Verona House Aparthotel

Die Klimaanlage war im ganzen Hotel auf sehr kalt eingestellt und konnte nicht manuell im Zimmer angepasst werden. Das Personal konnte nicht helfen.

Schönes kleines Hotel fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Verona erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Uma experiência muito agradável , todos da equipe muito gentis e atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, Anita faz o ambiente do café ainda melhor com seu sorriso e gentileza com todos . Limpíssimo , super bem localizado r ai da tem bikes disponíveis para os hóspedes. Um lugar para voltar

Our stay was amazing from start to finish made by birthday trip so special . The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Francesca nothing was too much for her . Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect location . I will definitely stay here again 10 out of 10 for service from all the staff .I Used the sister hotel for the spa which was amazing and staff really friendly there too .
