Our kid got really hurt at the pool. The tiles at the pool were broken and large chunk got lodged in her foot. Luckily, we had a nurse with us that helped us and saved a trip to the ER. I would not recommend this place.

The pool was ice cold! Like for real ice cold. I asked a worker about the temp and to get towels for our room and English was a very foreign language for them. Just tough for the kids to enjoy the pool when even they say it’s freezing

Hotel seemed newly remodeled. Photos are correct. Hotel seemed lightly staffed. The biggest problem is that the hotel does not have an elevator and sells its second floor rooms without notification of such.

the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. The shampoo and conditioner disspensers were empty. the floor in the room was bubbled and warped. the breakfast was very limited and the juice tasted expired and rancid. The front desk guy was friendly and helpful but was the only staff member i saw the entire time i stayed. The area outside the hotel always was horrendous. broken glass and liquor bottles, garbage, drug paraphernalia, etc.. all over the place. vending machine didnt work on one end of the hotel so had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel. The door to the pool area didnt have a card reader so we couldnt get in without walking all the way to the other side of hotel. Walking down the hallways the room number bagdes were hanging off and broken.

Room was nicely remodeled. Opened the pull out bed to find food stuck in the sheets. Got new sheets from the front desk to get back to the room to have holes in the sheets. Went to use the pool and it was green and murky. So decided to use whirlpool in our room instead to then get black chunks coming out of the jets.

Firstly we were assigned a different room then we paid for and it was dirty. The floor was some sort of vynl and had not been properly swept in who knows how long. There were bits of paper and crumbs and a whole lot of dust everywhere. The bathtub had hair all over it. We let them know this and showed them. They moved us to the correct room but it was even dirtier. The bathub soap scum was so heavy it came off in chunks when wiped the floor was so dusty I left a hand print. The hotel staff just responded with a shoulder shrug saying well we have cleaning in every day.. the beds were clean. So if you only care to sleep then you're good. We ended up not staying and having to find a new hotel at 1am.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was beer cans sitting on a shelf. Not sure how housekeeping missed cleaning those up. Then my kids took a shower and this hotel has bulk shampoo etc dispensers. The shampoo and body wash were completely empty. I had to make the kids get out of the shower so staff could come in and refill all our dispensers. Clearly the housekeeping didn’t put much effort into cleaning which made me very uncomfortable about what else wasn’t cleaned well… Will not return to this hotel

The sink drain in room 123 has black mold on it, tv wasnt working so had to pull out the tv stand and plug up the hdmi cable an was a pile of dust covered sox an a stick of deodorant that had appeared to have been there for a yr. The bed was clean an slept will, the house cleaning is horrible I have pix to verify my findings

Gross. The one word I would use to describe this property. Hot tub was full of dead ants. Live ones crawling all around it. The pool air unit was pure black from mold. Our AC unit in our room had dry dog food in the vents thus we were not able to use it. Shower faucet was so loose you had to hold it with one hand so it did’t come out of the wall when turning the shower on. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

Because during a remodel, carpet was removed and wood floors installed, there is a visible gap under the door between the rooms. We had an early morning coming and, unfortunately, our neighbors had a late night. They may as well have been in the room with us it was so loud.

Things that could be improved upon are the shower head and the toilet paper roll holder or both looking like they were hanging on by a thread. The trim around the external door and the bathroom doorway we're coming apart from the wall. The plank flooring was buckling in parts. The television guide was sticky from previous guests.

They key card sensor on the door by our room didn’t work and the persons behind the counter didn’t want to be bothered with this and insisted we didn’t know what we were talking about, so we had to use the door on the other side of the building. This was Friday and Saturday 2 different people ( men ) behind the counter but same indifferent attitude. Very disappointed I am telling everyone my story

The desk attendant checking me in noti ed i was on cruthes. He asked what was wrong, and i explained i had a fracture in my knee. He upgraded me to a handicap room with a handicap shower, which i had not been able to take for a month. It sure beat trying to get in and out of the tub!

We called the property as we were on the road with a 26ft U-Haul towing 2 trailers to be sure they were off hwy easy access and something to eat close by. Desk clerk said oh oh of course right off freeway lots of food options. All untruths one pizza place that delivered for an extra 75 bucks for the night. Asked if she would match Expedia price. Again lol nope 99$ best we can do. I suggest you keep on going past this one if you can get to for the 3 u turns and round abouts totalling 3 miles off interstate.

An older hotel with renovations. Staff stayed late to assist in our really late arrival. A bit expensive for the area. Really good restaurant nearby “Ruby’s” hotel breakfast was late, coffee not available in lobby for early risers.

Home Town Inn & Suites met my expectations. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodations were adequate for the price, with a location that was close to the major freeway. There are additional entrance points that reduce reentry time and the parking is free. The one drawback was the continental breakfast that didn't offer a lot, we went out for additional breakfast to eat.

Short overnight trip visiting relative in Jordan. Hotel is aging but clean and surprisingly quiet inside even being next to the highway. Rudy’s next door has great fries and burgers. Would stay here again.

Stayed here again because it is very economical and located on a major highway. This makes access to the twin cities easier. Everything was very clean and tidy. Our bed was large and quite comfortable. The chairs for the continental breakfast were also very comfortable. The breakfast could have additional items available, but was adequate.

Room was exceptionally clean, staff was friendly, pool was great. Motel is right next to an excellent restaurant, with great food. The stay was very pleasant, and I would recommend it.

The room and hot tub were better than expected. The 2 issues I had was breakfast was not like other hotels basically cearal and waffles. The internet was atrocious.. with that said I would stay here again just bring your own breakfast.

There was something sticky on the floor (gross). The key card to the pool didn’t work. Breakfast had no protein choices. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The rooms were huge and very nice the pool area is so cute with the wood furniture and love the hot tub the clerks are very nice and we had an excellent breakfast

This hotel is ok. No complaints about the beds. Standard hotel cooling system that is kind of noisy but maybe you like that kind of white noise. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The hot tub was hazy and seemed over chemically. Needed staff to open door for pool room. Room smelled a bit weird but seemed clean. The breakfast was the usual sad American hotel breakfast. Absolutely nothing to rave about. I’d stay here again if I had too but not for long.

I am a single mom who was looking for 2 days of respite. I booked a single king sized bed with a jet tub and it was an absolutely wonderful trip. First of all, it was sooo clean! There's also a diner 'Ruby's Family Restaurant' that has quick and quality food. Close enough to walk to if you don't drive. (They do take out if you want to take it back to your room and eat in peace.) Dominos delivers to your exact door at the hotel and leaves it without interaction if you want to really decompress. The employees are kind and thoughtful, always quick to help me with my questions and specific requests. I always got smiles and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The building is locked securely from I believe 11 pm - 6 am and you need a key card to enter. I felt really safe and I don't find that often in hotels. There is a public pool that was clean and clear and I saw a lot of families use it if that's what you are looking for. They have basic directTV, a continental breakfast from 6-9 am every morning, coffee in the lobby. Snack, drink, and ice machines with plenty of varieties to choose from. I WILL be coming back!
