緻用心, 令人有放鬆和渡假的感覺. 美中不足的是房間比較窄, 所以浴室相對比較小, 但由於景觀絕美而且毫無遮擋, 所以不影響觀感. 一定要使用健身室, 對著整片海景做運動, 倍感舒暢. 早餐質素亦非常高, 款式很多之餘, 味道亦非常好, 尤其pastry一角更是令人印象深刻. 不過或許顧客太多而職員太少, 看得出餐廳每位職員都非常大壓力, 請關注員工情緒健康. 另外請別開車過來, 日泊$500實在太昂貴.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. We even extended our stay here a few days longer because we enjoyed our room and view so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the ocean view rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby islands, and the service at the hotel is top notch. What made a standout different was that we were always greeted with a smile and helpful staff when we came to the hotel in a taxi or uber; they opened the door for us, helped us hold any baggages as we got in and out of the car, and were friendly and kind with our little toddler. The pool here has a stunning infinity view as well. Thank you to the Fullerton hotel staff for making our weeklong stay in Hong Kong so enjoyable.

今次同孫仔來酒店慶祝生日，酒店整體是唔錯，員工親切有禮，房間環境整潔，但浴室比較細，只有淋浴間。泳池是整間酒店的賣點，非常大，很多人打卡多過游泳，還有兒童遊戲室，每日有四十五分鈡免費入場，孫仔可以玩足兩日，非常開心。

I was expecting to use the pool with my friend , unfortunately it closes super early at 7 so we went down around 6:30 cuz it’s was too hot , can’t expose too long under the sun . There were too many kids in the pool, one kid crash in us badly . Staff should be aware of it and ask that kid to not swim so aggressively . But the staff itself is rude , asking everyone to leave at 6:50 , not even sunset yet . Hope the management can set adult pool time at night n day for kids perhaps and train the staff better

As you would expect for a 5 star it was beautiful. The location for views is one of the best on the island in my opinion and it’s quiet, the only noise is the low hum of a passing boat from Aberdeen. All staff are extremely attentive and polite. Why don’t I think it’s 5 star? a few things. Weirdly most of the external doors to the outside area were all closed, you had to root around for an entrance. The corridor carpets did not look like they were vacuumed very often, but my main gripe is the outdoor pool and area. No food or drink is allowed by the pool, not even a coffee in a cardboard cup. The children’s area is absolutely brilliant for them - however all the kids wanted to do was get into the ( not to hot) hot tubs so there was no peace for adults that end of the pool, I was splashed so much. I think the pool should be for over 16’s only seeing as they have so many rules ( closed for an hour at noon and at 7pm). The pool wasn’t heated and the hot tubs were only a couple of degrees temp above the non heated pool so whilst it looks amazing it was not the luxurious experience I’d hoped for.

Getting there is not difficult given the shuttle bus. In general, the service is okay and you can’t fault the view! The only downside was that we were given a room that was a connecting room to next door. This meant that we could hear some noise from next door (a child saying “papa” in Cantonese and some noise from moving around the chair?). It wasn’t disruptive but did make us a bit self conscious and mindful if we were making noise. We slept really well though and the view from the room in the morning was well worth it.

The view of the ocean facing room is so spectacular. The surrounding of the hotel also very beautiful. Room is spacious and clean, shower very good. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour from/to the Ocean Park station, it's ok if you don't need to travel to the other part of the city very often. Dinner and breakfast buffet not really worth paying full price, haven't tried the other dinning options.

I really appreciate the cleanliness and the spacious environment. I think the reception staff gave me a room upgrade with a birthday cake (whole cake) after seeing my identity card - non-requested and unmentioned. Dinner buffet was offered at a 40% off discount. The stay was very enjoyable.

暑假入住，㩦老扶幼，訂了兩間房間。2:30pm排隊登記，3pm辦理手續，當下職員表示房間需要再等候30分鐘。 3:45pm主動聯絡職員，表示要到泳池，希望能盡快取得房間，職員回應房間已完成清潔，惟需進行最後檢查，應該4pm可以安排入房。 4:10pm再次聯絡職員，職員仍未能回覆何時才能準備房間。我們表示小朋友年幼，怕太晚到泳池會涼，而且無了期等候亦不恰當，所以我們不會再等，會先到泳池，請職員盡快安排。 5:30pm 我們聯絡職員查詢，並表示有幼兒及老人急需沐浴，希望職員能從速提供房卡。意想不到的是職員的態度仍是敷衍散漫，甚至當我們站在走廊等候時，送房卡的職員非常輕挑，晃動着掛繩，哼着歌慢慢地走過來。我們理解暑假人流較多，但由原定入住的3pm到最後5:30pm才能取得門卡，這個時間的延誤不能接受。最令人失望的是，職員一而再，再而三地拖延，過程中我們多次表達有幼兒及長者，需要房間沐浴，職員亦沒有積極跟進，一次主動回覆都沒有，這個服務質素完全不能接受。

暑假入住，㩦老扶幼，訂了兩間房間。2:30pm排隊登記，3pm辦理手續，當下職員表示房間需要再等候30分鐘。 3:45pm主動聯絡職員，表示要到泳池，希望能盡快取得房間，職員回應房間已完成清潔，惟需進行最後檢查，應該4pm可以安排入房。 4:10pm再次聯絡職員，職員仍未能回覆何時才能準備房間。我們表示小朋友年幼，怕太晚到泳池會涼，而且無了期等候亦不恰當，所以我們不會再等，會先到泳池，請職員盡快安排。 5:30pm 我們聯絡職員查詢，並表示有幼兒及老人急需沐浴，希望職員能從速提供房卡。意想不到的是職員的態度仍是敷衍散漫，甚至當我們站在走廊等候時，送房卡的職員非常輕挑，晃動着掛繩，哼着歌慢慢地走過來。我們理解暑假人流較多，但由原定入住的3pm到最後5:30pm才能取得門卡，這個時間的延誤不能接受。最令人失望的是，職員一而再，再而三地拖延，過程中我們多次表達有幼兒及長者，需要房間沐浴，職員亦沒有積極跟進，一次主動回覆都沒有，這個服務質素完全不能接受。

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. We even extended our stay here a few days longer because we enjoyed our room and view so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the ocean view rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby islands, and the service at the hotel is top notch. What made a standout different was that we were always greeted with a smile and helpful staff when we came to the hotel in a taxi or uber; they opened the door for us, helped us hold any baggages as we got in and out of the car, and were friendly and kind with our little toddler. The pool here has a stunning infinity view as well. Thank you to the Fullerton hotel staff for making our weeklong stay in Hong Kong so enjoyable.

I was expecting to use the pool with my friend , unfortunately it closes super early at 7 so we went down around 6:30 cuz it’s was too hot , can’t expose too long under the sun . There were too many kids in the pool, one kid crash in us badly . Staff should be aware of it and ask that kid to not swim so aggressively . But the staff itself is rude , asking everyone to leave at 6:50 , not even sunset yet . Hope the management can set adult pool time at night n day for kids perhaps and train the staff better

When pressing the "Customer Service Button" on the phone, (forever) nobody answering the phone. The shower head (water pressure) is weak. Shuttle service is confusing at one of the MTR Stations. We're being told that shuttle bus will only stop in there at certain time. Actually, the shuttle bus always stopping in there.

An amazing stay! A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Everything about it is 5*. Amazing views, fantastic infinity pool, great food options but what especially stood out was the helpfulness, friendliness and attention to detail from every single member of staff we met. We'd like to particularly commend Henry for his suggestions about what to see and do in Hong Kong. The bed is the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a hotel and the entire Fullerton Ocean Park team make it their mission to indulge any request in regard to the hotel, the city and beyond. The free shuttle bus was used every day and ran like clockwork. If we could give more than five stars, we would. Most highly recommended.

Fabolous hotel! Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with epic water views of Hong Kong. Top service from all hotel staff. Very convenient free shuttle buses to and from the hotel from Ocean Park. Highly recommended!

Great property and great location, wish it was a bit walkable to other areas. It’s hard to walk or run as soon as we are past the hotel entrance. Expensive breakfast if you do not have buffet. Al-Carte menu is expensive for pastries. Great coffee even though automatic machine!

Great view, great rooms and nice facilities. Staff was very friendly although service in the lobby siding area was a bit slow and overpriced for what you received . But the hotel has amazing views and invites you to just chill and relax. We would definitely come here again.

Its an amazing resort hotel especially the pool and room neatness. Service is exceptional and the quality is clearly first class. Buffet can definitely match any Marriott hotel and not to mention the 2 other chinese restaurants delicious dishes. Front desk was so attending and make sure my staybis unforgivable. Shuttle to the local market and Ocean park was considerate and useful. Fresh air and smiles are all free. I would recommend any visitor to Hong Kong to try this hotel to enjoy the comfort of the facilities. 5 stars

The team member at the front desk during check-in made a great impression. They offered me a free room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The experience was so positive that I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. It was their excellent hospitality that turned a good stay into a memorable one! The shuttle bus service from Ocean Park was very convenient, with a nice vehicle and great air conditioning. Unfortunately, the strong smell of the disinfectant chemical used inside was terrible. It made me feel so unwell that I almost vomited just before arriving. First impressions are crucial, and a nice fragrance before arrival matters. I highly recommend switching to a different disinfectant so that the journey feels like going to a hotel, not a hospital. The hotel is truly wonderful and peaceful. However, as a vegetarian / pescatarian, I found the food options to be quite limited. Since the hotel is somewhat isolated on this island/resort location and has limited dining venues operating, I couldn't spend 100% of my time relaxing here. I actually had to go outside just to buy suitable food. When I stay at a quiet resort, I prefer to be a 'lazy, brainless traveler' who doesn't have to worry about logistics. I really hope that during my next visit, there will be more diverse dietary options available so I can completely immerse myself and concentrate 100% on enjoying my time in your beautiful property.
