Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with assistance to transport to and from the island. The facilities are very nice, and a nice beach close to the hotel with sunbeds. Good food and nice rooms. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

My husband and I live & work in Bangkok so this trip was a relaxing time at the beach. The food was excellent, staff were accommodating & the beaches were fabulous! Their new bar “ Reef” has a great location just down the path! The beach was calm & so warm! Only negative was the trip back to pier… no info given & price ridiculous if you are only 2 people ! We were told by “drivers” to sit & wait yet they knew no one would pick us up! So we over paid to get back! 30thb pp if over 7 people, 50 thb if 4 or more 200thb for 2 pp. lots of trucks would drive past with 2 people ! Why stop when they are making more for 2! Sad as we were left sitting in the rain! I am sure the resort could organize rides for their guests as a nice perk! Otherwise a relaxing stay!

Sehr schönes Resort. Sehr schöner Strand und leckeres Frühstück. Das Resort ist nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptstrand und allen möglichen Läden sowie 7/11 entfernt. Ich komme bestimmt wieder

Mycket bra hotell. Suverän frukost med kock som tillagade efter önskemål, fin egen strand med gratis solstolar. Vi bodde i standard lgh. bara 50m från havet med AC, gratis vatten, skön säng. Mycket bra boende.

I spent a wonderful 9 nights at Samed Villa Resort. The resort is right on a beautiful beach with beach loungers and beach towels provided. The staff are super friendly, respectful and professional. My room was very suitable for one person and was serviced daily. The provided breakfast had a lot of choices and was served with views of the gardenand beach. Totally love this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the villa was spacious and very comfortable. There was a great range of dishes on the menu for lunch and dinner, along with the choice of two restaurants at the resort.

Vi havde et deluxe seaview værelse 270 graders udsigt til havet der lå 50 meter væk. Vi benyttede os af hotellets massage. Virkeligt godt i afslappende omgivelse i stedet for at ligge på stranden. Eneste minus, som ikke er hotellets skyld, er larm langt ud på natten fra nærliggende bar.

The location was good. Food was very good. However, the room was not very comfortable. There was swage smell during the night in bathroom. Water stand which make it slippery. The floor was dangerously slippery in general.

Bodde ingen sea view villa. Dessa ligger mycket lugnt och med vacker utsikt, mycket rymliga och väldigt fint inredda där bilderna inte gör dem rättvisa. Rent och fräscht, allting tiptopp!

Utmärkt hotell för familjer med nära till både strand och restauranger. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen var bra och hade myggnät installerat i dörröppningen vilket var super. Badrummet var helt ok men kunde städats bättre. Städningen på rummet var bra. Helt okej frukost också. Vi är nöjda!

This was our second stay and we will come back again. A cosy and family friendly resort right on the beach. All you can wish for. Good food at the restaurant and no need to go anywhere else. Also the overall service level was high especially at the restaurant. The only small issue we had during our stay was the smelly drains in our bathroom due to defect water lock in the drains. They tried to fix the problem but with no success. We then covered the drains with plastic bags which did the trick.
This was our second stay and we will come back again. A cosy and family friendly resort right on the beach. All you can wish for. Good food at the restaurant and no need to go anywhere else. Läget är bra, servicen utmärkt, renligheten hög och frukosten toppen. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Samrd Villa Resort. :)

Första rummet som vi bokade låg längre upp och var helt ok, vi valde ett billigt alternativ. Städning och service toppen. Problem med lite lukt från avlopp kvällstid men beror troligt på när vattennivå sänks (det kommer vattenleveranser varje dag) blir det mindre i rören. Men vi hade toadörren stängd och stördes inte direkt. Rum två var en villa seaview, wow, wow, wow. Värt pengarna, det var lyxigt. Sista rummet, nära restaurangen var mittemellan de två andra rummen. De hjälpte oss när vi inte kunde ta oss vidare just då. Så snälla och hjälpsamma. Mycket fin strand, god mat på restaurang. Rent på rummen och som sagt, hög service.

Would have given a higer rating if it wasnt for the fact that the picture of the room when we booked made it look like we had a bungalow with a front patio near the beach when in fact it was a budget room in the far rear of the property. Tried to upgrade as soon as i realized it but there were no other suites available. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the staff are friendly and accommodating. 4 stars

Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The resort faces directly onto a private beach. Each evening there were also fire shows on the beach. There is music that plays until late at night at some nearby bars, but they didn’t bother us too much. There are a lot of mosquitoes though, so make sure to bring insect repellent

Vi bodde i ett rum med egen uteplats mot havet, man vaknade till ljudet av vågorna som slog mot strandkanten, helt fantastiskt. Det är ett mysigt hotell med mysig uppbyggnad och struktur. God frukost och tillmötesgående personal. Det enda negativa var att det var svårt att hitta till hotellet när vi anlände, man går igenom en annan resort för att komma till entrén för samed villa. Wi-Fi skulle kunnat ha bättre täckning, men det fanns så mycket annat att fokusera på så internet behövdes nästan inte. Annars finns inget dåligt att säga.

This was our second stay and we will come back again. A cosy and family friendly resort right on the beach. All you can wish for. Good food at the restaurant and no need to go anywhere else. Also the overall service level was high especially at the restaurant. The only small issue we had during our stay was the smelly drains in our bathroom due to defect water lock in the drains. They tried to fix the problem but with no success. We then covered the drains with plastic bags which did the trick.

Vi hade lite otur men med det fick vi uppleva en grymt bra serviceminded och hjälpsam personal och tre olika rum. Första rummet som vi bokade låg längre upp och var helt ok, vi valde ett billigt alternativ. Städning och service toppen. Problem med lite lukt från avlopp kvällstid men beror troligt på när vattennivå sänks (det kommer vattenleveranser varje dag) blir det mindre i rören. Men vi hade toadörren stängd och stördes inte direkt. Rum två var en villa seaview, wow, wow, wow. Värt pengarna, det var lyxigt. Sista rummet, nära restaurangen var mittemellan de två andra rummen. De hjälpte oss när vi inte kunde ta oss vidare just då. Så snälla och hjälpsamma. Mycket fin strand, god mat på restaurang. Rent på rummen och som sagt, hög service.

Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The resort faces directly onto a private beach. Each evening there were also fire shows on the beach. There is music that plays until late at night at some nearby bars, but they didn’t bother us too much. There are a lot of mosquitoes though, so make sure to bring insect repellent

Sehr schönes Resort. Sehr schöner Strand und leckeres Frühstück. Das Resort ist nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptstrand und allen möglichen Läden sowie 7/11 entfernt. Ich komme bestimmt wieder

Vi havde et deluxe seaview værelse 270 graders udsigt til havet der lå 50 meter væk. Vi benyttede os af hotellets massage. Virkeligt godt i afslappende omgivelse i stedet for at ligge på stranden. Eneste minus, som ikke er hotellets skyld, er larm langt ud på natten fra nærliggende bar.

Quiet location at southern end of Ao Phai beach. The resort beach is small and rocky - there are better options on Ao Phai further up the beach. Service was good, restaurant has good choice.

Mycket bra hotell. Suverän frukost med kock som tillagade efter önskemål, fin egen strand med gratis solstolar. Vi bodde i standard lgh. bara 50m från havet med AC, gratis vatten, skön säng. Mycket bra boende.

I spent a wonderful 9 nights at Samed Villa Resort. The resort is right on a beautiful beach with beach loungers and beach towels provided. The staff are super friendly, respectful and professional. My room was very suitable for one person and was serviced daily. The provided breakfast had a lot of choices and was served with views of the gardenand beach. Totally love this place!

Great beach/cove. Breakfast was a 6out of 10. Special coffee is usually standard at places that charge this much. We had to pay extra for the cappuccino’s & latte’s!

Our back room was clean & simple. The resort overall was exactly what we were looking for and then some. The breakfast buffet was very good and the restaraunt was excellent, both food, service and view/ambience. The beach area was great and we found the resort to be a nice location - a touch further from the louder parts of the island but generally an easy walk to it. And we used the massage services daily because of what a wonderfully good deal it was relative to the US!
