The manager, Kim, was super helpful! He made arrangements for us, let us check-in very early, and even offered for us to shower and have a room for a couple of hours on our way back through town (without a booked stay). Great breakfast also. Highly recommend.

Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended.

Nice little hotel a few yeads from City Center. Balcony room with fantastic wiev to City Lake. Nice and helpful staff, I was allowed Early check in and Late check out. Breakfast absolutely Ok, Buffet plus selections of Soup, Eggs and Pancake to order

Rommet var rent, og var akkurat som på bildene. Personalet er veldig hyggelige og hjelper deg gjerne med det du lurer på. Frokosten var veldig god, og utvalget var veldig bra. Ville absolutt bo her igjen.
