Lovely modern design hotel - room was spacious and spotless, bathroom great, snacks and mini bar well stocked and stones left every evening a very nice touch. The roof top terrace is well worth a visit as well, with lovely views of the tower, opera and Paris roofs. We liked the pool as well and loved that entry for children was not limited to a certain interval, as it usually is in other places. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well. The only reason I did not mark five stars on hotel facilities is that the hotel spa does not offer manicure/pedicure and the hotel restaurant is open only between certain hours (with a limited menu available outside).

Fantastic property in the opera district. All of the best attractions are a few metro stations away. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a very good sized 1 bedroom which is perfect for a family. They even had an indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend stsying here.

Staff were very welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful. Easy to get around from and whilst the rooftop bar was closed during our stay we did wander up and see the view. Will be great in summer.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to. The only thing we didn’t like was the minimum charge of $50 per guest in the rooftop bar - even for residents. We would have liked to see it, but are not big drinkers.

Absolutely amazing stay. I’m so sad it was so short! They were kind, professional and on top of everything. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, our view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible and the 360 rooftop bar even better!

Great hotel . Excellent location. Very beautiful building and staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing bar. Rooftop bar had beautiful views. Only problem was the drink minimum cost. I would of had to drink 3 cocktails !!

We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed spa treatments and room service was delicious.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Great location, clean, modern decor and friendly staff. Especially Sebastian at the front desk. From the moment we entered the hotel, he made us feel welcome and cared for. The food in the restaurant both for breakfast and lunch were also very good. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Paris.

Great place to stay in Paris. The hotel was clean with very good service. We needed things a couple times and they brought them to the room very quickly. Most of the staff speaks English (only time we had a challenge was in the evening when there was only 1 person at the front desk but we managed). Lovely room, not huge but well appointed with a lovely marble bathroom and our tiny balcony was so special. Made my daughter’s first trip to Paris one to remember! Walking distance to the grands magasins and the Louvre. Close to public transit too.

We would definitely stay here again! It’s such a beautiful property! The staff was super attentive and responded quickly. The only reason I gave it a four star on cleanliness was because there was a weird smell omitting from the bathroom. Staff sent out an engineer and maid service to quickly get rid of the smell!

I received multiple bites on my arms that were out on top of the covers at night presenting as bed bugs. I wore long sleeves out during the day so it was not something else. The hotel was not concerned about my bites when I told them they possibly have bed bugs.

I was given a room on the first floor you take 2 separate lifts to reach 1st floor. The only lift that takes you to the first floor was broken having to take the stairs with lots of belongings. Our room counter tops were not wiped down sticky glass rim prints all over the counters. Room floors need to be cleaned better my socks picked up an overwhelming amount t of dog hair and human hair. For a pricey hotel basic cleanliness should be thorough.

We had a beautiful and spacious room facing the courtyard. We did not know that evening events are regularly held in that courtyard even on weekdays. On two of the nights that we were there, there was noise and loud music being played well past 11pm. This was quite disruptive as we were exhausted from travel and had difficulty sleeping. I expected management to do a better job at a high end hotel such as this.

The staff gave us a disabled room where none of us had disabilities. The concierge also did not say anything when we checked in regarding that it is a disabled room. When we requested to changed rooms, the staff refused to change it for us. However, in the end, we reached to a conclusion with the front desk to give us full refund if we checked out the day off. The front desk told us they cannot issue the refund since we booked through expedia. Mind, this is almost midnight, and two girls had to drag huge suitcases across Paris to find another hotel. Later when I called expedia, they informed me that the hotel is refusing to issue us the refund.

The concierges were unbelievable and most hopeful. We greatly appreciated all their superb service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. And their dining recommendations were amazing. They contributed to our trip being most successful.

We love this hotel and stay there quite often when in Paris. But they don't seem to have the heat on in shoulder seasons and froze in our room. We asked to get it fixed many times and they would not/could not fix it and did not change rooms when we asked. To pay almost $1000 a night for this experience was terribly disappointing. W spent about $7,500 on our stay and weee left feeling very disappointed.

La procédure de check in a été désastreuse. Cet hôtel outrepasse la loi. Ils nous ont refusé l'accès à notre chambre sous prétexte que je n'avais pas de document d'identité physique à présenter. Documents dont ils font des copies alors que cela est strictement interdit pour les personnes de nationalité Française. Bien que j'ai prouvé ma nationalité, il refusait de faire le check-in. Il a fallu plus d'une heure de discussions, d'appels à leur direction générale pour que finalement ils admettent leur erreur et s'excuse platement pour le désagrément. Séjournant régulièrement à l'hôtel sur Paris, c'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes exposés à tant de virulence, qui plus est dans un 5 étoiles. Bref, une soirée gâchée par une attitude désastreuse, par des gens qui se croient au dessus des lois. Sinon l'hôtel est sympa mais j'avoue que l'expérience reste très négativement ancrée dans mon esprit

Great place to stay in Paris. The hotel was clean with very good service. We needed things a couple times and they brought them to the room very quickly. Most of the staff speaks English (only time we had a challenge was in the evening when there was only 1 person at the front desk but we managed). Lovely room, not huge but well appointed with a lovely marble bathroom and our tiny balcony was so special. Made my daughter’s first trip to Paris one to remember! Walking distance to the grands magasins and the Louvre. Close to public transit too.

Lovely modern design hotel - room was spacious and spotless, bathroom great, snacks and mini bar well stocked and stones left every evening a very nice touch. The roof top terrace is well worth a visit as well, with lovely views of the tower, opera and Paris roofs. We liked the pool as well and loved that entry for children was not limited to a certain interval, as it usually is in other places. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well. The only reason I did not mark five stars on hotel facilities is that the hotel spa does not offer manicure/pedicure and the hotel restaurant is open only between certain hours (with a limited menu available outside).

Everything about the Kimpton St Honore made this a fantastic trip. We had a long weekend but were spoiled for service and a forgotten room. The breakfast was phenomenal and service at Montecito was exceptional. Getting in way too late Friday night giving us 36 hours in Paris, we didn’t have enough time to use all the amenities and spend enough time just lounging in a fantastic hotel, but we wished we did! The library was stunning and the staircase and lifts a work of art. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to go back

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Great location, clean, modern decor and friendly staff. Especially Sebastian at the front desk. From the moment we entered the hotel, he made us feel welcome and cared for. The food in the restaurant both for breakfast and lunch were also very good. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Paris.

Great hotel . Excellent location. Very beautiful building and staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing bar. Rooftop bar had beautiful views. Only problem was the drink minimum cost. I would of had to drink 3 cocktails !!

I love the convenience of the property. It central to all of the retail shopping stores. However I do wish the kitchen stayed open late for room service. Most times we had to order out late at night bc the kitchen was closed.

The staff at Kimpton St Honoré were amazing from the check-in through every interaction! We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they gave us champagne and treats to celebrate. The bathroom with the rain shower was so high end and the slippers and bathrobes were plush and comfy! The food from the restaurant for room service was top notch and the hotel was in a perfect area to get around by walking by car or by foot! Definitely would return to Kimpton St Honore if we can make it to Paris for another fantastic trip sometime in the future!

This is a centric hotel, with proximity to the shopping area. The only dislike i have about the hotel is the food, its not up to par at a 5 star level. room service menu is inexistent and breakfast seems too poor for the level youexpect. Great hotel but the homeless sleeping outside and quality of facade not on par with a five star. The roof is nice but would prefer for hotel guests priority seating. The breakfast and restaurant service was horrible - slow (took one hour to get lunch served) and absentminded. Front of house excellent. Suites are big and very comfortable.
