Our unit was clean, and adequately ( but not amply) supplied. The kitchen supplies and furniture met our basic needs, but the mattresses have seen better days. This unit, and it's parking stall, were nice and close to the elevator, but do not count on being able to park a full-size truck in the stall if the neighbour is home. Access to the unit and stay instructions were well communicated. I would stay at this unit again, but would also probably bring additional camping mattresses for a better nights sleep.

PARKING IS A $&@%* JOKE. Everything about this place was OK except the parking. Which was such a joke that we will never book here again. There is, at best, 3 inches between your car and the car next to you. There's absolutely no chance of you opening your door if there's a car parked next to yours. It is unbelievable that the country of Canada allowed this parking garage to be built. Even in America where you can cheat the system wouldn't allow a parking garage like this to be built. It took two people to park the car. And everyone we talked to in the garage, commiserated about the ridiculousness of it. And we all couldn't believe this was allowed. If you were only coming and going one time. Perhaps it's not a big deal. But we were headed out every morning to trailhead for adventure, and pulling in and out of the space was an ordeal every time.

My family and I spent a weekend at this lodge. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by ongoing renovation work near our room. The hallways were messy, and a large industrial fan was placed in the corridor and ran throughout the night. The noise was quite loud and could be clearly heard inside our room even with the door closed. The room also had poor ventilation. Neither the sink nor the bathtub had drain stoppers, which made it easy for small items such as rings or jewelry to fall down the drain and be lost. In addition, the lock on the balcony door did not feel very secure, which raised some safety concerns. They have free underground parking.

I was dissapointed by the check in and check out . While instructions were given, they could not be executed. The fobs were particularly distressing . At check out , since I had to leave the fobs in the room , I could not go to the basement car park to reach my car. The lift will not go to the basement as I had no fob to activate it . I had to wait for some residents to appear and seek the use of their fob to allow me to get to my car park . Room was average . Unlikely to recommend anyone to stay here .
