Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious.

This place is so peaceful.Retreat would be a better name rather than resort!! This is a unique place where you get your own private apartment and pool. The apartments are huge and have brilliant kitchen area if you want to cook. Staff are great and will help ypu with anything. We had massages in our room and the staff sorted out tour transport etc needed. Itis quite away from good for getting into Phuket town and east activities. Taxis are expensive but they are same price as rest of Phuket.

Staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping was awesome. Resort was beautiful but don’t bother getting massages from there I wasn’t impressed.

The room was clean and very confortable but the customer service was terrible. The staff did not speak well or at all English, we called many, many times for room service and they never answered the phone. The breakfast was poor, in the eating area there were a lot of flys. The bar was not open, no food available after hours. The hotel does not have access to the beach as seen in the pictures posted in their site. Rides schedule was on time to airport.

ホテルは清潔で快適でした、庭にプールもあり プライベートを守ることができます。プライベートヴィラのためスタッフもとても親切です。 ただ、ホテルに晩御飯を食べる場所がなく、またホテルの周辺にコンビニもレストランもありません。徒歩15分くらいのところに小さなお店が一軒。徒歩20〜25分くらいのところに青空食堂のようなお店がありましたが、そこに辿り着くまでに山道を降りていくのが不便。日が暮れてからは真っ暗なので到底無理です。観光地の繁華街に行くにはタクシーで1時間。渋滞時は2時間ほど見てると良いと思います。何かオプショナルツアーに申し込むにもホテルが主要地から離れているため、別途10000円近く請求されます。どこに行くにも毎回タクシー代もかかるので、色んなアトラクションを予定されている方は繁華街に泊まることをお勧めします。

Smokeless property but our room smelled of smoke. Door did not shut from bathroom to master bedroom for privacy. No room in master bedroom for luggage must be placed in common. Bathroom construction was improper for drain of shower as using the shower outside the tub made all the floor wet including around the toilet. Pictures misleading as was when property was new. Everything from chips in paint on walls, door locks not working properly to worn furniture needs repair. Very far from main road and breakfast buffet was not the best- it you are not picky, smoke and want an inexpensive place to stay.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a very quiet area. Our room was big and clean, and the housekeepers were sweet as well.

The pool was great to have in our own space. The room was clean but odd shower setup with no curtain and water goes everywhere. The area outside of hotel was kind of run down and food was terrible. On the first night ordered food and they forgot part of order even though repeated it back to us plus took another 30-40 minutes after they knew order was missing. Plus said breakfast was 6am but did not start until 7am which was an issue when needed to leave earlier. The location was good but private pool was best attraction.

唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了

Veeeeery nice property for the money. Secluded but a quick taxi ride to everything. Staff very accommodating. Owner dropped by during my visit. Very gracious and friendly man. I love the swim out pool. My villas was comfortable. I travelled solo and felt very safe.
Veeeeery nice property for the money. Secluded but a quick taxi ride to everything. Staff very accommodating. Owner dropped by during my visit. Very gracious and friendly man. I love the swim out pool. My villas was comfortable. I travelled solo and felt very safe.

Smokeless property but our room smelled of smoke. Door did not shut from bathroom to master bedroom for privacy. No room in master bedroom for luggage must be placed in common. Bathroom construction was improper for drain of shower as using the shower outside the tub made all the floor wet including around the toilet. Pictures misleading as was when property was new. Everything from chips in paint on walls, door locks not working properly to worn furniture needs repair. Very far from main road and breakfast buffet was not the best- it you are not picky, smoke and want an inexpensive place to stay.

The rooms at the Boutique Resort were very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was not ideal as it is located in the middle of a very rural neighborhood without easy access to food or shops. The resort also has a bunch of cats that don’t seem to be feed.

This used to be a great stay but it’s fallen badly. On arrival they put me in a two-bedroom villa with one bedroom simply locked. That’s not the same as the one-bedroom villa I booked and paid for, which has an extra toilet and a far better, more relaxing layout. It felt cheap and gave off awful vibes. Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and very confortable but the customer service was terrible. The staff did not speak well or at all English, we called many, many times for room service and they never answered the phone. The breakfast was poor, in the eating area there were a lot of flys. The bar was not open, no food available after hours. The hotel does not have access to the beach as seen in the pictures posted in their site. Rides schedule was on time to airport.

唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了

Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious.

This place is so peaceful.Retreat would be a better name rather than resort!! This is a unique place where you get your own private apartment and pool. The apartments are huge and have brilliant kitchen area if you want to cook. Staff are great and will help ypu with anything. We had massages in our room and the staff sorted out tour transport etc needed. Itis quite away from good for getting into Phuket town and east activities. Taxis are expensive but they are same price as rest of Phuket.

My stay was so amazing! Granted this resort is far from the busy places you would want to be close to but I didn’t mind the drive. The villa was amazing I’ll definitely be staying here again! Staff so friendly and food was great. Just so relaxing and exceeded my expectations

The pool was great to have in our own space. The room was clean but odd shower setup with no curtain and water goes everywhere. The area outside of hotel was kind of run down and food was terrible. On the first night ordered food and they forgot part of order even though repeated it back to us plus took another 30-40 minutes after they knew order was missing. Plus said breakfast was 6am but did not start until 7am which was an issue when needed to leave earlier. The location was good but private pool was best attraction.

Lovely set up of villa's. I had 2 bedroom villa with private pool. All very nice . Comfortable beds . Villa is very much out on a limb but if you looking for piece and quiet in a lovely setting.. it's perfect. I had food at the pool bar all very nice . Big plus they will take you to the beach and pick you back up also the shopping mall a few times per day. All the staff very nice and friendly. I did have a few issues trying to get TV to work . Lady did come round a few times but kept freezing . Suppose it kept me from checking the News lol. All in all a lovely stay. Pool was cleaned when I was there also the mosquito man come round to spray. Evening time is the worst for them but I had loads of spray. There was also 2 bottles provided by the hotel. Bottles of water also replenished every day.

Villa is very much out on a limb but if you looking for piece and quiet in a lovely setting.. it's perfect. I had food at the pool bar all very nice . Big plus they will take you to the beach and pick you back up also the shopping mall a few times per day. All the staff very nice and friendly. I did have a few issues trying to get TV to work . Lady did come round a few times but kept freezing . Suppose it kept me from checking the News lol. All in all a lovely stay. Pool was cleaned when I was there also the mosquito man come round to spray. Evening time is the worst for them but I had loads of spray. There was also 2 bottles provided by the hotel. Bottles of water also replenished every day.

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff are very friendly and so kind ,the place is so peaceful, with lovely garden view.i cant wait to go back again 😊
