Enjoyed all the pools, the walkable restaurant and poolside bar. Great spacious and clean room. Good free coffee, great spots to take photos. Unfortunately a little further away from the main tourist areas but easy & quick transportation options available in area.

Staff was all amazingly, friendly and helpful. Lots of things were not working, though, the hot tub, the Wi-Fi and parking was an issue due to all the construction material. I think charging the resort fee when most of the things are not working is not great. Hopefully they get construction done and everything back to working. I will stay here again though because they were friendly and clean.

What a great place to stay! A lazy river, two pools, clubhouse, bar and grill by the pool, activities all day long for kids or adults. The room/apt was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooked the pool. Highly recommend for families and couples!

Grounds were beautiful. Two very nice pools, one with a tiki bar. Furniture in room needs a little update but otherwise no issues. One thing though is if you stay on ground floor you might have noisy neighbors if they have kids. Too much heavy walking and running.

The property is nice. I stayed a week. Most of the staff is amazing. The first issue I had was when I first tried to check in they said they would call me when the room was ready and never did. Also I needed dish detergent and the front desk told me I had to come get it. The front desk is driving distance. Also the activities desk never answers or calls back to sign up for activities which most you have to pay for. But the rooms are nice just keep in mind no elevators or help when taking stuff to your room.

The room was extremely run down and DIRTY. There was a dirty hand towel and tissue next to the TV upon entering. Dirty towel on the kitchen counter, table was covered in crumbs. Trash was filled with takeout containers. Carpet was nasty and stained.

The drawers of thw dressers didn't close and the sliding glass door took an act of God to open and shut. Overall it was fine and met our needs. It was a good location and reasonably priced. I was disappointed to have to pay an unexpected resort fee when we checked in. $200 extra dollars that was not disclosed to us upon booking.

The hotel/resort was very family friendly. They had a lot of great activities for the kids and the pools were clean and nice. While our room was exactly what we needed as a family of 4, it was slightly run down and outdated. Appliances ver still dirty and things were generally just old. Enjoyed all the pools, the walkable restaurant and poolside bar. Great spacious and clean room. Good free coffee, great spots to take photos. Unfortunately a little further away from the main tourist areas but easy & quick transportation options available in area.

What a great place to stay! A lazy river, two pools, clubhouse, bar and grill by the pool, activities all day long for kids or adults. The room/apt was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooked the pool. Highly recommend for families and couples!

Grounds were beautiful. Two very nice pools, one with a tiki bar. Furniture in room needs a little update but otherwise no issues. One thing though is if you stay on ground floor you might have noisy neighbors if they have kids. Too much heavy walking and running.

This property has no elevators and you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. They do not make you aware of this when booking. Also looks like all rooms have balconiea they do not it was rather disapointing. It was clean and well maintained. I would not stay again

On Friday evening, could not utilize club house, someone was having a bridal party. Saturday closed club house at 10pm could not play pool, or use game room.

I loved the spacious rooms, the full kitchen, the screened in patio, the view of the pond, the family of geese that strolled through the property (just watch your step), the club house with the indoor pool, the outdoor pool. I found out the day I was leaving that Monday-Friday they’ll make you waffles or pancakes at the clubhouse for breakfast. It’s not at the beach but only about 7 minutes away. Very good place for the price. I would stay there again.
