Presken Hotel Reliance, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos

The seat of the toilet in my room needs to be fixed but every other things is okay.

The room was in very good condition, clean and tidy, especially the shower facilities which I am always looking out for. The staff were very helpful and consistently offered me the options to purchase food. The only downside was the fact that the hotel only had four TV Channels, so I had to use my iPad to watch programmes.

Good size room but a can hear everything from outdoor and sure others would hear me too

I didn't eat any breakfast. Left early

The staff were very helpful and professional in their approach. It was easy to discuss with them and my booking was handed to my satisfaction. The lead staff - Zainab was totally professional and very helpful.
