Brilliant one night stay in the pool villa (separate to the rest of the hotel, at the rear of the building). A lovely quiet oasis where I enjoyed floating around in the pool on the inflatable. Great location, a stone’s throw from everything. Great cafe on site too and warm and friendly lady who welcomed us and checked us in. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, a stone’s throw from everything. Great cafe on site too and warm and friendly lady who welcomed us and checked us in. Will definitely stay again.

Vi hyrde privat villa med pool som va väldigt trevligt. De vi kände saknades var enklare solstolar och reningsmaskinen för poolen lät väldigt högt. Trevlig personal och bra läge. Skulle vi önska hade man fått tillgång till villan tidigare på incheckningsdag och att man checkar ut tidigare på utcheckningsdagen så man kunde njuta mer av soltimmarna vid poolen.

Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool. Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly. Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.

Can’t get any better for this price. Perfect little place to stop over for a night while exploring old town Phuket. Truly, it was a great place to make homebase for one night. We love entering through the beautiful little flower shop and getting an espresso before heading up to the room. There was efficient air conditioning and for a budget option, This is the place.

This is a nice Botique hotel in Phuket old town. It has a florist shop and little Koi pond in the diminutive lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee shops available after 8:00am. Original Thai breakfast across the street at 7:00am. Easy walking to the center of town.

I love this hotel. This was actually my first hotel that I stayed while visiting Thailand for my birthday trip. I came in late, but they were very accommodating with making sure that I had all the information I needed to check in the room was very nice and clean. They also had me birthday flowers on my bed when I got to my room that was so special and just a great start to my birthday trip the next day they gave me a birthday cake with a birthday drink it was so special staff was so kind. They let me keep my luggage at the hotel until I was going to check into my new hotel. Everything was great. I appreciate the love that the staff showed me it really meant a lot to me🙏🥹❤️

The place was a bit over-decorated with unnecessary items like empty books, which felt pointless. The toilet lid was visibly dirty, and I would recommend the hotel consider using more hygienic alternatives for their bins. The living room sofa, designed like festival seating with space for bottles on either side, felt out of place and poorly positioned. The carpet didn’t belong either, as it just collected dust and didn’t seem properly cleaned. There were also some areas that appeared unfinished, with minor damages here and there. Despite these shortcomings, we had a decent stay for the days we were there.

The place was very cozy and it’s got a nice creative touch! Slightly different to all other places. The location was also really good - central but the without any noisy bar round the corner. The service was very friendly. The rooms was also very clean and with a nice bathroom. Id definitely stay again!

There was no elevator to the second floor and had to carry our luggages up. The shower wouldn’t drain, and we had to call the front desk. She fixed it but it still reeked of sewer. The shower was also rusty and not in good condition.

Grrat option for Phuket town for being close to all of the shops and the Sunday Market. The cafe at the front is lovely ans the rooms are spacious. There is no storage space, however, in the rooms so nowwhwre to hang up clothes or drawers to put anything away. Air conditioning works well and is quiet which is good.

The place was very cozy and it’s got a nice creative touch! Slightly different to all other places. The location was also really good - central but the without any noisy bar round the corner. The service was very friendly. The rooms was also very clean and with a nice bathroom. Id definitely stay again!

This is a nice Botique hotel in Phuket old town. It has a florist shop and little Koi pond in the diminutive lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee shops available after 8:00am. Original Thai breakfast across the street at 7:00am. Easy walking to the center of town.

Brilliant one night stay in the pool villa (separate to the rest of the hotel, at the rear of the building). A lovely quiet oasis where I enjoyed floating around in the pool on the inflatable. Great location, a stone’s throw from everything. Great cafe on site too and warm and friendly lady who welcomed us and checked us in. Will definitely stay again.

Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool. Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly. Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.

Nothing was as the pictures advertising the hotel, I have foto evidence, cafe is now a florist,room were small,uncomfortable,no lamps or bedside cabinets, very small bathroom,only plus was location.Keep away, not at all recommended.

Can’t get any better for this price. Perfect little place to stop over for a night while exploring old town Phuket. Truly, it was a great place to make homebase for one night. We love entering through the beautiful little flower shop and getting an espresso before heading up to the room. There was efficient air conditioning and for a budget option, This is the place.

Grrat option for Phuket town for being close to all of the shops and the Sunday Market. The cafe at the front is lovely ans the rooms are spacious. There is no storage space, however, in the rooms so nowwhwre to hang up clothes or drawers to put anything away. Air conditioning works well and is quiet which is good.

While the property looks great in the photos and description, what we arrived to and what all guests will find is far from what’s been advertised and what is paid for. The lobby is dirty, unkept, the floor is duct taped all over, and unwelcoming. The main doors don’t open properly, access to get up is hazardous and the hotel room itself was dirty - the fan vent was covered in dust, the bathroom was mouldy - the showerhead looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The customer service was disappointing, although we interacted with FOH very briefly, the check in was extremely rushed with her leaving us in the lobby - I assumed because she had to prepare our room as it wasn’t ready yet? We unfortunately had to check out within a few hours as we were really unhappy with the state of the hotel (and there was no customer service on premise for us to talk to). Multiple attempts were made to contact the host for a solution/refund in the past 2 weeks and they did not respond.

This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived. The entrance was run-down, dirty, and clearly neglected—definitely not the charming “boutique” vibe advertised online. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The smell was the worst part. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, including inside the room, and it was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, there’s a flower shop in the front that added an unusual and overwhelming mix of scents that somehow made everything even more unpleasant, not charming. The room itself also had a terrible smell that lingered the entire stay and made it hard to relax or even sleep comfortably. This place felt nothing like the photos on Expedia, which were completely misleading and did not reflect the hotel’s current condition at all. I was genuinely annoyed that I stayed here and felt misled by the listing. This property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and honesty in its advertising. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Vi hyrde privat villa med pool som va väldigt trevligt. De vi kände saknades var enklare solstolar och reningsmaskinen för poolen lät väldigt högt. Trevlig personal och bra läge. Skulle vi önska hade man fått tillgång till villan tidigare på incheckningsdag och att man checkar ut tidigare på utcheckningsdagen så man kunde njuta mer av soltimmarna vid poolen.
