Check in early for a fee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, but the AC does not go below 22C which made it uncomfortable for some of us. Restroom spacious. Nice balcony overlooking rice fields. The rooftop restaurant had okay selection of happy hour drinks and food. The fried spring rolls were excellent! Breakfast buffet had nice varietal selection. We ate out most days, but the we ate early dinner here before we headed out. The menu is the same as the rooftop bar and the food was actually delish. Our friend had the hamburger which she loved. Location is close to Moana - literally a 3 minute walk. It is also walkable into town to shop and eat and sight see. Would stay here again. Def recommend.

Such a lovely property. Modern hotel with the best views! Surprised people don’t select this place. The grounds are gorgeous! There are art sculptures on the property too. People are helpful and friendly. 3 nights is worth it there. Stay on the higher floors 4 and above for best view of the countryside.

Unser Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' in SaPa war einfach großartig! Alles war super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf die Berge war atemberaubend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' wirklich genossen und würden es ohne Zweifel jedem empfehlen, der SaPa besucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!"

I stayed in this hotel for a night, and it was simply wonderful. Unlike previous reviews, i could communicate all staffs in english (although not so fluent, it was just enough) and all the staffs were willing to help us with kind heart. The room was super clean, well equipped and quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel for the next visit to sapa. 한국인들을 위해 후기 남깁니다. 사파에 있는 몇 안되는 5성급 호텔이라고 알고 있는데, 그만큼 청결하고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요. 다만 삼푸와 바디워시는 거품이 거의 안나니 따로 챙겨오시는게 좋을 것 같아요^^ 이 외에 있을거 다 있습니다. 시내와 거리가 좀 있어서 (도보 15분) 고민이었는데, 2시간마다 호텔에서 버기 운영하니 시간 잘 맞춰서 활용하시면 좋아요. 오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지 2시간 간격으로 호텔에서 출발합니다. 체크인시 안알려주면 꼭 먼저 물어보고 챙겨타세여! 사파에 새벽버스 타고 와서 6시에 도착했는데, 얼리체크인은 불가능했지만, 샤워 요청하니 흔쾌히 들어주었습니다! 덕분에 첫날부터 찝찝하지 않게 잘 여행할 수 있었어요. 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다! 김치찌개도 있더라구요. 식당 뷰가 대박이니 꼭 창가쪽 앉으세요.. 쌀국수와 빵이 맛있습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. We stayed at the Red Dao Suite which is beautiful overlooking the mountains in the clouds and very comfortable. Katie and the team were very kind and helpful.

Regrettably, we only stayed one night when travelling to Sapa for a two day tour. The hotel is a perfect retreat for tired travellers. We should have stayed at least 4 days, if not a week or more to truly explore this most interesting region of Vietnam. My recommendation is to stay longer and make sure you book a valley view room, sit on the balcony and breathe…. So peaceful, just wonderful.
Regrettably, we only stayed one night when travelling to Sapa for a two day tour. The hotel is a perfect retreat for tired travellers. We should have stayed at least 4 days, if not a week or more to truly explore this most interesting region of Vietnam. My recommendation is to stay longer and make sure you book a valley view room, sit on the balcony and breathe…. So peaceful, just wonderful.

Such a lovely property. Modern hotel with the best views! Surprised people don’t select this place. The grounds are gorgeous! There are art sculptures on the property too. People are helpful and friendly. 3 nights is worth it there. Stay on the higher floors 4 and above for best view of the countryside.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. We stayed at the Red Dao Suite which is beautiful overlooking the mountains in the clouds and very comfortable. Katie and the team were very kind and helpful.

Check in early for a fee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, but the AC does not go below 22C which made it uncomfortable for some of us. Restroom spacious. Nice balcony overlooking rice fields. The rooftop restaurant had okay selection of happy hour drinks and food. The fried spring rolls were excellent! Breakfast buffet had nice varietal selection. We ate out most days, but the we ate early dinner here before we headed out. The menu is the same as the rooftop bar and the food was actually delish. Our friend had the hamburger which she loved. Location is close to Moana - literally a 3 minute walk. It is also walkable into town to shop and eat and sight see. Would stay here again. Def recommend.

Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!

I stayed in this hotel for a night, and it was simply wonderful. Unlike previous reviews, i could communicate all staffs in english (although not so fluent, it was just enough) and all the staffs were willing to help us with kind heart. The room was super clean, well equipped and quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel for the next visit to sapa. 한국인들을 위해 후기 남깁니다. 사파에 있는 몇 안되는 5성급 호텔이라고 알고 있는데, 그만큼 청결하고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요. 다만 삼푸와 바디워시는 거품이 거의 안나니 따로 챙겨오시는게 좋을 것 같아요^^ 이 외에 있을거 다 있습니다. 시내와 거리가 좀 있어서 (도보 15분) 고민이었는데, 2시간마다 호텔에서 버기 운영하니 시간 잘 맞춰서 활용하시면 좋아요. 오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지 2시간 간격으로 호텔에서 출발합니다. 체크인시 안알려주면 꼭 먼저 물어보고 챙겨타세여! 사파에 새벽버스 타고 와서 6시에 도착했는데, 얼리체크인은 불가능했지만, 샤워 요청하니 흔쾌히 들어주었습니다! 덕분에 첫날부터 찝찝하지 않게 잘 여행할 수 있었어요. 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다! 김치찌개도 있더라구요. 식당 뷰가 대박이니 꼭 창가쪽 앉으세요.. 쌀국수와 빵이 맛있습니다.

Das Bad war ebenfalls gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr höflich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und war von guter Qualität. Weniger gut: Die Tür auf dem Balkon war etwas verklemmt. Die Schallisolierung zu anderen Zimmer ist nicht gut genug. Der Whirlpool war außerbetrieb.

The room was super clean, well equipped and quiet. The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views.
