Fantastic location. We waited til 5:30 for our room to be read

16時にチェックイン可能なはずでしたが、17時にチェックインしに行ってもまだ準備ができていない、1時間後もまだ。最終的には18時半まで待ってと言われました。その日は吹雪いていて、大量の荷物も持っており、子ども達もかかえみんな疲れていたため絶望的でした。特に謝罪もなく、高いお金を出しているのに残念でした。待ち時間にレストランに入ろうと思いましたが21時まで予約を取れないと言われ一度は断念しましたが、もう一度交渉したら、すぐに入れてもらうことができ、本当に感謝です。ここでレストランに入らなかったら、最悪の思い出となっていたことでしょう。ご飯も美味しかったです。 その他、設備やサービスは問題なかったです。

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a stunning log lobby and massive stone fireplace. The room was updated and had everything I needed, and the food selection at the on-site restaurant was great at reasonable prices. But what truly made my stay special was the quick access to Old Faithful geyser - I watched it erupt multiple times without having to change my plans. My only surprise was the low ratings, but I believe it's because people have different expectations.
