Amazing room at the top of appartment Diana the view was incredible out to sea and the beach with a sunset . Great pool and easy amenities shop cash point. Only down side is they don’t accept card in restaurants so cash only.

Great family place. We stayed in a nice apartment with a big balcony with a lovely view of the sea. Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities and rooms, an taverna, need some general maintenance. At the same time, we exeperienced nothing broken or not functional in the room we stayed in. But some equipment in gym did not work. Nice and big pool with salty water, great beaches.

Very comfortable place. A bit spread out in different buildings etc. parking was ok. Pool was fantastic. Bar, pool & main restaurant were very good. Service from all staff was excellent. Only had breakfast once. It was pretty good too. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to everything. The car park is a bit of a distance from accommodation blocks. But overall it is a really nice place to stay.

There are a lot of stairs and no elevators/lifts. Stayed on the 3rd floor and had to traverse several flights of stairs to get to our assigned building, then traverse 3 additional flights of stairs to get to our room. Beautiful pool and nice beach (rocky-bring water shoes), both of which require climbing up/down a lot of stairs. Pool bar, beach bar and cafe accept cash only. Missing out on a lot of revenue by not accepting credit cards. No pool towels and staff won't readily give out extra towels to use. Chairs on the beach are ten Euros to rent, regardless if you are staying at the hotel or not. No wifi in rooms. Limited TV channels. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. The cafe has an amazing grilled chicken salad. Nice convenience store on the property that accepts credit cards.

Big resort with a beautiful pool/bar area. There is also a nice beach/bar area with sunbeds to rent. The hotel's various facilities are old and somewhat worn out, but that also has its charm. The only thing that really bothered us was the quality of the food at the restaurant and that their shop was closed between 12-18.

The breakfast was good and dinner in the Hotel Bistro was very good. The room had basic furniture and the TV didn’t work and closet sliding door was stuck. I didn’t like that there was no wifi in the room and you need to bring your own towels to use in the pool and beach. The price was right for an overnight stay and you would need a car or other transportation to go sightseeing.

The resort itself was nice and included a pool, beach, dining area and bar. The room was very outdated (shower head was mounted at chest height so if you're tall you had to bend down to use it or hold the shower wand); the cover around the outlet was falling off; no safe in the room; no wifi in the room (only at the lobby and pool). Not much around the resort itself- one restaurant that was booked a week out so we weren't able to try it and you have to Uber or take a ferry into old town. Overall was a good stay but there is definitely ways the hotel can be improved.

Hotellet hyrde ut poolen under en hel dag till en privatperson och inga gäster kunde använda den. Alla gäster borde ha fått reda på det i god tid och få kompensation. Man satte upp lappar dagen innan. Inget wifi på rummen

Ein Fernseher mit 3 Sendern und kein wLan in den Zimmern entspricht nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit. Restaurant war poor. Sauberkeit und Service super.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work. The housekeeping came in at 8am both mornings I stayed here, not allowing me to sleep. The room was incredibly dirty—blood on a chair in the room and hair clippings in the bathroom. There was no WiFi available in the rooms either.

Great spot that is just very outdated and worn out. Location is amazing but everything is showing it’s age. Bathrooms at the pool and rooms and rough. Restaurant was dirty with spider webs and dirt along the blinds. Location had so much potential. Saltwater pool with the view is awesome but most of the chairs were broken.

The only negative thing about this place was that the rooms need to be updated. The rooms are kept clean, front desk personnel is excellent. Restaurant service and food is excellent. We stayed the first night and last night of our trip in the hotel, we got there late at night and the kitchen was already closed, the waiter told us that he can order food from a different restaurant for us nearby, something that he didn’t had to do but he still offered that option for what we were very thankful. Even though I saw some bad reviews like for example the breakfast buffet was cold, grumpy old man behind the buffet never smiles, water in the pool to salty, staff is not helpful ect. I still gave this place a chance for the reviews that loved the view and I was not disappointed. The pastries in the buffet were made fresh and my food was not cold. Obviously if you get there late for breakfast the food will get cold, older gentleman behind the buffet was pulite, and the pool. You have a pool, at least two beaches nearby which you can see from some of the balconies. Planty of parking, besides the restaurant in the complex there is an other grate restaurant in walking distance which also had plenty of parking if you ate to tired to walk there and deside to drive. That restaurant has grate food and reviews but you have to make a reservation days before. We tried to eat there on a saturday but were told that there is no availability until tuesday. Renovation aside, excellent place.

This 3-star hotel provided a very mixed experience. While we loved the wonderful location with its private pool, beautiful beach, and scenic restaurant views, and found the staff helpful and polite, the property's condition was a major drawback. The old building lacked a lift, which was a major inconvenience for our heavy luggage. The biggest issue was the dirty washroom with mold on the walls, an issue we reported but was never fixed. Additionally, breakfast was a disappointment, featuring cold food and long morning queues. Ultimately, while the location and staff were great, the poor maintenance and amenities were significant drawbacks. We would only recommend this hotel if you're willing to overlook these issues for the sake of the location.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba sucia, no tenía internet, el personal no fue cordial. a cenar al restaurante, sucio, mala comida, uno del personal recogió un pan que se calló al suelo, lo levantó y volvió a poner en la panera, el mantel manchado y al sentarnos estaba con migas. Lo peor fue el precio, cobraron 40 euros por las dos. Si hubiese habido una cena variada o con platos gourmet, feliz los pagaba, pero como uds sabrán, no son de calidad, y menos para cobrar esos precios. Tenia mucha esperanza en poder disfrutar en su hotel, pero no es lo que ofrecen, me sentí estafada. Espero sirva mi opinión para mejorar estos puntos y no tener huéspedes desagradados como nosotras.

De kamer was erg schoon! Wel gedateerd. Jammer dat iedereen zijn handdoek liet zien liggen bij het zwembad om vervolgens 2 uur weg te gaan, dat zou verboden moeten zijn.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall area and resort was tired. The views were great as the location was right on the water. Decent place for the one night accommodation we needed.

Although it would be safe to call this hotel a three out of five star hotel, it is a rather perfect place for a short stay. We stayed here on our first and last night in Dubrovnik area as it is really close to the hotel. Although the hotel rooms could use some updates (their plumbing is in need of an overhaul), if you treat this like an airport hotel then you will be impressed by the room size, the beautiful views from your private patio, easy access to the beach (great way to get over a long travel day) and sizeable quality breakfast (included in stay). I recommend this hotel provided you are not expecting a modern, newly renovated room. Also, there are no elevators or wifi in the room (only in the lobby) so keep that in mind when booking if these are deal breakers.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and for five of those nights we had no air conditioning. We contacted front desk and would send handy man he would reset unit and in 10 minutes it would shut off. The bed for the third guest in our room was a cot that was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture it was a though sleeping directly on pile wood. The buffet breakfast was very limited and not particularly clean. Would not recommend

Good value for money. Clean rooms. A bit outdated but ok. Perfect for larger groups since the family rooms sleeps many.

Très jolie hôtel sur les hauteurs de Plat avec la piscine à débordement et vue sur la mer incroyable. Cependant les équipements sont un peu vieillot la literie n’est pas super confortable les matelas sont hyper fin dommage ça reste tout de même un très jolie hôtel malgré cela. Le breakfast à la vue sur la mer très agréable

Entertainment went till 11pm nightly which could be heard from your room with the patio doors closed. Not good after a 7hr flight and wanting to go to bed early. Rooms have thin walls, damaged parkay flooring in room, faucets and shower in room with explosive water pressure and a few ants in the room. And way too many cats. But for the price what more can you expect.

Although the description is technically not incorrect this property leaves a lot to be desired. There is no mention of the amount of stairs you have to get your luggage up with even the lowest villa a good 3 flights and our villa was around 8 flights and some were still further up the property. The tv and airconditioner didn't work in our room. Staff were unhelpful, the pool was down another 6 out so flights of stairs and when we got down and wanted a drink everything on the property was cash only (not a big deal but wasn't walking all the steps back to room to get cash and the folder hadnt said). Breakfast and dinner were pretty average but buffet style so you could have a much as you wanted. There was no wifi in the rooms, the pool was slippery inside and out and poorly maintained and the staff stood at the bottom of the steps and pointed to where you had to go. We saw a tour group of around 30 retirees being pointed up the stairs with no help at all.

Best budget hotel, very clean, very professional staff at front desk. House keeping staff cleans room daily, very fresh room when returning from a full day touring, Great and full buffet breakfast will keep you going all day. Management will help to meet all special requests.Hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the old city, meeting place for all tours. Uber charges 16 Euros to old city. From Airport to hotel Uber charges 16 Euros. Totally recommend this Hotel.

We had a problem with one of our rooms but the manager was extremely unhelpful. Such a shame as the reception staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was dreadful.

On entering we were greeted by a gentleman at reception who was so thorough in completing the check in process and explaining where things were, showing us to where our room would be. He really did make us feel welcomed and despite us coming early allowed us to use the facilities, saying he would text us when the room was ready. The pool was lovely, busy with families enjoying themselves so a short wait was required for a sun bed and then after a small hunt we found spare umbrellas behind the bar. The bar and restaurant is cash only, a steep withdrawal fee from the ATM but we only needed that once. The gym is old school which I loved, no air conditioning and aging machines but you feel that you’ve had a sauna and a sweaty workout which makes a refreshing change from the standard hotel gym you normally see. We received the text as promised for our room and found to have a slightly dated but very clean room . The stay was to spend time outside and not in the room so that was fine, the shower was amazing and air conditioning perfect. The evening entertainment was so much fun, a local man on his keyboard entertaining us all while we ate, we even had a dance, lots of enthusiasm and good tunes along with many local ones. The food was excellent and fairly priced, beer was cold, that’s all we required. Breakfast which was included was a bit basic but kept you going until lunch. Overall an old romantic feel, excellent customer service and superb views. Thank you!

What had been a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Villas Plat was spoilt by theft of property from our apartment by hotel cleaning staff. Having read through other reviews I see that this is not an uncommon experience. When reported to Reception the response was to simply check with the cleaning staff whether they were in the room on the date the theft occurred. The response was that they had not been in the room which is completely untrue as the room had been serviced. No further support offered.

Friendly reception staff. Areas in use in good condition apart from dining room that is dated but has a glorious view. Wifi only in communal areas not room. Wake up calls not automated and i did not get mine! I had a car and sp was ideally placed between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Witjout one o think it may be a little quiet. IGood value eeven n rith nighles. Ibwill go back.

We arrived late after a long flight, only to be met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We were expected to haul our luggage up at least 50 stairs, and when we asked for assistance, our request was refused. The overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. While the food was decent, the property is remote and in serious need of major improvements.

This was a great place to stay very clean, quiet and well kept. The staff was very attentive towards my needs. They bought my luggage to my room. It was just a wonderful experience from the time I arrive. The front desk woman was very kind and courteous throughout the whole. And although I was traveling alone. I felt safe and secure, the property was amazing to look at just breathtaking. It was unfortunate. I was not able to stay longer. I had to travel back to the states, but I look forward to the moment when I can return and visit again.

The staff were friendly and efficent. We had an amazing view from the room. The hotel is only a short drive from the airport.There are some small beaches within walking distance with an infinity pool on site. The rooms though slightly dated are clean and comfortable, representing excellent value for money in Dubrovnik.

Nice location close to the see and not far away from Dubrovnik. You could reach Dubrovnik by car or by bus. The Bus Station is 15 minutes walking away. It is a nice complex… but need to be renovated. No WI-FI at the room… only available at the lobby. Long walk to the restaurant for breakfast… nothing for handicap or old people… many stairs…

There is no wifi in the rooms. It is a bit far from the city. However, it is very quiet and the beaches around the hotel are incredible.

Loved the location as well as the infinity pool. You are close enough to the city to explore, but for enough away to enjoy the peace. I also loved the walking path to the beach and Italian restaurant down the beach.

Be careful, the bistro waiters will charge you for something you didn't order! they don't bring the bill to the table until you demand it. We ate at the bistro twice and both times they tried to cheat on the bill! The buffet dinner offered in the Taverna was also disappointing, the food was of poor quality and cold. No drink was included in the €20 buffet dinner, not even water! It didn't even occur to me to eat here again, it was such a big disappointment. The pool area was nice, but the pool had very salty water.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was a short Uber drive to Old Town Dubrovnik and the airport. The pool was wonderful. The food available on property was ok. The only disappointing thing was not having WIFI available in the room.

Loved the people and amazing staff and services! Absolutely worth it and will be coming back! The restaurant staff was super nice but unfortunately the food at the restaurant as well as the breakfast was less than spectacular. (Don’t order the burger if you don’t like processed meat). Tv in the room didn’t work as well as the remote in our rooms to both but we were on vacation so it didn’t matter until we wanted to sleep and watch a little tv. Regardless of the two small hiccups I will absolutely be booking here again because of said staff, cleanliness of the room, price, and location with the beach!

we were disappointed that the pool and bistro were closed and had a very poor cold food buffet offering.
