1. Payment & Credit Card Payment is made at the hotel. Credit card details are required at the time of booking and will be used as a guarantee. 2. Taxes & Additional Charges VAT is included in the stated price. Municipal tax and service charge are not applicable. 3. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation value. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total reservation value. 4. Age Policy & Minors The Surf House's dormitory accommodations are strictly available to guests aged 18 years or older. Guests travelling with minors (under 18) are kindly required to request prior authorisation before completing their booking, so we can do our best to find a suitable arrangement for your group. Failure to notify us in advance may result in the refusal of accommodation upon check-in. In such cases, Surf House reserves the right to refuse service at the sole discretion of management, and we regret that no refund will be issued for bookings cancelled or denied on these grounds.
