Pros: Great location - close to U-Bahn station, Spar and Billla supermarkets. Good kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) and bathroom/shower. AC unit is good. Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor.

No recomiendo si vas con niños, tiene ascensor, pero hay que subir múltiples escaleras para cogerlo, y no llega a todas las plantas. La habitación pequeña. Comubicacion bien al centro.

Appartamento molto carino, completo di tutto il necessario, addirittura con bevande e capsule caffè come benvenuto, pulito e con un materasso comodissimo,avendo un bambino piccolo e il passeggino unica cosa che per noi è stata un po' scomodo sono state le scale che bisogna fare per accendere al ascensore e alla camera,ci sono parcheggi a pagamento non distanti

Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer.

Es war soweit OK - aber nicht mehr. Ein Zimmer ist recht geräumig - hat dafür keinen Kleiderschrank, das andere hatte einen - war dafür aber sehr eng. Generell sieht man dem Zimmer und dessen Einrichtung an, dass es schon viel benutzt wurde. Zahlreiche kleinere Schäden zeugen davon. Dazu kommen noch etwas unpraktische Details in der Einrichtung (z.B. Handtuchhaken, die viel zu tief sind, so dass das Handtuch teilweise auf dem Boden zu liegen kommt...) Immerhin war das Zimmer sauber gereinigt und alles funktionierte soweit einwandfrei. Die Lage ist soweit recht praktisch nahe der U-Bahn. Aber die Umgebung ist jetzt nicht gerade sehr ansprechend - dafür ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. Mit Aufzügen in den Halbetagen hatten wir keine Mühe, wer aber nicht gut zu Fuss ist oder die Koffer kaum schleppen kann, der sollte einem anderen Hotel den Vorzug geben. Fazit: es war alles OK - aber bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien werden wir wohl ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.

It was also very convenient to use the 24-hour paid parking lot 3 minutes away, and it was convenient to have a large market, but the noise from the washing machine in the laundry room that started around 9 in the morning was so loud that I thought the house would collapse. Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible.

A great apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a great stay. Spotlessly clean and check in/out no effort needed. The bed was so comfortable that I slept so well, weather was very miserable during our stay, so it was lovely to come back, have a shower and be warm & cosy in the apartment. Subway a minute’s walk away & bus stop 15 second walk away. Same distance for BILLA & SPAR for groceries. Safe neighbourhood for walking day or night. Highly recommend

Piccolo appartamento ma completo di tutto e pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità e una lavastoviglie ottima. Macchina del caffè Nespresso e bollitore con capsule, bustine di te, zucchero, latte etc etc. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana e a poche fermate dalle principali attrazioni. Zona molto tranquilla e con 2 supermercati a brevissima distanza. Esperienza fantastica!

Great clean room with air conditioning. The stairs were a bit difficult with the pushchair but that was our problem. The room and the location were both great and very close to the metro station. I was very impressed with the automated keyless system at the apartment. Overall a great experience for us.

Lage an sich sehr gut. Unterkunft vollkommen zufriedenstellend, jedoch ist das Nebengebäude eine Großbaustelle, was entsprechenden Lärm verursacht hat.

Numa Stay Vienna seemed perfect for our family trip. We had two separate bedrooms and a folding bed in the living room. There is nothing to do in the area but you can hop on the nearby underground to the buzzle and hustle of the city centre in about 15 minutes. The rooms look nice, the beds are clean and there are enough power outlets to charge everyone's phones and tablets.

Mit Aufzügen in den Halbetagen hatten wir keine Mühe, wer aber nicht gut zu Fuss ist oder die Koffer kaum schleppen kann, der sollte einem anderen Hotel den Vorzug geben. Fazit: es war alles OK - aber bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien werden wir wohl ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.

Väldigt smidigt boende med enkel och tydlig check in. Läget var bra, nära en tunnelbanestation, några restauranger och mataffärer. Det negativa var att AC saknades trots att det skulle ingå. Nu hade de bara fläktar designade som AC.

Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer.

Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible.

This wonderful apartment located on the excellent public transport system was spacious, clean & located with plenty of supermarket & restaurant options nearby. Communication with hosts was excellent & when we had an issue with the power (self inflicted) they were super responsive & helpful. Recommend Numa properties!

Great clean room with air conditioning. The stairs were a bit difficult with the pushchair but that was our problem. The room and the location were both great and very close to the metro station. I was very impressed with the automated keyless system at the apartment. Overall a great experience for us.

Pros: Great location - close to U-Bahn station, Spar and Billla supermarkets. Good kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) and bathroom/shower. AC unit is good. Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor.

We traveled in the heart of winter. The room was warm and very comfortable. No need to pack thick PJs. Metro is across the road and takes you anywhere you want and is very cheap. SPAR sunoermarket is 2 minutes walk. .

Es war soweit OK - aber nicht mehr. Ein Zimmer ist recht geräumig - hat dafür keinen Kleiderschrank, das andere hatte einen - war dafür aber sehr eng. Generell sieht man dem Zimmer und dessen Einrichtung an, dass es schon viel benutzt wurde. Zahlreiche kleinere Schäden zeugen davon. Dazu kommen noch etwas unpraktische Details in der Einrichtung (z.B. Handtuchhaken, die viel zu tief sind, so dass das Handtuch teilweise auf dem Boden zu liegen kommt...) Alojamiento excelente. Sin duda Numa Strauss es un lugar para recomendar. Bien comunicado con el centro de Viena (tiene el metro delante y en 4 paradas estás en el centro), apartamento amplio, bonito, muy cómodo. Calefacción perfecta, agua ducha también. Cama confortable. Silencioso. Buenísima comunicación con anfitrión (todo via whatsapp, explicaciones o cualquier solicitud respondida al momento.) Ascensor. Supermercado a 1 min con todo lo necesario. Si volvemos a Viena, repetimos!

It is a clean, nice, convenient and cosy apartment that is very closed to metro station. There’s a supermarket right next to the metro station which is convenient to stock up before going back to apartment. It has air conditioner which is one key factor we chose it especially there’s an heat wave. They also provided some box water. Overall the experience is very good. Especially we encountered problem with the cot provided but it was resolved on the same day without interrupting our journey. I appreciate the prompt attention. The only drawback is there’re some stairs we need to move our luggage before you can reach the elevator, and some floors need have some stairs from the elevator. And you have to pay some minimal expense to wash clothes, but there’s only 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer for all tenants. So, it is a test of luck, and we did get the chance

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war ein sehr schönes Appartement mit großem Bad und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Wenn man ehwas gebraucht hat (z.B.: Handtücher) konnte man sich das ganz einfach im Keller in einem Vorratsschrank holen - das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man Fragen hatte war der Chat auf Whats App immer hilfreich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit Top-Lage (nahe an der U-Bahn und Mariahilferstraße) und würden immer wieder kommen! :)
