Pool hours were not conducive for families not wanting to pat fir the water park. Pool only was suffice! For my family and I. Yet it said 10-6 pm you must purchase a 23.00 wrist band, Ridiculous!!!!

Great location and water park was great for the kids. Unfortunately, the rooms were not like the pictures, not the best condition. Also, your charge a $30 a day resort fee, but you can’t even get into the pool without buying the waterpark pass.

Office is hard to find. I wish more details would be shared when booking. Such as you have to rent suites in order to get parking. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street which is very limited. The lighting is horrible. You have 1 lamp by the bed in the room for the lighting. Didn’t get a balcony or patio that we requested. Nor did we get a room facing the pool as requested. Air conditioner didn’t work so we went a night without any air. The maintenance did a good job in getting it fixed first thing in the morning. Again the 2nd night no air conditioning. Check in is at 4 and the water park closes at 6. Doesn’t give much time at the water park. You only get one pass if you don’t stay in a suite which also was not mentioned.

Was there for work, one night stay. They do have 2 bedroom condos. I would stay with the family. Short walk to the beach. Only thing is they are not associated with the water park. They do offer free tickets per room based on how many bedrooms. I.E. 2 bedroom condo, 2 free tickets per day.

The bad: Booked for 3 nights, 3 people. Was only given 2 water park passes so had to buy a third one for an additional $14 and could only go one day of the 3, even tho they charge you a $34 resort fee each day. Saw roaches in our bathroom. It’s a little confusing when you first get there because Air bnb, Holiday Inn, and this place all have similar buildings and same pool but different check ins. The good: The water park was fun and the water was warm. Pool bar was great. Beach within walking distance. The on-site restaurant had good food and service. The both: there was a fire somewhere in our building and we were awoken at 4 am to an ear piercing alarm. We were outside for about and hour while the fire department took care of it. Not sure what happened but at least you know you won’t be sleeping thru an emergency!

It was great except for the check in. My GPS brought me to the address in the ad for the property but that old entrance is not being used. There was no signage to tell you where to check in...so after driving around the block a couple times (not seeing any signs for "Lobby" or "Check In" ) they did call me and clue me in to the place to check in. It was an unmarked small building across the street that did not appear to be connected to this property...so I just wasted about 25 minutes ....

Housekeepers walked into my room three times while me and my children were sleeping mind tou check out is at 11 but they came in three different times between 6and 7 and two more time after that between 7 and 930 it was very uncomfortable and when i brought it to the front desk they only apologize and then offered me a late check out there was also blood stains on the sheets and the pillow case as well as having the housekeepers standing outside my room talking and talking so then i had to just decided to pack my kids up and just leave cause there was sleeping when i went to the front desk i told them about the about the stains i had ask to be accommodated due to the housekeeping as well as the stains on the bed sheets they offered me only to take of the resort fee which was 35 bucks im sorry but this was just terrible the front desk staff was very nice but i do feel i should be refunded for this.

Property is located a short walk from the beach which was very nice. Hotel was ok but definitely due for an upgrade. Entry doors to the rooms are scratched and due for a painting. Once in the room the furniture looks fine but the walls were blotchy and stained in both the sleeping area and the bathrooms. Tops of light switches and baseboards didn’t appear to cleaned in quite some time, and there was dirt piled up in the corners of the window sills. Beds creaked loudly getting into them but we’re quite comfortable. Hotel has a resort fee but only has one amenity They have a small water park which looked quite nice but as we were only in for one night it was closed when we arrived and just opening by check out time. Also can only get passes between 8 am and 10 am for the day. Overall the hotel is Ok but definitely nothing special for the price. You are paying for proximity to the beach.

Nice stay near the beach. The room what a balcony facing the water park. Overall we liked the stay. The floors were not clean and the carpets in the bedrooms looked dirty, specifically it good while traveling with small kids. However it was good on all other aspects. the service was great and they offered beach towels ( service covered by the resort fee) . Walkable to the beach and around 20 mins drive to Clearwater beach.

It was great to have a full kitchen and living room, great size bathroom and balcony. Fun for kids to be overlooking the water park. Room was dirty and rundown. Floors turned feet and socks black. Lots of wear and tear.

The propert is veru close to the beach.. but it has not been maintained very well, floors were dirty, had roaches live and dead, and spiders.. front desk staff is nice but they cant help with anything..definitely not worth the price i paid.. awful

The 1 bdrm condo was serviceable. Nice space inside. The beds were very loud. Need replacing. Liked view on balcony to waterpark. TV screen was pink, but maintenance brought in a new one quickly. That was nice. The floors in condo were terribly dirty. Our feet were black by the end of the day. Seems that they sweep unit but don't mop them. For the price expected something a little more upscale. All in all, still had a good time though.

The motel is OK. it looks like an old property that has been renovated a bit. The staff at the front desk was mostly concerned about collecting their resort fee+taxes than at making us feel welcome. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the moms on both sides of us yelling at their children and people arguing and so on. but for one night it was good, and the free parking and complimentary pass to the water park is definitely a nice perk.

The property is dated. The mattress was horrible and needs replacing. The shower headi in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Need room darkening shades. The parking was a problem and there isn’t enough space. I stayed here in 2019 and it was great. Some money could be spent to update and repair things. Location was great and nice walking distance to places.

The whole booking process was fast and easy, very affordable. Parking was convienant, rooms were so Nice and clean, very big with lots of Space. Whole full kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.

We had a 1 bedroom suite that overlooked the water park. Large balcony. Very clean. We loved our room. There is also a sundeck on the 5th floor that was fantastic to watch the sunset. Kids loved the waterpark especially the fast slide. Will definitely stay again.

Housekeepers walked into my room three times while me and my children were sleeping mind tou check out is at 11 but they came in three different times between 6and 7 and two more time after that between 7 and 930 it was very uncomfortable and when i brought it to the front desk they only apologize and then offered me a late check out there was also blood stains on the sheets and the pillow case as well as having the housekeepers standing outside my room talking and talking so then i had to just decided to pack my kids up and just leave cause there was sleeping when i went to the front desk i told them about the about the stains i had ask to be accommodated due to the housekeeping as well as the stains on the bed sheets they offered me only to take of the resort fee which was 35 bucks im sorry but this was just terrible the front desk staff was very nice but i do feel i should be refunded for this.

Office is hard to find. I wish more details would be shared when booking. Such as you have to rent suites in order to get parking. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street which is very limited. The lighting is horrible. You have 1 lamp by the bed in the room for the lighting. Didn’t get a balcony or patio that we requested. Nor did we get a room facing the pool as requested. Air conditioner didn’t work so we went a night without any air. The maintenance did a good job in getting it fixed first thing in the morning. Again the 2nd night no air conditioning. Check in is at 4 and the water park closes at 6. Doesn’t give much time at the water park. You only get one pass if you don’t stay in a suite which also was not mentioned.

The people who work the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and we were easily able to get an early check in when we arrived. They were prompt when we had a minor service request and you can text message for quick answers. The slides were closed 2 days which was a bummer but not fault of the hotel it was due to weather. The kids really enjoyed themselves and it was a quick walk down to the beach too. We had a 2 bedroom condo that had plenty of space for our family.

Checked in at 945pm. Noise by kids running past the room up till 0200am. No answer at front desk when trying to complain. Noise by kids again at 0500 am. Check out was bait and which at 0900. They had me sign for the room rates at $112.00 and when i asked for the receipt it showed $251.00. this practice is fraud. Buyer beware!!!

Called a “resort” because of kids water park. Basically a hotel room. Too many failings to type but a $30 a day resort fee which was for their Wi-Fi, clean linen, public on street parking and 1 park pass. Front office staff not welcoming with complaints/questions. Upon checkout I informed GM I was going to give this place horrible reviews he said he was sorry to hear that and then walked away. Did nothing to inquire or resolve. Fortunately, Nicole at corporate reservations stepped up and made “right” with me by using common sense.

I have stayed 4 times now and will return again. Each time I stay in a different room. I enjoyed looking over the balcony and viewing the waterpark more than viewing the intercoastal. Parking was easy. The beach was also very nice. Staff was friendly. We will return again. Thank you.

A $30/day resort fee was added to advertised daily rate. Was told the fee was for parking which was on the street, Wi-Fi, 1 ticket to water park which we never intended to use. We asked for extra towels because of 4 day stay which took 4 calls to get towels. No daily maid service. Clerk was unable to explain final billing correctly. Not what we expected.

This was a tremendous spot for our family of 4 kids 8 and under. We could walk to the beach or go to Splash Harbor Waterpark on the property. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding, world class customer service. Would highly recommend!

It was a little confusing trying to find the office to check in. Once we stopped by two other hotels we finally found it. Once we checked in the room was great, the water park was great and it was a perfect location close to restaurants and beach access.

Great place to stay for families, close to the beach. You can walk within minutes to the beach. Waterpark access was great for the kids. 1 pass is given per room and additional are at cost but pricing is reasonable. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The motel is OK. it looks like an old property that has been renovated a bit. The staff at the front desk was mostly concerned about collecting their resort fee+taxes than at making us feel welcome. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the moms on both sides of us yelling at their children and people arguing and so on. but for one night it was good, and the free parking and complimentary pass to the water park is definitely a nice perk.

The floors were not clean and the carpets in the bedrooms looked dirty, specifically it good while traveling with small kids. However it was good on all other aspects. the service was great and they offered beach towels ( service covered by the resort fee) . Walkable to the beach and around 20 mins drive to Clearwater beach.

Overall our trip was wonderful, the units nice but could use fresh paint. There was a major safety hazard as one of the outlets had a metal outlet socket plug sticking out/ broken inside. Other then that the experience was great as well as the staff. The water park was a nice add although a little overwhelming as some guest have to pay. The pool area is open to guest after 6pm for those who dont want to pay the additional fee. The shops around the property were great. There's live music everyday at 6pm from the venue across the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants to eat from. Bait shop less then 5 min away. Beach is a block and a half away.

The lobby isn't attached to the accommodations and is only staffed from 4-10pm. The first room I was given was run down, dirty and very old. The maid tried to get in my room while i was still in bed and didn't knock before opening the door. Hair in the bed and slippery bathroom floor from too much cleaning liquid. I'm not sure why it is designated as a resort, there is no restaurant and not event any vending machines. The second room was a bit better but the coffee machine is kept in the bathroom! Disgusting. The only good thing i can say is that it's only a 5 munite to the beach.

Pros: Water park was very nice and on-property. The beach is one block away from the hotel. There are restaurants and a CVS pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice, especially if you drive north about 15 minutes to Clearwater. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Finding parking was not easy. This is problematic if you want to go somewhere by car, and then you come back and circle the streets to find a spot where you won’t get ticketed or towed. The walls in the hotel are paper thin, and all of the rooms are connecting rooms which means you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. We had to switch rooms when we arrived because our first neighbors were obnoxiously loud. Summary: This hotel is a great place to visit if you plan on spending most of your time at the water park or beach. We stayed in a standard double bed room, and it was nothing special; just your typical basic hotel room. That being said, they charge a resort fee, which includes your entry to the water park, but if you’re not going to utilize it, then I suggest finding a more affordable hotel if you’re just looking to find a comfortable place to sleep.

Wasn’t able to check-in until after 4PM. Was given a nice room but near elevator and bright light that peered in through blinds all night. Nice clean bathroom with plenty of linens. Didn’t use the water park since the weather was a bit rough, but did enjoy Jimmy Guana’s next door for oysters and a beer and some corn hole gaming at the Rum Shack. Great restaurants and breakfast spots within walking distance. Pipo & Betty’s! Got a bit messy parking under oak trees and there was a huge puddle from the rain in front of office when checking out.

The bad: Booked for 3 nights, 3 people. Was only given 2 water park passes so had to buy a third one for an additional $14 and could only go one day of the 3, even tho they charge you a $34 resort fee each day. Saw roaches in our bathroom. It’s a little confusing when you first get there because Air bnb, Holiday Inn, and this place all have similar buildings and same pool but different check ins. The good: The water park was fun and the water was warm. Pool bar was great. Beach within walking distance. The on-site restaurant had good food and service. The both: there was a fire somewhere in our building and we were awoken at 4 am to an ear piercing alarm. We were outside for about and hour while the fire department took care of it. Not sure what happened but at least you know you won’t be sleeping thru an emergency!

The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. The hot water is sparse; we all took mostly cold or lukewarm showers. The curtain on the balcony door fell off day one when opening the balcony door. Overall, the unit just has a lot of wear and tear. It’s in need of refurbishment.
