The property needs upgrading and care. The toilet was loose on the floor, the trim etc looks old, the pool and spa were out of service and they have a problem with boxelder bugs. The breakfast is meager and the juice dispenser was out of service. The day manager was very helpful and pleasant to us.

Overall a very decent place to stay. For the price and compared to other local hotels, this hotel was the most affordable and still had the amenities we wanted (contenental breakfast, pool, and hottub). The breakfast lacked in selection...no waffles, no cereal. Unfortunately, the reason for this 4 star review is that we REALLY wanted the hottub and it didn't work the day we were here. I actually would have chised a different hotel to get the hottub as we were willing to pay the extra $10 for it. I definitely wish there would have a been a heads up or even an compensation of some sort for the lack of something that was advertised being unavailable. I do realize there was nothing they could have done.....but even an email with a heads up so we could choose to change hotels or at least not worry about packing all our extra swim gear.

Good hotel for the money. We have stayed here before and staff is always nice and rooms are clean. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was closed.

One of the reason i chose this place is because of the price and accommodations. But, the hot tub was out of order and i had nothing to drink with my continental breakfast. The orange juice dispensing machine was also out of order. Needless to say, I'll never come here again.

I was there for 9 days they said they were going to fix the pool, but it never happened. I think they were leading me on saying they were going to fix the pool. Would never go back!

The place said newly renovated. It was not renovated, it was refurbished. It had new beds and new furniture. It smelled like smoke. The breakfast was nothing to call home about and there are only 2 tables and 8 chairs in the breakfast area. There were exit lights hanging from wires in the ceiling. The room had not been vacuumed in some time. The TV was small and the picture did not fill the screen. Hair in the shower and lots of calcium build up on the shower head. The pool was closed until further notice even though it was displayed out front on their sign that they had a pool and hot tub. The rear entrance was just left unlocked 24 hours because the card reader didn't work. A deer tick was found in a bed and that was the last straw. Nope, never again.

The sign on the pool are saying "pool closed until further notice" was really disappointing. I love to swim and seeing that was sad. The breakfast options may have been the cheapest ive ever seen in a hotel since covid... lots of work needs to be done in this hotel!

The motel was nice to move us to a double queen room. However, once we got to the room it was 85 degrees, didn't look like it had been vacuumed and there were some fruit flies flying around. At the sink there were two towels folded neatly in the rack with short thick black hairs over them, as if someone shaved their beard over them and it wasn't cleaned. When I called the front desk to have them replaced no one answered. I left a message but no one reached out to us either. In the morning when I told them their response was, do you have a picture? This will be my last time at this hotel.

The smell of the hallway and room was very musty and felt damp in the facility including our room. We had a jacuzzi in our room. The knob came off, and it looked broken down. The carpet was damp and tacky. For $150 a night I am disappointed.

Had to switch rooms due to cleanliness and findings bed bugs. If had been able to find a room in a different hotel we would have left the Super 8. Will not stay there again and will tell others not to stay there as well.

I got very sick staying here only one night. From MOLD growing all over the carpet near the window area and the wall near the headboard. The room was very humid and the carpet felt wet, constantly. Bathroom light above sink didn’t work most of the time and broken tiles around the jacuzzi. We will never come back to this hotel.

Our room was 117. From the time we came in and left 2 days later, it remained "Damp". We had the air conditioning on and a little box fan to help move air around with no avail. Everything felt damp: carpet; sheets; towels and top bedding. The carpet was nasty and not vaccumed, and there was rust coming off the bathroom door frame

Overall it was a good stay. The bed and pillows were great and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The carpet needs cleaning though. It left our feet and socks black and the room smelled a bit like dirty socks. The breakfast has minimal options, but I give them an A for effort. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure! We are staying a few more days in a different room. The staff are wonderful.

So where to begin… the place smells like Mold, the carpet is nasty and sticky. Our window didn’t have net, they ran out of clean towels, the folds out bed didn’t have sheets so when we went to get some they gave us a sheet and blanket, told us they didn’t have pillows. They don’t clean your room daily. I could just keep going, let’s just we will never stay here again….

The staff was nice and always helpful. The room was fine, and relatively clean, though there were some areas that need minor repair and cleaning. The big bummer was the cable options - the TV showed DishTV options, but nothing besides the local networks would come through, it was just a black screen on the other channels. There were options to watch through apps, but only if I logged in to my account. Also, the breakfast was prepackaged toaster pastries, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved, and a few yogurt and fruit options - so, fair, but not great. For a steeply discounted price compared to other area hotels, I'd stay here again, but not for full price.

Planned this one day get away with my Wife. We wanted the King room with hot tub. Ive stayed in this room before and there was a tv in the sitting room and one in the bedroom where hot tub is located. This is also confirmed in the advertising, but there was no tv in the bedroom. This was a key factor in choosing this stay as we wanted to watch the Thursday night Packer game from the hot tub. Very disappointing

The breakfast is meager and the juice dispenser was out of service. The day manager was very helpful and pleasant to us.

The property needs upgrading and care. The toilet was loose on the floor, the trim etc looks old, the pool and spa were out of service and they have a problem with boxelder bugs. The motel was nice to move us to a double queen room. However, once we got to the room it was 85 degrees, didn't look like it had been vacuumed and there were some fruit flies flying around. At the sink there were two towels folded neatly in the rack with short thick black hairs over them, as if someone shaved their beard over them and it wasn't cleaned. When I called the front desk to have them replaced no one answered. I left a message but no one reached out to us either. In the morning when I told them their response was, do you have a picture? This will be my last time at this hotel.

The staff was always at their station and ready to help. The breakfast was stocked and set up on time. The coffee was good. The facility was decent but starting to show wear. Water dripped from a missing tile in the downstairs hall. The pool was nice and well kept. It was a great bargain for us and we will certainly consider it for the future.

We were traveling with animals on a trailer. When I went to check in I told the desk clerk this and was told I could park in the lot next door. So I checked in. I went next door to the place of business to see where we could park and was told if I parked there I would be towed. I went back to the desk clerk and told her this and she could not accomodate us on the property and would not let us park on the grass. I told her that I could not stay there if I could not park my trailer and she said I could not get a refund because I booked through Expedia. When I went through the Customer Service on the Expedia site it said to contact the hotel. The Super 8 charged me for two full days when I didn't even go past the lobby.

The front desk check in was awesome. The place has been refurbished. The breakfast was meager, not having any milk was unbelievable. The front desk person for mornings totally ignored us, was on his phone. Great location and I would stay again.

Love the location ,across from kwit trip,not far from walmart and restaurant next to hotel.full package deal .Front desk staff was beyond friendly and so nice. The room was big and very up kept.my stay was very nice for my night away.

Nice location, lots of things to do within walking distance. The walls are a little thin as you can hear people in the hall being very loud at night and slamming the doors. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Its a nice clean place. I was happy with all except the very basic breakfast. I realize that not all hotels have hot breakfast, but this one is pretty skimpy already and the best item , the juice machine was out of order.

Our check in person late Friday afternoon was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable. Our room smelled badly of cigarettes. The breakfast was meager compared to other Super 8's we've stayed at. At 8am, they were out of caffeinated coffee. Although the staff went to make some, when we checked out a half hour later, it still hadn't been put out.

The website showed a full breakfast with waffles etc., but it was very disappointing to find only instant oatmeal to cook. No bread for toast, no waffles, no fresh fruit, no pitcher of milk to use on the oatmeal. No fresh donuts etc. and no decaf coffee ! Awful breakfast !

Overall, it was okay. The main reason I made the reservation was for the continental breakfast. Unfortunately, this Super 8 had an extremely limited menu. The juice machine was out of ordered, there were no baked good items, and I saw some yogurts in the fridge. I had to go to the gas station for breakfast. Their staff was friendly.

Overall it was a good stay. The bed and pillows were great and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The carpet needs cleaning though. It left our feet and socks black and the room smelled a bit like dirty socks. The breakfast has minimal options, but I give them an A for effort. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure! We are staying a few more days in a different room. The staff are wonderful.

Absolutely disgusting property! My entire room smelled like cigarette smoke because of the room next to me. They were smoking all night slamming the door to the point where I ended up calling the front manager to handle the situation. She came down and did. I tried to speak with the morning manager to cancel my day #2 reservation and he told me that no one was around me. So basically I was lying and imagining the cigarette smoke... Horrible place to stay!!

Check in was quick and pleasant. Parking was plentiful. Room was clean. Was disappointed to see at check-in that the pool was closed "until further notice". (I would have likely been alerted had I read other reviews.) However, was pleasantly surprised that the pool reopened by the second night of our two-night stay and we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Stopped by the desk on our way out after night one requesting additional towels and maintenance for a quick bathroom fix. Happily remedied by the time we returned in the evening. Complimentary breakfast was fine, but choices were light. Basically toast, pop tarts, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal were the only options. Juice was out of order, one carafe of milk was available, coffee was on the other side of the lobby. Property is solid for a quick stay when you need a budget option in town. Staff made all the difference for us. Thank you!
