The location of this property is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants but one of the main reasons we chose this hotel is because they offered on site parking. What we didn’t know is that they charge 50 Euros a night to park. This is not a typo. Yes, 50 Euros!! This is insult pricing which I refuse to pay on principle. We found parking somewhere else which was both inconvenient and annoying. We travel all over the world 5-6 times a year and we always have a car with us but we have NEVER paid that much to park… not even when using valet parking in 5 star hotels. Apart from the parking disappointment, the hotel was ok but it did not feel like a 5 star property - more like a 4 star hotel. The color scheme is odd with each floor being painted a different color. Also, they are trying a bit too hard to be modern/trendy with the decor. And, the bathroom is a little dated. The shower had 1” tiles on the walls and floor but the grout had definitely seen better days. The thing that really counts though is that the bed and pillows were nice and comfy so we got a good night’s sleep. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we found the cute little coastal town of Camogli delightful.

Garage spazioso, letti comodi, riparazioni a moquette approssimative. Un 5 stelle co tavoletta del bagno senza rallentatore di chiusura non si può vedere. Spigoli delle porte già danneggiati da carrelli di servizio. Dei due ascensori uno non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno. 4 stelle erano più adatte.

This hotel appeals impressive but as soon as you walk in somebody try to sell you beech towel, sauna ticket, or dinner special of the hotel. The hotel is good for 3 star and not deserving five star hotel. Family friends stuck n elevator and they couldn’t get them out for 45 minutes on middle of the night. And the management stated no problem we called the services right away. Some of the staff is well trained some of them have language barriers.

Literally just a stone’s throw from Camogli train station, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring nearby towns, islands, or simply enjoying Camogli itself. The hotel has a quirky and unusual design that adds character, though it is on the pricier side, it would have been nice if some spa services were included in the rate. Room cleaning took place quite early, around breakfast time, so our bin was already full by the time we checked out. Although the staff from reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the rooftop area provided amazing views , definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The Carrick Hotel is well-located at the southern tip of Camogli. It's a short walk to the train station and the beach but it is on a quiet edge of the road. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and the rooftop is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel a few minutes walk to main restaurant area in Camogli. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Pizza restaurant near hotel was good too. Free public parking in parking lot above hotel..white lines means free.

Lovely hotel with beautiful, interesting rooms, a lovely rooftop. I can’t believe it wasn’t packed during our stay. Quiet area, but easily walkable to the city center.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zwec kmässig eingerichtet. Habe im Bett gut geschlafen. Der Fernseher bietet 1000 Kanäle - Blatt mit einer Übersicht bei welcher Kanalnr. welche Sprache zu finden ist wäre hilfreich.

Très bien situé dans Camogli, personnel accueillant et serviable. Joli Hôtel avec juste la douche à rénover. Très beau rooftop. Belle chambre. Nous avons suivis les conseils des différents commentaires ce qui nous a permis de nous garer à l extérieur sur les lignes blanches.

The room are different from what portraits in the photos, much smaller. There was also a strong smell of frying oil on the floor. However the finishing of the room was nice, bed very good and bathroom also very nice. Overall it’s not what we expected, again different from Expedia pics. Be ready for that.

We stayed in the Suite Paradiso. The room wasn't huge but it was okay for a family of 4 and good enough for our 4 night stay. Housekeeping , staff at the bar and restaurants were exceptional and very friendly and informative. Fitness center was small but clean and good equipment. I only wished we could've connected to our tv for Netflix. We recommend this hotel and would come back to visit again.

We stayed at Paradise Suite (a premium room) with two kids at the hotel. It’s smelled like cigarette smoke - really strongly. A stale cigarette smoke not because someone was smoking next door but more likely becuase someone stayed there long term who was a smoker. The suite was soaked in old cigarette smoke. When I brought it up to the front desk I felt like my concerns were complete brushed off. I demanded to speak to the manager who was in the management room right behind the reception. The manager did not come out. I insisted for him to come out to I can speak about the issue. He refused to come out and said he is available after 2pm through the receptionist. I wasn’t willing to wait for 3hrs and I asked him to call. He didn’t call either. Very frustrating experience specially when you pay for a premium room. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means

Staff is amazing (especially Leo and Carlina). Hotel is beautiful. Room is large and comfortable (great bed and great shower). Breakfast was wonderful. Kitchen stays open late for late arrivals and food was delicious. 5 minute walk to the sea, so great location. Parking in Camogli can be difficult, especially on a busy weekend. A couple of garages above the hotel that are a little cheaper than the hotel parking if you can find them.

The room are different from what portraits in the photos, much smaller. There was also a strong smell of frying oil on the floor. However the finishing of the room was nice, bed very good and bathroom also very nice. Overall it’s not what we expected, again different from Expedia pics. Be ready for that.

Nel complesso bene ( posizione vicino al centro , colazione ottima , disponibilità del personale , pulizia, servizi aggiuntivi offerti) ma per un 5 stelle ci si potrebbe aspettare un parcheggio auto gratuito o a prezzi più contenuti ( non ne ho usufruito ) e una camera più silenziosa (frigobar con continui rumori , errore mio non avere chiesto in reception come disattivarlo)

We stayed in the Suite Paradiso. The room wasn't huge but it was okay for a family of 4 and good enough for our 4 night stay. Housekeeping , staff at the bar and restaurants were exceptional and very friendly and informative. Fitness center was small but clean and good equipment. Literally just a stone’s throw from Camogli train station, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring nearby towns, islands, or simply enjoying Camogli itself. This hotel appeals impressive but as soon as you walk in somebody try to sell you beech towel, sauna ticket, or dinner special of the hotel. The hotel is good for 3 star and not deserving five star hotel. Family friends stuck n elevator and they couldn’t get them out for 45 minutes on middle of the night. And the management stated no problem we called the services right away. Some of the staff is well trained some of them have language barriers.

The Carrick Hotel is well-located at the southern tip of Camogli. It's a short walk to the train station and the beach but it is on a quiet edge of the road. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and the rooftop is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Paradise Suite (a premium room) with two kids at the hotel. It’s smelled like cigarette smoke - really strongly. A stale cigarette smoke not because someone was smoking next door but more likely becuase someone stayed there long term who was a smoker. The suite was soaked in old cigarette smoke. When I brought it up to the front desk I felt like my concerns were complete brushed off. I demanded to speak to the manager who was in the management room right behind the reception. The manager did not come out. I insisted for him to come out to I can speak about the issue. He refused to come out and said he is available after 2pm through the receptionist. I wasn’t willing to wait for 3hrs and I asked him to call. He didn’t call either. Very frustrating experience specially when you pay for a premium room. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means

Perfekt läge, fina rum, luktade gott överallt, takterrassen var magisk. Bra kvalitet på frukosten, men lite väl lång väntan på att få service och en kaffe. De fyllde inte på med vatten i rummet. De hade samarbete med ett hotell med privat strand, men kostnaden för en solstol var orimligt hög.

Dejligt hotel i den lille kystby. Venlig betjening. Specielt en ældre herre på hotellets rooftop. Vi manglede at der var egen altan til værelset, men rooftop gjorde at man havde den mulighed for at nyde aftenen ude. Vi var kørende til hotellet, og parkering i området er lidt af en kamp. Easypark App gør det nemt at betale. Hotellet har parkering under hotellet, men til 50eur/døgn. Synes det nærmer sig tyveri at kræve 50eur/døgn for at parkere i en næsten tom parkeringskælder.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Carrick Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon and even brought us complimentary appetizers on our first night. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked incredibly well (a huge plus during the Italian summer), and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to watch the sunset with a great cocktail, and the included continental breakfast was excellent every morning. Every member of the front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Camogli.
