KK Sapa is situated a reasonable distance away from Sapa Town Centre. There are also multiple dining and drinking options nearby. The hotel has multiple well-maintained amenities such as Gym, Swimming Pool, etc. Highly recommended if you are visiting Sapa.

Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control.

A little disappointed overall. Beautiful views but spoilt by construction noise from early morning. Pool area only 2 loungers and not very relaxing environment. In general a nice hotel spoilt by lack of attention to details.

Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym. Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa. Would stay again

Well maintained hotel and it was very convenient - we could walk to places of attraction under 10 mins by foot Staffs were helpful and were able to communicate well in English. There was a small but functional gym and indoor pool jacuzzi too. A pool table was available to play too Our room which was mountain facing had a balcony and sitting area which we could catch sunset

자연환경이 좋은 사파여행을 위해 선택했던 KK SAPA Hotel. 위치 좋고 친절하며 갖추어진 수영장, 헬스, 당구대 등 부대시설 좋고 중심가로 접근성 좋고 새 건물이라 깨끗하고 여러 말이 필요없는 편안한 숙소였다. 하필이면 2박하는 동안 날씨가 안좋아 계속 안개 속이어서 발코니에서 시파 자연환경, 계곡을 감상하고 싶었는데 너무 아쉽지만 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 다시 KK sapa 호텔을 재방문 해야겠다고 생각했다. 넓고 쾌적한 호텔 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

Best breakfast buffet, so many options of cuisine, drinks and desserts. Many choices for vegetarians. Everything tasty and fresh. Good gym, billiards and pool facilities. Every hall has air freshener. Grand family room was spacious and freshened towels daily. Only downside was hot water takes forever to heat up, doesn't get very hot and water pressure is average. Highly recommend to stay here when in Sa Pa.

Hotel de très grande qualité, bien équipé et proche de la ville par l'accès sur l'arrière au... 15eme étage! Petit déjeuner buffet d'exception très varié et piscine couverte bien agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée après de longues marches. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées et que dire de la vue sur la vallée, la ville et le mont Fansipan, exceptionnel.!! Le personnel est au petits soins et toujours prêt à aider. Had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa. The room was very spacious and clean, with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was plentiful and all the extras (umbrellas, storing luggage, spa discount, shortcut to town) really makes this a great value hotel!

We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. When the staff delivered our luggage, we asked about it and were advised to contact reception. A staff member came to check, acknowledged the smell and inspected the carpet, but the source could not be identified. The hotel sprayed an air freshener into the room while we went out for dinner. When we returned, the same smell was still very strong. We called reception again; they agreed to give us another room but said that because this was a “better” room than our original one, we would have to change back to our original room type the next day. This new room was on the 10th floor. In the morning we were told to vacate this room by 12:00, but at the lobby we were informed that our third room would only be ready at 14:00. When we finally received the third room — also on the 17th floor but a few doors away from the original — the same urine-like smell greeted us again. After experiencing the same strong smell in two separate rooms on the 17th floor, we began to suspect there might be a mold or moisture problem in the building’s upper-floor structures.

I would want to give this hotel 5*, however, at first my room have some issues (the wash sink didn’t drain at all, the water boiler didn’t work), the staff were so helpful try to fix most of the issues, one thing I still believe that a five star hotel with permanent dots stained bath tub is not acceptable. I could not enjoy a hot bath after a long day walking .. how sad, they also would not be able to change the room for me, so I subtract a start for this. The staffs are very nice and helpful professionally 5*!

I asked for a quiet room. At first, I was given a room on the 2nd floor near the restaurant, above the reception area, and next to the elevator. When I asked to change rooms, they gave me a room above the street and next to the elevator. Barely slept at all.

There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.

Beautiful views and resort, very clean and helpful staff. Room was nice except issues with air conditioning as room was very warm despite turning the temperature down as much as possible. Stay would have been perfect otherwise.

Beautiful hotel. Huge room with large balcony. The staff were amazing and accommodated our food needs when we arrived late. Breakfast is incredible with so so many choices including omelettes made in front of you to order. Really clean and beautiful.

View was spectacular!!!!! Room was large and comfortable, service we good overall except for pushy front desk man who would only allow us to book anything through him, wanted high prices and limited options. We say no, he kept pushing for more to be booked. We booked first private car and tours through him, the driver never went to 50% of places was supposed to stating that it didnt look good. Yes weather was a bit misty, but we wanted to see the waterfalls…wasnt allowed to. Then was late picking us up at Fancipan, we had to wait for his “brother” to get us cause had car problems. Yet after all this, doorman would not give any discount or hear concerns. Shrugged and said price firm. Water….had no water each morning for a good 5-10 minutes. Turn tap on and hear it gurgle, hiss, spit…everything but flow water out of any tap, then once it did, you either had a LAVA HOT shower or ARTIC ICE one….there was no in between. You pay for view here, nothing else. I believe you can find better value and hotels

Great hotel to see the mountains (if you get a room with a view, otherwise you’ll be stuck with a room facing the street and their balcony doors are not sound proof, hence you’ll feel you have your door open). The place is a bit far from downtown, but it’s a very nice 30 minute leisure walk because you go through a lot of nice restaurants and stores. Alternatively, if you want to go to cat cat village, taking the main exit will bring you closer to your destination.

This is a nice hotel that is generally well-maintained, but our stay was marred by an issue with the air conditioning, which was not working. As a result, we had an uncomfortably warm night. We reported the problem mid-morning, but it took multiple calls to reception and several hours before a technician finally arrived to fix it. As compensation, the reception staff initially offered only 15% off the à la carte restaurant…a disappointing gesture. Then, five minutes later, they increased it to 50% off. However, this offer came at 9.30 PM, just as the restaurant was closing, making it completely useless. We reported the problem mid-morning, but it took multiple calls to reception and several hours before a technician finally arrived to fix it. As compensation, the reception staff initially offered only 15% off the à la carte restaurant…a disappointing gesture. Then, five minutes later, they increased it to 50% off. However, this offer came at 9.30 PM, just as the restaurant was closing, making it completely useless. Overall, if something goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect a prompt resolution or meaningful goodwill gesture. Given this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was just amazing. The rooms, the views. We had room service on our first night and it was really reasonable. The staff went over and above to help. The lady on reception even sent me WhatsApp messages with updates on the weather and when we should visit Fansipan

Nothing to fault with this property. We were looked after by the fabulous staff from the moment we arrived. We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. This continued throughout our stay, with Sarah checking in on us every day via WhatsAp to see if we needed any advice or assistance with planning our day. We have never had this level of personalised service anywhere else we have stayed. The room was very spacious, and the view… wow! The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of town, making it quiet but only a short 5 minute walk to all the nearby shops and cafes. While there is some construction next door at the moment, we were not disturbed by this at all. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money.

Totally not a 5 star experience and quite literally the worst customer service we’ve had throughout our stays at this type of property. Expected a lot more. Very disappointed.

Overall we had a lovely stay! The room was incredible and very clean. One thing to note is that it was often hard to find staff members, especially at the cafe. We would want to get something and there would be no staff on the entire floor. We also had an odd interaction with one of the front desk members. He insisted on taking driving us to many of the main attractions in sapa but did not give us a price even though we asked many times. It ended up being way more expensive than taking a Grab, so I would not recommend taking them up on that. Other than a few frustrating interactions, we had a great stay!

View was spectacular!!!!! Room was large and comfortable, service we good overall except for pushy front desk man who would only allow us to book anything through him, wanted high prices and limited options. We say no, he kept pushing for more to be booked. We booked first private car and tours through him, the driver never went to 50% of places was supposed to stating that it didnt look good. Yes weather was a bit misty, but we wanted to see the waterfalls…wasnt allowed to. Then was late picking us up at Fancipan, we had to wait for his “brother” to get us cause had car problems. Yet after all this, doorman would not give any discount or hear concerns. Shrugged and said price firm. Water….had no water each morning for a good 5-10 minutes. Turn tap on and hear it gurgle, hiss, spit…everything but flow water out of any tap, then once it did, you either had a LAVA HOT shower or ARTIC ICE one….there was no in between. You pay for view here, nothing else. I believe you can find better value and hotels

Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car.

Hotel staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Hanna at reception for her great service and warm smiles when we checked in and just before we left. We were lucky to have a room on the seventeenth floor so had great views. Room itself was spacious and comfortable with good quality fittings and appliances. Great shower and there was also a separate bath. Breakfast options were many including beef or chicken noodle soup and egg station. It can be busy with Asian tour groups so I would recommend going either early or after 8.30 am. Location is handy with a few good restaurants very close and only a five minute walk to the town centre where all the action is, along with loads of more food options and plenty of clothing shops.

We stayed at KK hotel for 3 nights. We had mountain view room and the view was just amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. It's just 5 minutes walk from Moana Sapa Easily Access to markets and restaurants

Unfortunately there is construction next door and the start time seems to be 6am to 9 - 10 pm. Hard to relax in the room. Overall the hotel is very nice with friendly staff. Seems more of a convention atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and seating is extremely crowded in the morning.

Beautiful hotel and rooms with views over the valley. Staff extremely polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do - the 15th floor lobby entrance makes it even more convenient vs the main entrance!

Great hotel to see the mountains (if you get a room with a view, otherwise you’ll be stuck with a room facing the street and their balcony doors are not sound proof, hence you’ll feel you have your door open). The place is a bit far from downtown, but it’s a very nice 30 minute leisure walk because you go through a lot of nice restaurants and stores. Alternatively, if you want to go to cat cat village, taking the main exit will bring you closer to your destination.

Good location, extremely convenient. A short walking distant from the city centre. Need to go for breakfast early as there were many many tour groups and you will find it difficult to get a table if you are late.

Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and great views across the valley. We arrived early and they got us into our room within 45mins which we appreciated. The dining staff were not so good, we asked for a table and was told they would call our room once a table was free, we waited 1hr 30mins with no call, we went back to find lots of empty tables with used plates, no attempt was made to clear them the rest of the time we were at the restaurant. When we asked for the dessert menu we were refused service due to the time. Overall i would stay again but eat in the town.

Best breakfast selection so far on our Vietnam trip. Within 5-10 minutes walk of Moana Sapa, city centre via the level 13 exit and the lake. Great landscape views ( sunset ) with fog over the valley in the mornings. Highly recommend KK Sapa Hotel.

Petit déjeuner buffet d'exception très varié et piscine couverte bien agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée après de longues marches. Très bon hôtel. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est bien placé. La salle de sport et les équipements sont modernes et fonctionnent bien. Le personnel est serviable. Le spa est TOP! Seul bémol notre chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée avait vue sur un mur…. Des murs! Mais dans tous les cas on n’était pas là pour la vue. Il y a suffisamment de terrasses pour la voir. Mais ça peut être déroutant!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the valley, and our whole family really enjoyed spending the evenings on the balcony, relaxing and taking in the peaceful scenery. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. There was always plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel has a billiards table. It was a lot of fun for the whole family to play a few games together in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a fantastic spa. The massage was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
