We stayed 5 nights in 7771 with city view / partial seaview and four nights in 7772 with seaview. Both rooms were nice. Very nice staff. Lovely breakfast with a variation of different delicious soups with and without noodles, other hot and cold stuff. Lovely homemade yoghurt! Bread could absolutely be of better quality, we sometimes brought a sourdough baguette from the french bakery next door instead. But we enjoyed every breakfast. Not crowded. We loved room 7771. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Well functioning aircon. Large balcony. Loved the shower area. The only thing missing was some more chelfs or a wardrobe to store our clothes on/ in. There were a few hangers but missed somewhere to keep our stuff and clothes more organized instead of having to use our suitcases for storing. However, this was a very small issue. Loved the pool and area around, and it never felt crowded. We swam in the sea outside. Be careful with the rocks:) We also visited surrounding beaches. The bartender made the best drinks! Thank you for a lovely stay!

良い点 朝食が品数が少ないながら美味しかった。特にフォーのスープがとてもおいしかった。レストランのスタッフは一生懸命働いている様に感じた。 海を見ながらお茶ができよかった。 改善して欲しい点 フロントの女性が勤務中携帯に夢中で空港への迎えのバスの時間を聞いてもそんな事は知らないとつっけんどんな回答をされ、びっくりした． また部屋の石鹸、シーツ、ガウン等柔軟剤の化学的な強烈な匂いの香害で頭が痛くなった。 またdon't disturbの札をして休息していたところお掃除担当者が鍵を開けたらしく、目覚めたら戸が半開きで開いたままだった。 びっくりして フロントにつたえたが、英語がわからないらしく、thank youと言われた． フロントにgrabを頼んだが、タクシーで希望の場所に連れて行かずにボートでの観光等をしつこくいわれ、ぼったくられた。grabかとフロントに聞いたらそうだと言ったのでのったが、違っていた。 帰ってフロントに伝えた場所を運転手は連れて行かなかったとクレームしたら何故運転手に言わないのかと 逆に言われた。 以上のことから価格に見合うサービスとは程遠かったとおもう。タイではこの様なことを経験しなかった。サービス業の教育が未熟なのでしょうが、 ベトナムに対する印象が極めてわるくなった。

This hotel is located near the night market, and in addition, a minute walk will bring you to the nearest bus stop of Vin Bus (free). The view is splendid, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. What was disappointing was that there was a procession of ants invading into the room, of course it was very disgusting, but the cleaning staff sprayed insecticide and they disappeared soon.

Rummet var rent, bodde i premium svit, mycket trevligt rum högst upp med fantastisk utsikt. De hade en myckrt trevlig pool också. Bemötandet deån persobalen var utmärkt. Rekommenderar detta hotell.

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

My husband and I booked the Rooftop Oceanview Suite for 4 nights. We were excited for the room, thinking we'd have a "suite" experience. While the floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful view, the rest of the room wasn't so great. It's small. The bathroom sink in the bedroom, there's no countertop by the sink, and the toilet and shower are together. We had 4 hangers and no dresser/shelves for our clothes. The room was fairly clean, though we found tiny ants on our bed or on other surfaces. The main door is also transparent so bring a sleep mask! The staff was pretty absent. We were there in June and the hotel was mostly empty. The staff were often sitting around playing on their phones. They didn't look up to greet us when we came and left and there was frequently a girl sitting on the floor behind the bar playing on her phone. The pool was a good size, but not one if you're looking for sunshine while swimming. The beach had large pieces of garbage each day (tires, half a suitcase, styrofoam coolers) and the neighboring yard is like a junkyard from the back. Not once on our pool day did anyone ask if we wanted a drink or anything. They also wanted to keep a passport or pay (no way we were leaving them with a stranger). We CHARGED the 2 million per day for keeping them in our possession and received a refund when we left. We stayed at hotels in Ha noi and Hoi an before coming here and experienced nothing but kindness so this place was a surprising bummer.

Stayed there for 2 nights, room was clean and staff was nice and helpful, definitely love the beach view from my window, convenient location with walking distance to the local stores/restaurants, love their breakfast pho, it was one of the best I have ever had, definitely will stay again if I visit Phu Quoc in the future.

On arrival we were forced to hand over one of our passports or give 500,000 vnd cash as security even though our room was paid. The staff were pleasant but not very professional & communication difficult. Room was very compact, little room for luggage. Shower low pressure & kept surging. Breakfast on some days was buffet, others were choices from set menu. The hotel was clean but surrounding area and looking down to beach area was filthy with rubbish and was very disappointing to see so much going into the ocean. Pool & deck areas nice in the heat

Das Hotel an sich ist ganz schön und man kann hier gut übernachten. Es ist allerdings grade nachts durch die Straße und die bellenden Hunde sehr laut. Ich würde auf jeden Fall beim buchen darauf achten, dass das Zimmer zum Meer ist. Was mir auch nicht so gefallen hat, ist das die Toilette und die Dusche in dem selben abgetrennten Raum waren. Nach dem Duschen war so der Weg zur Toilette komplett nass. Sonst ist die Lage wirklich gut, direkt in der Stadt, man kommt mir Grab überall hin

There were a few hangers but missed somewhere to keep our stuff and clothes more organized instead of having to use our suitcases for storing. However, this was a very small issue. Loved the pool and area around, and it never felt crowded. We swam in the sea outside. Be careful with the rocks:) We also visited surrounding beaches. The bartender made the best drinks! We stayed 5 nights in 7771 with city view / partial seaview and four nights in 7772 with seaview. Both rooms were nice. Very nice staff. Bra hotel, med hyggelige og behjelpelig personale. Dessverre var det veldig støyende på rommet vårt, med dårlig isolerte vinduer. Enormt mye støy fra gatene, og anbefaler å bestille rom mot sjøen og ikke mot gaten. Mulig det vil bidra å redusere bråket fra biler som tuter, hunder som bjeffer og haner som hyler. Ellers veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Spesielt bra med engelsktalende ansatte.

Good location near the night market, but quite small hotel with bad isolation, you could hear all noices made outside and from floors above. The ventilation system was poor since We had food smell and cigarret smell in our room during some periods. Saturday night was the worst, night club or Karoke club near the hotel played really loud music until 3.am. overall not worth the price

良い点 朝食が品数が少ないながら美味しかった。特にフォーのスープがとてもおいしかった。レストランのスタッフは一生懸命働いている様に感じた。 海を見ながらお茶ができよかった。 改善して欲しい点 フロントの女性が勤務中携帯に夢中で空港への迎えのバスの時間を聞いてもそんな事は知らないとつっけんどんな回答をされ、びっくりした． また部屋の石鹸、シーツ、ガウン等柔軟剤の化学的な強烈な匂いの香害で頭が痛くなった。 またdon't disturbの札をして休息していたところお掃除担当者が鍵を開けたらしく、目覚めたら戸が半開きで開いたままだった。 びっくりして フロントにつたえたが、英語がわからないらしく、thank youと言われた． フロントにgrabを頼んだが、タクシーで希望の場所に連れて行かずにボートでの観光等をしつこくいわれ、ぼったくられた。grabかとフロントに聞いたらそうだと言ったのでのったが、違っていた。 帰ってフロントに伝えた場所を運転手は連れて行かなかったとクレームしたら何故運転手に言わないのかと 逆に言われた。 以上のことから価格に見合うサービスとは程遠かったとおもう。タイではこの様なことを経験しなかった。サービス業の教育が未熟なのでしょうが、 ベトナムに対する印象が極めてわるくなった。

On arrival we were forced to hand over one of our passports or give 500,000 vnd cash as security even though our room was paid. The staff were pleasant but not very professional & communication difficult. Room was very compact, little room for luggage. Shower low pressure & kept surging. Breakfast on some days was buffet, others were choices from set menu. The hotel was clean but surrounding area and looking down to beach area was filthy with rubbish and was very disappointing to see so much going into the ocean. Pool & deck areas nice in the heat

Hi! Thank you so much — we really enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff and how clean and modern everything felt. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the pool area had such a relaxing vibe. The food and drinks were great, the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding — truly some of the best service we’ve experienced. Overall a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel and excellent staff, went out of their way to help. Of course this is Vietnam and their customs are very different. Pavements clogged with scooters for example so getting around is tricky. However we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunset from the restaurant and pool area. Wonderful breakfast with a great variety. Close to the night market,lots of restaurants and massage places everywhere. Great stay.

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

My husband and I booked the Rooftop Oceanview Suite for 4 nights. We were excited for the room, thinking we'd have a "suite" experience. While the floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful view, the rest of the room wasn't so great. It's small. The bathroom sink in the bedroom, there's no countertop by the sink, and the toilet and shower are together. We had 4 hangers and no dresser/shelves for our clothes. The room was fairly clean, though we found tiny ants on our bed or on other surfaces. The main door is also transparent so bring a sleep mask! The staff was pretty absent. We were there in June and the hotel was mostly empty. The staff were often sitting around playing on their phones. They didn't look up to greet us when we came and left and there was frequently a girl sitting on the floor behind the bar playing on her phone. The pool was a good size, but not one if you're looking for sunshine while swimming. The beach had large pieces of garbage each day (tires, half a suitcase, styrofoam coolers) and the neighboring yard is like a junkyard from the back. Not once on our pool day did anyone ask if we wanted a drink or anything. They also wanted to keep a passport or pay (no way we were leaving them with a stranger). We CHARGED the 2 million per day for keeping them in our possession and received a refund when we left. We stayed at hotels in Ha noi and Hoi an before coming here and experienced nothing but kindness so this place was a surprising bummer.

We booked 2 deluxe double suites and I have to say the room was was spacious and had a beautiful view. After that things were disappointing. My husband choked on a piece of plastic in a smoothie the size of a coconut shred. We found 2 more and a foil seal probably from juice box. Told the staff they need to be careful. We got an apology and moved on. We order lunch which was pretty bad. Ordered a smoothie again this time they spilled it on me. During our whole stay they were working on the stairs to beach, which we maneuver around to get to water. However, the worst part is when we were relaxing at the pool 3 workers decided to pound on metal after an hour we begged them to please stop.Then they decided to work on vacant room across from us until 10:30pm. When we were checking out they said that a small plastic container of bath salt was missing. I told her that the first night I had requested a replacement since the one in the room was stuck from the humidity and was unable to open so I threw it away that is why there was one left in room. Since they hold on to your passport they said I needed to pay for it (15K VND). I was in shock, so I told the young lady no problem you can pay me back for the 2 smoothies (160K VND) that I was charged for. Thats when she back pedaled. At this point our whole family was so ready to leave and so looking forward to our next destination.

良い点 朝食が品数が少ないながら美味しかった。特にフォーのスープがとてもおいしかった。レストランのスタッフは一生懸命働いている様に感じた。 海を見ながらお茶ができよかった。 改善して欲しい点 フロントの女性が勤務中携帯に夢中で空港への迎えのバスの時間を聞いてもそんな事は知らないとつっけんどんな回答をされ、びっくりした． また部屋の石鹸、シーツ、ガウン等柔軟剤の化学的な強烈な匂いの香害で頭が痛くなった。 またdon't disturbの札をして休息していたところお掃除担当者が鍵を開けたらしく、目覚めたら戸が半開きで開いたままだった。 びっくりして フロントにつたえたが、英語がわからないらしく、thank youと言われた． フロントにgrabを頼んだが、タクシーで希望の場所に連れて行かずにボートでの観光等をしつこくいわれ、ぼったくられた。grabかとフロントに聞いたらそうだと言ったのでのったが、違っていた。 帰ってフロントに伝えた場所を運転手は連れて行かなかったとクレームしたら何故運転手に言わないのかと 逆に言われた。 以上のことから価格に見合うサービスとは程遠かったとおもう。タイではこの様なことを経験しなかった。サービス業の教育が未熟なのでしょうが、 ベトナムに対する印象が極めてわるくなった。

Hi! Thank you so much — we really enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff and how clean and modern everything felt. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the pool area had such a relaxing vibe. The food and drinks were great, the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding — truly some of the best service we’ve experienced. Overall a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel and excellent staff, went out of their way to help. Of course this is Vietnam and their customs are very different. Pavements clogged with scooters for example so getting around is tricky. However we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunset from the restaurant and pool area. Wonderful breakfast with a great variety. Close to the night market,lots of restaurants and massage places everywhere. Great stay.

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

We stayed 5 nights in 7771 with city view / partial seaview and four nights in 7772 with seaview. Both rooms were nice. Very nice staff. Lovely breakfast with a variation of different delicious soups with and without noodles, other hot and cold stuff. Lovely homemade yoghurt! Bread could absolutely be of better quality, we sometimes brought a sourdough baguette from the french bakery next door instead. But we enjoyed every breakfast. Not crowded. We loved room 7771. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Well functioning aircon. Large balcony. Loved the shower area. The only thing missing was some more chelfs or a wardrobe to store our clothes on/ in. There were a few hangers but missed somewhere to keep our stuff and clothes more organized instead of having to use our suitcases for storing. However, this was a very small issue. Loved the pool and area around, and it never felt crowded. We swam in the sea outside. Be careful with the rocks:) We also visited surrounding beaches. The bartender made the best drinks! Thank you for a lovely stay!

They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind. The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc.

The Hotel was such a super cute boutique hotel. Very close walking distance to the night market. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet may be small but it was probably the best breakfast buffet out of our entire trip in Vietnam. The hotel even surprised my mother with a birthday cake and really made her feel so special. The pool and view were amazing. The rooms were cute and modern. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks M Hotel!
