Beau petit hôtel au centre de la vieille ville. La chambre est belle, un peu petite. Pas de couverture, juste un drap! Pas de verre ou goblet. Manque un petite table ou console devant le lit pour y déposer les effets personnels. Sur la terrasse la piscine était vide et en réparation.

We decided to spend more on this place because it was promoted as having a swimming pool — but told that when we arrived that it is never opened until end of May. The information is wrong The rooms were good - the staff helpful - and it is centrally located

Hotel has very small entrance/reception, boutique I guess. Receptionist and all staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpfull. Room was very clean, large flat tv (we never switched it on). Shower room was a little small but worked for us (grouting around bottom of shower could be replaced or cleaned). Room was based over a very busy street on first floor (central) to the old town. We did expect some noise, but have to comend the hotel with its double doors/window, we had no noise whatsoever. No bar or resturante fiund at the hotel, but lots if cafe, restaurants close bye. Hitel dis advertise a small pool on top of hotel. And thats exactly what it is. Its 0.7m deep. We did however use it on both days. Its a very quiet roof terrace with a couple of sunbeds/chairs. I was able to sit on the floor of the pool and maintain mu head above water whilst listening to the church bells ring every 15min. The hotel is situated right in the middle (centro). Perfect for a short stay. I would definitely use the premises again if i vist Cadiz (old town). They also provide tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

The lounge area of the hotel with lockers was very convenient and comfortable. The pool area has no shade, which would have made it more welcoming to me, but the fact that there was a pool was wonderful. Housekeeping did a good job. The highlight was the service. The people working at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. I would finitely stay here because you get your money’s worth.

We loved this little hotel. The rooms are quite small, but very new and clean. There is a nice rooftop terrace area to enjoy. They also offer lockers for your luggage if you’re checked out and want to wander around more in Cádiz. It’s such a perfect location in the old town and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near the cathedral. It close enough to the train & bus station to walk with our rolling luggage. Lovely and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The luggage storage with restroom was very convenient and incredibly thoughtful for travelers.

Lovely hotel in a great area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My only criticism is about the “pool” which was dirty, tiny and better described as a bird bath. Everything else was fabulous.

This was a perfect home for us while enjoying Carnaval. Close to everything in the old city, but quiet and cozy when we needed a break from the action. We appreciated the luggage lockers available to facilitate early arrival or late departure. Kettle provided in the room. Coffee machine in the working space.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Menschen vom Service waren supernett. Leider haben wir beim Buchen übersehen, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, das war schade. Im Zimmer ist eine Wasserflasche deponiert, die gerne kostenlos aufgefüllt wird. Und wer "nur" ein Zimmer gebucht hat, kann auf der Dachterrasse chillen und sich im kleinen Pool erfrischen. Die Lage ist klasse, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig.

A stunning hotel in the heart of Cadiz. The rooms are perfectly furnished and immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace and pool are spot on, too. Very helpful staff and a prime location - the property is on a busy thoroughfare near but you don't hear a sound of a night. The ideal place to stay to experience a special city.

We loved this little hotel. The rooms are quite small, but very new and clean. There is a nice rooftop terrace area to enjoy. Wonderfully comfortable and quiet hotel but within walking distance of everything. Super clean and beautifully decorated too! And the staff were very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

La situación del hotel es muy buena, en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación es de un tamaño pequeño, yo elegí una con terraza que creo no fue buena idea ya que tiene unos muros de más de tres metros de altura con lo que no puedes ver nada y además huele mucho a frito durante casi todas las horas de la mañana ya que tiene la salida de humos de la freiduría del kiosko de las flores.
La situación del hotel es muy buena, en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación es de un tamaño pequeño, yo elegí una con terraza que creo no fue buena idea ya que tiene unos muros de más de tres metros de altura con lo que no puedes ver nada y además huele mucho a frito durante casi todas las horas de la mañana ya que tiene la salida de humos de la freiduría del kiosko de las flores.

Es un hotel sencillo pero cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Cadiz. El personal es muy atento y servicial. La única pega es que la habitación que nos tocó (no se si todas seran así) era muy pequeña, no habia sitio para dejar las maletas, y el armario un poco justo, también. Por lo demas, perfecto.

The rooms are fashionable, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and LGBT-friendly. The public spaces are charming. This place is perfect for exploring Cádiz: restaurants, shops, bars, history, beach, etc. My only suggestion is that they spruce up the rooftop patio.

Beautifully designed hotel and rooms. Nice touch with bottle of water and tea/coffee in the room. But the best asset is the staff who are so helpful and seem to love interacting with the guests. Very happy that we chose to stay here

Bypillow in Cádiz was perfectly locate. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The lounge area of the hotel with lockers was very convenient and comfortable. The pool area has no shade, which would have made it more welcoming to me, but the fact that there was a pool was wonderful. Housekeeping did a good job. The highlight was the service. The people working at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. I would finitely stay here because you get your money’s worth.

Great location near the cathedral. It close enough to the train & bus station to walk with our rolling luggage. Lovely and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The luggage storage with restroom was very convenient and incredibly thoughtful for travelers.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Menschen vom Service waren supernett. Leider haben wir beim Buchen übersehen, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, das war schade. Im Zimmer ist eine Wasserflasche deponiert, die gerne kostenlos aufgefüllt wird. Und wer "nur" ein Zimmer gebucht hat, kann auf der Dachterrasse chillen und sich im kleinen Pool erfrischen. A stunning hotel in the heart of Cadiz. The rooms are perfectly furnished and immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace and pool are spot on, too. Very helpful staff and a prime location - the property is on a busy thoroughfare near but you don't hear a sound of a night. The ideal place to stay to experience a special city.

Hotel has very small entrance/reception, boutique I guess. Receptionist and all staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpfull. Room was very clean, large flat tv (we never switched it on). Shower room was a little small but worked for us (grouting around bottom of shower could be replaced or cleaned). Room was based over a very busy street on first floor (central) to the old town. We did expect some noise, but have to comend the hotel with its double doors/window, we had no noise whatsoever. No bar or resturante fiund at the hotel, but lots if cafe, restaurants close bye. Hitel dis advertise a small pool on top of hotel. And thats exactly what it is. Its 0.7m deep. We did however use it on both days. Its a very quiet roof terrace with a couple of sunbeds/chairs. I was able to sit on the floor of the pool and maintain mu head above water whilst listening to the church bells ring every 15min. The hotel is situated right in the middle (centro). Perfect for a short stay. I would definitely use the premises again if i vist Cadiz (old town). They also provide tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

We had a nice room with terrace - more an outside area with walls and no view , but it was nice to sit and plan our day outside . Hotel has a large common room to sit and relax or have breakfast . It is well located , close to the mercado and all the sights. Surprisingly quiet at night for this central location. About 5 minutes walk to nearby parking.

Beau petit hôtel au centre de la vieille ville. La chambre est belle, un peu petite. Pas de couverture, juste un drap! Pas de verre ou goblet. Manque un petite table ou console devant le lit pour y déposer les effets personnels. Sur la terrasse la piscine était vide et en réparation.

ByPillow is an excellent small hotel for short trips. Front Desk is managed 24/7 (and thank God...we could never get the front door to open with the code). You use a code to get into the hotel and into your room, so no key/card to worry about. Room is small but that was expected. The room includes free, UNLIMITED drinking water, which is VERY helpful in the summer heat. Room was clean, with a comfy bed, and A/C worked amazing. Bathroom was very good. Our room window was toward the street and we were on the first floor (remember: ground level is floor zero here) but we could not hear any significant noise. Hotel is close to drinks/dining, shopping, el Mercado (for snacks and food not bread and jamon), and bus stations. Beach (we recommend La Caleta) was very accessible. Our only complaint was that one small towel had a strong urine smell when we checked in but we just did not use it and they changed it. Excellent all around!
