This was a very different stay and we loved it. Outstanding beautiful area and room.

Il responsabile ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto parcheggiare l’auto così da stare tranquilli per il nostro giro ai trulli. Ci ha anche dato molte indicazioni. La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda ed è un vero trullo. Molto carina e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Vicina alla zona di interesse raggiungibile quindi a piedi.

Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. He asked us to pay €350 and then €400. He called the Expedia agent in Italia through phone so I told to him that I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because the water leaking and it is noisy plus he didn’t honor the agreement price €299.84 confirmed by Expedia. He doesn’t have the credit card authorization machine and forced me to pay in cash €400. He said he would call the police to kick us out so I handed €300 to him and asked the receipt but until now he didn’t provide me any receipt. We learnt a good lesson that he prefers doing a business under the table and I can’t believe it that Expedia doing a business with scammer !
