Fine rom, god frokost! Fine utsikt fra rommet vi fikk. Nedside; kamp om solsengene, ikke nok på stranden. Familiested. Ønsker du ro/fred så er ikke dette hotellet. Bra spa!

Excellent facilities at the resort, swimming pools are great, the beach is beautiful. Our suite was pretty nice. Two restaurants at the resort, food was limited and also gave our whole family food poisoning.

4 * L'hotel est magnifique mais l'espace aménagé sur la plage est beaucoup trop compacté et manque de chaises. Clairement pas comme sur la photo de l’hôtel. Le service au restaurant est très lent et désorganisé par contre le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentionné malgré tout.

Not 5 STAR I spent almost 2k for 2 rooms, for that amount I expect a better room Room: bathroom door will not close shut, looks like the room had flooded in the past and made the wooden door swell, therefore the door would not shut closed. Half of the outlets did not work Bathroom shower water leaked everywhere; poor shower floor design, shower floor higher than the bathroom floor. Airport pickup: could not use since it runs every 2 hrs and due to our flights time, we would have to wait. So we had to pay for Grab round trip ourselves for airport transfers. Restaurant: Although it was not busy, there is only one restaurant and understaffed for dinner. the service we soooo slow. We waited almost an hour for our food. They didn’t even bring our egg rolls. Otherwise, Daily free breakfast buffet was the best and our highlight of the day. Housekeeping: we came back one day, and the room was not made. She apologized and we left so it could be cleaned Beach: not enough beach loungers for the amount of people at the hotel. We had to lie on the grass near the beach.

The hotel is new, clean, nice nice rooms, clean toilet, gorgeous view. The first problem is the food for breakfast there is nothing to eat, but there are eggs and bread, everything else is spread out throughout the restaurant, not very tasty. The waiters work well, very attentive. The food for dinner is also not very tasty. The second big note about the hotel is that the hotel’s beach has huge natural waves and it’s impossible to swim in the ocean now. We chose a hotel with a pool overlooking the ocean. Upon arrival we received a message that the pool was closed for service. The hotel refused our request to return the money for the reservation. . As a result, every day there is noisy work at the pool with a bunch of workers, you can’t swim in the ocean! This is not the correct work of the hotel administration!!!!!! and reconsider the breakfasts, this is not the breakfast of a 5 star hotel!!!!!!

We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back!

Nice resort with all you need for a calm visit. Food is good, not great. Beach and pool are both super nice, but all the screaming kids take away from the luxury feeling. Also, there are not even close to enough beach chairs which means people try to grab them at 8.00 by putting their towels there and not showing up until 3-4 hours later. Could be easily solved by adding double the amount of beach chairs. Room is very good and clean, has all you need. Bed is very comfortable. Service is good, but does not always go the extra mile that can be expected from 5-star hotels. For example, we had to argue for 30 minutes for them to bring our lost bags from the airport (that they were anyway going to). Lastly, everything is very expensive inside the resort. Food and drinks are atleast 2-3x more expensive than outside.

We had a lovely stay here - however a few things could have been better, seating / deck chairs and shade are a major problem. The pool has very limited loungers as does the beach, one day we had to lie on bean bags which was fine but there’s no umbrellas so unless your under a palm tree or want to sit in the sun your sort of stuck for options. For a 5 star resort I would expect a bed and shade! Room was beautiful, breakfast was great - staff were okay, I wasn’t allowed to take a coffee out of breakfast for my partner which seemed ridiculous. Also make sure you get a towel key at reception when you check in or you’ll get to the beach and have to walk back - not what you want after a long flight! I personally think it’s a great place for families, as a young couple it’s probably not the best spot! You can get around using grab which is great, about 25 mins ish from town but the right side for the safari. If you show the women outside the hotel grab she will get you taxis at the same price.

Lovely hotel and Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, as long as you use the restaurant in the 8th floor. What i did not like was our seaview suite for 2 adults and 2 children did not have an extra bed for the children. This has to be booked at an extra cost in advance,something we did not realize until we arrived. As with most big resorts people behave bad trying to secure subnbeds both at the beach and pool,but the hotel staff did do their best to prevent guests from holding sunbeds without using them. All in all very satisfied.

Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. Staff were attentive most of the time, but not all the staff were good.

We spent over two weeks at the hotel, and were unhappy about many aspects of this hotel. While we enjoyed the nice beach and spacious room, the hotel fell short and desperately needs oversight. Service: The hotel is understaffed (the stressed current staff express frequently that there are not enough people). -Repeatedly rooms not cleaned after 5:00 pm even when we’ve hung the ‘make up room’ sign at 8:00 am. -Staff are not trained properly, for example, they repeatedly bring food we ordered at the beachside with no silverware or napkins. Pasta carbonara with your fingers, anyone? -Beachside tables never wiped clean -Not enough sun beds for guests -Pool water filthy with debris, cloudy water, foam -In-room dishes appear to be put back dirty -Dirty dishes outside rooms for multiple days -Waiter dropped tongs on floor at breakfast and put back on food counter -Towels in room delivered with filth folded inside -Each room gets four 450 ml bottles of water each day. Maximum. Noise: We booked an ocean view room so we can relax on the balcony and listen to the sea after a day of swimming. Almost every night, there’s an event between the rooms and the ocean, blasting the sound at full volume. Location: This hotel appears to have been built near a garbage dump, and we are assaulted daily with the reeking smell of rotting garbage. General manager: Obstinate and defensive and utterly impossible to speak with. We are seasoned travelers, I can safely tell you to avoid this place

Nicely designed place but in need of some renovation, a big piece of plaster fell down on the kids swimming pool area, the sun loungers on the balcony have seen better times, the kids playground is small and the toys are old/ in need of repair, the first room offered to us had a mouldy ceiling, the next room had a connection door to the adjacent hotel room with barely any sound isolation, staff is friendly, food tastes really good and the breakfast is amazing

Wir hatten ein gute Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war mein persönliches Highlight. Wir waren im Anschluss im Pullman, welches auch zu Accor gehört. Beide hatten sehr ähnliche Frühstücks Buffets.

Hotel is nice and shuttle service to/from airport is good touch, but service slightly inefficient. First time I've stayed in hotel where housekeeping doesn't complete before 5 pm and have to chase up or not do it at all. Breakfast service also slow in seating guests.
Hotel is nice and shuttle service to/from airport is good touch, but service slightly inefficient. First time I've stayed in hotel where housekeeping doesn't complete before 5 pm and have to chase up or not do it at all. Breakfast service also slow in seating guests.

Could not pay me to stay at this property again. Staff- non responsive, rude and no sense of service. Property/rooms- property keeps aircon off to save money. Pillows and rooms smell of mould and sweat. You get what you pay for. However, I would not rate it 5 stars. More like a 3 star property,

Not 5 STAR I spent almost 2k for 2 rooms, for that amount I expect a better room Room: bathroom door will not close shut, looks like the room had flooded in the past and made the wooden door swell, therefore the door would not shut closed. Half of the outlets did not work Bathroom shower water leaked everywhere; poor shower floor design, shower floor higher than the bathroom floor. Airport pickup: could not use since it runs every 2 hrs and due to our flights time, we would have to wait. So we had to pay for Grab round trip ourselves for airport transfers. Restaurant: Although it was not busy, there is only one restaurant and understaffed for dinner. the service we soooo slow. We waited almost an hour for our food. They didn’t even bring our egg rolls. Otherwise, Daily free breakfast buffet was the best and our highlight of the day. Housekeeping: we came back one day, and the room was not made. She apologized and we left so it could be cleaned Beach: not enough beach loungers for the amount of people at the hotel. We had to lie on the grass near the beach.

We spent over two weeks at the hotel, and were unhappy about many aspects of this hotel. While we enjoyed the nice beach and spacious room, the hotel fell short and desperately needs oversight. Service: The hotel is understaffed (the stressed current staff express frequently that there are not enough people). -Repeatedly rooms not cleaned after 5:00 pm even when we’ve hung the ‘make up room’ sign at 8:00 am. -Staff are not trained properly, for example, they repeatedly bring food we ordered at the beachside with no silverware or napkins. Pasta carbonara with your fingers, anyone? -Beachside tables never wiped clean -Not enough sun beds for guests -Pool water filthy with debris, cloudy water, foam -In-room dishes appear to be put back dirty -Dirty dishes outside rooms for multiple days -Waiter dropped tongs on floor at breakfast and put back on food counter -Towels in room delivered with filth folded inside -Each room gets four 450 ml bottles of water each day. Maximum. Noise: We booked an ocean view room so we can relax on the balcony and listen to the sea after a day of swimming. Almost every night, there’s an event between the rooms and the ocean, blasting the sound at full volume. Location: This hotel appears to have been built near a garbage dump, and we are assaulted daily with the reeking smell of rotting garbage. I spent a week recently here staying in the superior room 1 king bed,balcony,sea room. Room was great the view was amazing, nice and clean. There are a few things that let this resort down firstly the breakfast buffet, every morning the hot food section was cold the hashbrowns were like golden rocks, bacon,sausages and everything else in the hot section freezing cold. It was very much catered for the chinese tourists. It was dissapointing that you could only get a lift by the resort golf buggies at specific times to the front of the resort even when the buggies are just sitting there nobody is willing to take you or do anything extra out of the designated times. If going into town each day is important to you unfortunately the Movenpick owned bus into town only goes once day from 1800 till 2130 and you also need to pay for that bus trip its not expensive but I feel like they should offer different times to run into town throughout the day/night. It's the little things that let this resort down. Would i stay there again probably not.

Excellent and very comfortable stay at Movenpick Waverly. Room is big and clean with great views of the ocean especially at sunset. Breakfast spread was superb. Beach was private and clean though the waters are not as clear and blue like Maldives or Krabi. They need to improve on their checking out process where they needed 10 mins to check the room but didn’t inform you when it was done. Had to check in with the counter staff again to complete the check out process. Mildly frustrating if you have a flight to catch with their slow process. Also my room TV was not working. Got the hotel maintenance guys in but they couldn’t fix it. Had to live without TV for that few days. Overall, it is a great hotel which I would still highly recommend to everyone.

Nicely designed place but in need of some renovation, a big piece of plaster fell down on the kids swimming pool area, the sun loungers on the balcony have seen better times, the kids playground is small and the toys are old/ in need of repair, the first room offered to us had a mouldy ceiling, the next room had a connection door to the adjacent hotel room with barely any sound isolation, staff is friendly, food tastes really good and the breakfast is amazing

Don’t stay in Suite 1325. Every hour the A/C was pounding loudly like someone at the door. Front desk said they’re look into the matter but no resolution. Declined change of suite in the other wing because view wasn’t nice. Urine smell coming from shower drain. No room slippers. Very disappointed as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Nice resort with all you need for a calm visit. Food is good, not great. Beach and pool are both super nice, but all the screaming kids take away from the luxury feeling. Also, there are not even close to enough beach chairs which means people try to grab them at 8.00 by putting their towels there and not showing up until 3-4 hours later. Could be easily solved by adding double the amount of beach chairs. Room is very good and clean, has all you need. Bed is very comfortable. Service is good, but does not always go the extra mile that can be expected from 5-star hotels. For example, we had to argue for 30 minutes for them to bring our lost bags from the airport (that they were anyway going to). Lastly, everything is very expensive inside the resort. Food and drinks are atleast 2-3x more expensive than outside.

I love my vacation here at Movenpick. The room was spectacular and very good service. Great morning breakfast buffet. Very beautiful view of the pool and the beach. Only downside is poor draining system, every time I shower the water would flood the bathroom and I have to wait for it to slowly drain.

Mini fridges barely work and when asked staff argued that they were just coolers (after 24 hours waters were barely less than room temperature, frankly unacceptable). Breakfast was good but restaurants at the resort were insultingly expensive for what you get and were clearly taking advantage of the isolation. Air conditioner could not get the room cool enough which added to the frustration. Many amenities that were supposed to be included carried extra charges like the bikes. Beach was nice but small. A place with potential that needs work. Not a 5* hotel in my opinion.

Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. Staff were attentive most of the time, but not all the staff were good.

So far, the worst customer experience I’ve had in a hotel. The front desk staff is unpleasant — it almost feels like you're bothering them by asking simple questions. Even the simplest requests, like being shown to the right door, turn into something complicated. The hotel is huge and soulless. Very disappointed — I do not recommend this place.

Wir hatten ein gute Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war mein persönliches Highlight. Wir waren im Anschluss im Pullman, welches auch zu Accor gehört. Beide hatten sehr ähnliche Frühstücks Buffets.

The worst experience and booking through Hotels.com I have ever had. Last year, I booked 5 rooms here and no problems whatsoever through hotels.com. This year, I booked 2 rooms for 6 travelers at the same resort. I had 1 king room for 2 travelers, and the other room 2 twin beds that sleeps “4” adults. Upon checking in, the staff said that the 2 twin beds is only for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere is this listed on Hotels.com. They insisted that we upgrade to 2 queen beds that sleeps 4 adult. I asked if we upgrade to 2 queen beds to charge is the current rate for the room. I paid $$$$ on top of the rate I paid to hotels.com dollars for the 2 nights. At checkout, the staff said what I paid for was the upgrade for the 2 queen beds. I ended paying twice the money for 2 rooms for 6 people, when if explained clearly I would have paid less for 3 rooms for 6 people. What the heck Needless to say I will not be returning to this resort next year when I’ll be traveling to Phu Quoc island with my friends and family. I would definitely not recommend this location for its shotty customer service. I would not recommend this resort chain for other destinations as well. Anh why doesn’t Hotels.com

I checked out two days early because the property and service was so bad. No working wi fi, closed main restaurant, not all lights are even on in the hotel. This place should not even be open for business. No working in room phone. Worn out electrical sockets. No electric socket near the bed. I can go on an on.. other people during my stay also left early. In Asia they dint follow rules like USA.. Could truly be a health hazard staying here..

Well maintained and functional - but overall attitude of staff from reception to restaurants (except Aura staff) was unwelcoming. Additionally language barrier of English is a challenge and there is no staff to help clarify.

Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. We spent over two weeks at the hotel, and were unhappy about many aspects of this hotel. While we enjoyed the nice beach and spacious room, the hotel fell short and desperately needs oversight. Service: The hotel is understaffed (the stressed current staff express frequently that there are not enough people). -Repeatedly rooms not cleaned after 5:00 pm even when we’ve hung the ‘make up room’ sign at 8:00 am. -Staff are not trained properly, for example, they repeatedly bring food we ordered at the beachside with no silverware or napkins. Pasta carbonara with your fingers, anyone? -Beachside tables never wiped clean -Not enough sun beds for guests -Pool water filthy with debris, cloudy water, foam -In-room dishes appear to be put back dirty -Dirty dishes outside rooms for multiple days -Waiter dropped tongs on floor at breakfast and put back on food counter -Towels in room delivered with filth folded inside -Each room gets four 450 ml bottles of water each day. Maximum. Noise: We booked an ocean view room so we can relax on the balcony and listen to the sea after a day of swimming. Almost every night, there’s an event between the rooms and the ocean, blasting the sound at full volume. Location: This hotel appears to have been built near a garbage dump, and we are assaulted daily with the reeking smell of rotting garbage. General manager: Obstinate and defensive and utterly impossible to speak with. We are seasoned travelers, I can safely tell you to avoid this place

We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back!

We had a lovely stay here - however a few things could have been better, seating / deck chairs and shade are a major problem. The pool has very limited loungers as does the beach, one day we had to lie on bean bags which was fine but there’s no umbrellas so unless your under a palm tree or want to sit in the sun your sort of stuck for options. For a 5 star resort I would expect a bed and shade! Room was beautiful, breakfast was great - staff were okay, I wasn’t allowed to take a coffee out of breakfast for my partner which seemed ridiculous. Also make sure you get a towel key at reception when you check in or you’ll get to the beach and have to walk back - not what you want after a long flight! I personally think it’s a great place for families, as a young couple it’s probably not the best spot! You can get around using grab which is great, about 25 mins ish from town but the right side for the safari. If you show the women outside the hotel grab she will get you taxis at the same price.

We had some lovely days at Mövenpick. It’s a great resort with a nice pool at the beach. The food is very good, but a bit more expensive than out at the restaurant nearby. We needed assistance two times from the reception and both times we were told to wait at the room for 10 minutes. But both of the times we waited more than 30 minutes and nobody came. We got a bit confused at the reception. They were kind and understanding. The next day we had some fruit and a kind message at the room as an excuse. We highly recommend this place for others

I spent a week recently here staying in the superior room 1 king bed,balcony,sea room. Room was great the view was amazing, nice and clean. There are a few things that let this resort down firstly the breakfast buffet, every morning the hot food section was cold the hashbrowns were like golden rocks, bacon,sausages and everything else in the hot section freezing cold. It was very much catered for the chinese tourists. It was dissapointing that you could only get a lift by the resort golf buggies at specific times to the front of the resort even when the buggies are just sitting there nobody is willing to take you or do anything extra out of the designated times. If going into town each day is important to you unfortunately the Movenpick owned bus into town only goes once day from 1800 till 2130 and you also need to pay for that bus trip its not expensive but I feel like they should offer different times to run into town throughout the day/night. It's the little things that let this resort down. Would i stay there again probably not.

Wir hatten ein gute Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war mein persönliches Highlight. Wir waren im Anschluss im Pullman, welches auch zu Accor gehört. Beide hatten sehr ähnliche Frühstücks Buffets.

Excellent facilities at the resort, swimming pools are great, the beach is beautiful. Our suite was pretty nice. Two restaurants at the resort, food was limited and also gave our whole family food poisoning.

Not 5 STAR I spent almost 2k for 2 rooms, for that amount I expect a better room Room: bathroom door will not close shut, looks like the room had flooded in the past and made the wooden door swell, therefore the door would not shut closed. Half of the outlets did not work Bathroom shower water leaked everywhere; poor shower floor design, shower floor higher than the bathroom floor. Airport pickup: could not use since it runs every 2 hrs and due to our flights time, we would have to wait. So we had to pay for Grab round trip ourselves for airport transfers. Restaurant: Although it was not busy, there is only one restaurant and understaffed for dinner. the service we soooo slow. We waited almost an hour for our food. They didn’t even bring our egg rolls. Otherwise, Daily free breakfast buffet was the best and our highlight of the day. Housekeeping: we came back one day, and the room was not made. She apologized and we left so it could be cleaned Beach: not enough beach loungers for the amount of people at the hotel. We had to lie on the grass near the beach.

Von einem 5 Sterne Haus würde ich mir besseren Service erwarten, genügend Liegen am Strand. Auflagen dazu, ggf. Nice resort with all you need for a calm visit. Food is good, not great. Beach and pool are both super nice, but all the screaming kids take away from the luxury feeling. Also, there are not even close to enough beach chairs which means people try to grab them at 8.00 by putting their towels there and not showing up until 3-4 hours later. Could be easily solved by adding double the amount of beach chairs. Room is very good and clean, has all you need. Bed is very comfortable. Service is good, but does not always go the extra mile that can be expected from 5-star hotels. For example, we had to argue for 30 minutes for them to bring our lost bags from the airport (that they were anyway going to). Lastly, everything is very expensive inside the resort. Food and drinks are atleast 2-3x more expensive than outside.

Lovely hotel and Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, as long as you use the restaurant in the 8th floor. What i did not like was our seaview suite for 2 adults and 2 children did not have an extra bed for the children. This has to be booked at an extra cost in advance,something we did not realize until we arrived. As with most big resorts people behave bad trying to secure subnbeds both at the beach and pool,but the hotel staff did do their best to prevent guests from holding sunbeds without using them. All in all very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay - the property grounds are so beautiful! There are 3 main pools also the villas have their own small pool ( we stayed in a one bedroom) the location is peaceful, there are some restaurants within walking distance. The bed is super comfortable. Staff are wonderful- I highly rate the property A note to management is that I feel the food could be better / improved

The staff was really service minded, friendly and helpfull. However our family has stayed at several other mövenpick hotels the obly thing we can say is that the interior was similar style apart from that we found that this hotel provided too little value for the stay. The restaurant food after 3 days got boring and the food didnt taste much nor the drinks we drank. The breakfast had large selection but not so tasty - bland is the correct way. This resort also was so distant to other restaurant places which was shame. The pool was nice i have to say, but apatt from that entertainment was missing for adults except 2 nights where they had music (whixh was great). Overall cleanliness was good and staff responsive. Unfortnutally the distant location, the bland taste of food and the lack of adult entertainment was dragging it the rate down

Nice resort, but quite pricey for what it offers. Very nice rooms and big. Food is just ok. Good choices at breakfast buffet, but all is just ok in taste. And for a French owned resort, the coffee is quite miserable compare to what we experienced elsewhere in Vietnam.

朝食は種類も多く味も良く、とても満足でした。清掃は出来ていましたが、シャワーベッドの汚れと、排水の悪さにストレスを感じました。チェックインジのフロントの対応がとても遅く、また不信感を抱くものでした。残念でした。
