The campus was nice but the rooms itself were not good. the material on the furniture was peeling. The shower didn't work well. the balcony door did not lock and the telephone to dial the front desk did not work. There were some friendly staff but there were also staff who seemed like we were bothering them whenever we asked a question.

35 mins delay and arguments whilst checking out as they only had one bellboy on duty who was "overworked"... We weren't allowed to access our luggage ourselves due to management rules. When I asked to convey my disappointment, conveniently, the manageress "isn't working today" They made their staffing issues our problems at the end of our stay. Fortunately we had time before our flight, but would have been a disaster if we were on a tight schedule. Badly managed.
