The breakfast has healthy options , fresh and well prepared however since I stayed 5 days I didn't see many varieties. There are so many choices but almost the same thing everyday .The room , very clean and you can request everyday cleaning and they supply the complete toiletries , two bottles of water with clean towels too . However the hot water is not hot enough. All the staffs were welcoming and the hotel has free new year party with door prizes and entertainment. If i will visit Bali again, I want to stay in the same hotel since the location is accessible to Kuta beach , restaurants , shopping facilities and near the airport as well .

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and initial cleanliness of our room (238). Your renovations have improved the hotel immensely. Your staff were very courteous but many had difficulties understanding some of our requests. However, the constant noise from the above and adjacent rooms when chairs were dragged over the floors became very frustrating especially when people were checking in and out at all hours and when rooms were serviced by your staff. The cleanliness of the room is not maintained as there were marks on the sheets, we stayed 8 nights and the bed sheets were never changed. Areas around the taps and sink were not cleaned properly yet this was recently renovated. So those marks will deteriorate the condition of the great renovation you achieved. Your staff need more training in how to clean properly and checks be conducted by your supervisory staff to ensure the cleaning is done correctly. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and were charged 60k rupiah for it. I didn't mind paying for it but the exorbitant amount was ridiculous.
