B&B delizioso, con una bellissima vista sulla valle di Orvieto. Ci è stata assegnata una camera molto spaziosa, con una bella vista e un bagno bello ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. I gestori sono persone fantastiche, molto garbate e cordiali. La colazione viene servita sulla terrazza con una vista stupenda. Parcheggio in struttura, che è situata a 350mt dall'ascensore per Orvieto e questo è un vantaggio da tenere in considerazione perchè ad Orvieto non si parcheggia facilmente.

A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk up to the parking lot where we could take the free escalators up to the center of the city. ( word of caution if you go at this time of year…it was a dark walk back with busy traffic, but this should not be a problem in summer daylight). The breakfast was delicious with hams, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, tomatoes, a large variety of sweet baked goods, toast and beverages. Lots of power for seeing beautiful Orvieto. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay

La struttura è una casa colonica finemente ristrutturata, con parcheggio interno e a 350 mt dal centro. Ci ha accolti la sig. Antonella che è stata gentilissima. La colazione è stata buonissima (io ho scelto dolce) con vasta scelta di dolci del posto. Consigliatissimo!!

Amazing!!! What a service from the owners! Big room with an Amazing view. Air condition, and Big comfy bed. Big clean and charming bathroom, also with a view. Short walking distanse to the city. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good. A lage selection of homemade sweet. Excellent coffe. This is quality and service for your money! To be recommended!

De twee eigenaressen, die overigens niet Chiara en Benedetta heten, zijn vrolijk, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ze geven goede tips over Orvieto en omgeving. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de tweede cappuccino in de tuin is aangenaam. De hotelkamer en badkamer zijn ruim en heel schoon.

Eccezionale, un posto semplicemente delizioso dove soggiornare ad Orvieto. La struttura finemente ristrutturata, le camere ampie e comode, pulite e luminose, la posizione è a 350 MT dalle scale mobili x salire in centro storico. Perfetto...tutto, compresa la colazione con le torte fatte in casa da Rossana che è oltretutto un ottima pasticcera. Mi sono sentita come a casa, coccolata e piacevolmente sorpresa. Che dire...da non perdere!!! Noi torneremo di sicuro!!!!

O tratamento foi o que mais nos marcou: a atenção e a simpatia oferecidas nos fizeram sentir super acolhidos. A Rosanna foi especialmente gentil, até se oferecendo para nos buscar na estação de trem! Além disso, a localização é muito conveniente. Apesar de não estar dentro das muralhas, o B&B fica a apenas uns 350 metros de um dos portões, sendo, consequentemente, perto de tudo, o que facilitou muito os nossos passeios. Recomendo de olhos fechados a todos que buscam uma experiência de férias memorável.

De twee eigenaressen, die overigens niet Chiara en Benedetta heten, zijn vrolijk, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ze geven goede tips over Orvieto en omgeving. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de tweede cappuccino in de tuin is aangenaam. De hotelkamer en badkamer zijn ruim en heel schoon.

Cinco estrelas em tudo! O quarto é impecável, super confortável e muito bem decorado, garantindo um descanso perfeito após os passeios. O tratamento foi o que mais nos marcou: a atenção e a simpatia oferecidas nos fizeram sentir super acolhidos. A Rosanna foi especialmente gentil, até se oferecendo para nos buscar na estação de trem! Além disso, a localização é muito conveniente. Apesar de não estar dentro das muralhas, o B&B fica a apenas uns 350 metros de um dos portões, sendo, consequentemente, perto de tudo, o que facilitou muito os nossos passeios. Recomendo de olhos fechados a todos que buscam uma experiência de férias memorável.

While it was hard to find at first, we did locate the property and found it to be very nice with a friendly staff that was quite helpful. We could walk to Orvieto from the B&B and our stay was quite pleasant.

Le persone sono gentili.Camera e' comido.Albergo e' piccolino lontana al centro ma non c'e' problema perche l'accensoria e' vicino a hotel.Colazione e' perfetto.Se ritorno a Orvieto staro' questo albergo.Strongly recommended.

A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk up to the parking lot where we could take the free escalators up to the center of the city. ( word of caution if you go at this time of year…it was a dark walk back with busy traffic, but this should not be a problem in summer daylight). The breakfast was delicious with hams, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, tomatoes, a large variety of sweet baked goods, toast and beverages. Lots of power for seeing beautiful Orvieto. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay

Rosanna is a fantastic hostess!! The location is very convenient to walk , though a steep one, to the town. We spent a late afternoon and evening in the town - nice dinner at coco. Breakfast was great too - fresh espresso and pastries - too good..

Amazing!!! What a service from the owners! Big room with an Amazing view. Air condition, and Big comfy bed. Big clean and charming bathroom, also with a view. Short walking distanse to the city. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good. A lage selection of homemade sweet. Excellent coffe. This is quality and service for your money! To be recommended!

De ontvangst was heel erg vriendelijk en mevrouw spreekt zeer redelijk engels.👏 Het ontbijt was erg goed zowel italiaans en continentaal. Voor ons nederlanders was er lekker brood, boter, kaas, ham en eieren. Verder kon je een stuk van de zelf gebakken taart uitzoeken. Mijn favoriet was de vijgentaart.😋 Wij wensen mevrouw veel succes👍

Eccezionale, un posto semplicemente delizioso dove soggiornare ad Orvieto. La struttura finemente ristrutturata, le camere ampie e comode, pulite e luminose, la posizione è a 350 MT dalle scale mobili x salire in centro storico. Perfetto...tutto, compresa la colazione con le torte fatte in casa da Rossana che è oltretutto un ottima pasticcera. Mi sono sentita come a casa, coccolata e piacevolmente sorpresa. Che dire...da non perdere!!! Noi torneremo di sicuro!!!!

La struttura è una casa colonica finemente ristrutturata, con parcheggio interno e a 350 mt dal centro. Ci ha accolti la sig. Antonella che è stata gentilissima. La colazione è stata buonissima (io ho scelto dolce) con vasta scelta di dolci del posto. Consigliatissimo!!

Veldig hyggelig vert (Rosanna), som tok godt i mot oss, og var hyggelig og hjelpsom hele oppholdet. Perfekt beliggenhet ift å besøke Orvieto - med bare noen hundre meter å gå opp til rulletrappen. Dog må man være i stand til å gå bratt motbakke et lite stykke - eldre eller funksjonshemmede kan få utfordringer i bakkene. Men for oss var stedet perfekt på alle måter, og vi besøker gjerne igjen!
Veldig hyggelig vert (Rosanna), som tok godt i mot oss, og var hyggelig og hjelpsom hele oppholdet. Perfekt beliggenhet ift å besøke Orvieto - med bare noen hundre meter å gå opp til rulletrappen. Séjour très agréable, conforme aux offres en ligne. Une vue magnique et reposante sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner. Une hôtesse sympathique, à l'écoute, et très flexible, qui s'est adaptée à beaucoup de changements, avec le sourire. A recommander pour un séjour au coeur d'Orvieto à 60 mètres de l'église perchée au sommet de pentes très raides.

This B&B is an absolute gem! Just outside the city walls on the tufa rock the views from the breakfast terrace as well as from some of the rooms are wonderful. You’ll reach the Porta Romana on foot within 5min to explore the historic city. Rosanna, who I had contact with before, even picked me up at the train station upon arrival which made my arrival so much easier (the train station is at the bottom of the rock on which Orvieto is located). Rosanna and Isabella take care of the property and are very hospitable, cheerful, always ready for a chat and helpful in all respects. The property itself is a beautiful house ovetlooking the plains. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. There was an aurcon and a fridge available in the room. The bathroom, just like anything else, was sparkling clean. The shower was powerful and the entire bathroom modern & spacious. Breakfast was a delightwith freshly prepared Italian coffee specialities, cakes, cheese & ham, jam, fresh fruit etc. I felt very welcome and wished I could move in straightaway!
