Actually staff are really great, caring and polite!! Breakfast are great, pools are great and the jacuzzi pools are nice for kids. my room is luxurious sea view but I am quite surprised that there is no bathtub in the toilet. My room costs HK7000 … 🙄 but no bathtub seems a bit not worth then

這次入住港景房，從大廳的接待Michelle 非常親切辦理入住過程也十分快速，也提前給我們房間並且仔細介紹房間的設備使用，給Michelle服務五顆星🌟，這次兩大一小入住，外加兩個大行李箱（29寸），房間內的空間因為飯店設計雙洗手台與淋浴間關係所以空間有比較小，無行李放置處，只能放在地上打開後行走比較不方便，晚上有開床服務也能選擇枕頭（太空枕非常舒適）👍 這次為慶祝週年與兒童節飯店很體貼房間內有準備非常好吃的蛋糕（非常精緻）並且飯店經理有為我們升等使用行政貴賓廳的部分，貴賓廳餐點非常精緻好吃餐廳內幽靜不吵雜人員也非常親切，非常推薦貴賓廳的使用非常值得，飯店早餐好吃選擇也很多一邊吃早餐一邊欣賞港景非常chill 飯店樓下就是星光大道旁，緊鄰K11地理位置非常好，飯店前面也有巴士站可以直接抵達機場非常便利

From check‐in, Experience Manager Victor Mo made everything special: they upgraded our room when they learned of our wedding plans, personally escorted us, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented, delicious wedding cake that we both enjoyed immensely. The room cleaning service was equally impressive: the housekeeping staff were always discreet, meticulous, and prompt. Every day the room felt fresh, spotless, and welcoming. The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations.

We love Regent Hotel, friendly and efficient staffs, my daughter arrived early and was able to check in early at 12 noon. Very accommodating indeed. The location is just super convenient for public transit and walkable as well. Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at the regent was outstanding. The hotel is very nice indeed with incredible views of the HK skyline. The concierge team, in particular Kenneth and Marshall, truly went above and beyond to assist with everything they could. Absolute top service!

We were 3 nights at Regent for the Lunar New Year. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at front desk and room service were top. But the breakfast room did not correspond to a 5* hotel: the people were very noisy (like at market place); they speak (like shouting) loudly, and some of them have bad manner: they are pushy and even pick up foods at the buffet with their fingers to taste. The management and breakfast staff should take strict measures against this! I wonder if Lunar New Year has brought too many low class people to this 5* hotel. Apart of that the food quality at breakfast is not good (not at the 5* level), which is disappointing.

Staff goes above and beyond to help with your stay. A definite five star and continues to be the best.

The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations.

We love Regent Hotel, friendly and efficient staffs, my daughter arrived early and was able to check in early at 12 noon. Very accommodating indeed. The location is just super convenient for public transit and walkable as well. Will definitely come back again!

We were 3 nights at Regent for the Lunar New Year. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at front desk and room service were top. But the breakfast room did not correspond to a 5* hotel: the people were very noisy (like at market place); they speak (like shouting) loudly, and some of them have bad manner: they are pushy and even pick up foods at the buffet with their fingers to taste. I couldn’t ask for more for their service, excellent! It’s the typical and traditional hotel service which you feel what hospitality is. Nowadays not easy to be feeling such great hotel service and each staffs remembers you. Room is super clean, perfect, and got everything you need. Location is of course very convenient as well. Highly recommended. I would recommend to allocate some unique sitting areas at lobby as lobby is always too crowded. But still 10 out of 10.

The Regent Hong Kong is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The restaurants, bar, pool, gym and all ammentities are first class. The location also very conenient with close proximity to fantastic shopping and restaurants. I must also receommend getting a room with club access. The club is absolutely perfect with a fantastic breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with small bites. The view from the water facing rooms is stunning especailly at night. The staff were extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you stay is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hong Kong.

Location is perfect, lobby is very nice, staff at the front desk is very helpful. The room that I stayed in was spacious with separate living space, nice bed, quiet and private, shower water flow was not great. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, we will definitely come back again.
