I would give 5 stars if the beds were more comfy, but they were very hard. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff were friendly! Nice that the pool was open longer than most hotels and you get a later checkout (12:00) than most as well.

We were sorry to see the pool was inoperable. The hot tub was not available to use either. Then just to top our stay off the laundry facilities were not working either.

Nice place to stay! Quiet and clean rooms. Didn’t like that when we arrived there was no one at the front desk, had to call them on a phone. But I get it they can’t sit at the desk all the time. Pool area was nice but the hot tub could have been hotter, it was like taking a warm bath.

We just stopped for the night. Beds/pillows were great, room was clean, good breakfast. It was nice that it had a hot tub and pool but when we went in there at 11pm a group of kids came in and were screaming and super noisy, it was not enjoyable.

Clean room, bath and comfortable beds. Lots of dining options close by. Staff very helpful and polite. 15 minute drive to Bismarck airport made for an easy travel day. Walls are thin so easily heard folks in rooms beside us, but the quiet hours posted made it easy to still get some sleep.

Hotel was very nice. We only had one complaint, and that was that one of the beds in our room had sheets that were full of black lint, black specks, and may have been unchanged. We called the front desk, and they came up with clean sheets. They apologized after looking at the sheets and left clean sheets for us to change our own bed. This was a little disappointing.

Upon check in, which was very quick and efficient, the friendly staff told us where our room was and how to get there. We noticed, when arriving at the property, how clean the parking area was, always a good sign of how well the property is taken care of. The lobby was extremely clean, the dining area was also very clean. Even the elevator, which is usually a "Catch-all" for trash, was very clean. Our room was absolutely the cleanest I have seen in some time ! Clean bathroom, clean, sweet smelling towels. Absolutely awesome room. The breakfast was substantial, fresh. Dining room was kept clean. And, the best feature, it is so quiet ! Couldn't hear anyone walking, talking. Great experience overall. This is our new "When in Bismarck, where we are " hotel.

The property was very clean for the most part. Some wear and tear in the bathroom and the sheets had a slightly smoky smell to them, but the bed was comfy and it was very quiet. There was no bottled water in the vending machine, but there was fresh water in the lobby.

The rooms were pretty small they only do maid service every 3 days unless you ask for it. The showers were kind of gross over all just not as good as the reviews said they were its a decent enough cheapish hotel but i wouldn't stay again.

Generally clean and fairly quiet, close to interstate, good water pressure. Starting to show its age a bit - mattresses getting worn out and older non-smart TVs so you can’t stream. Free wi-fi provided, but frequently got dropped so had to repeatedly sign back in with password, which was annoying. Free breakfast was pretty average - not great, but better than nothing. Overall, it was fine for one night - somewhat expensive for what you get.

My wife stayed here with her parents her dad has alzeimers and the staff was very accomidating helping to watch him and help him out ( he likes walks) when he didnt remeber where he was ! That speaks volumes on the kind of employees that work here , we will stay here everytime we are in bismark.

Overall a great place to stay. My only complaint was there was never anyone at the front desk. So when we checked in, and if you had a question, you had to call a number and wait. Just frustrating when you are tired or in a hurry.

We travel to Bismarck at least once a month due to a high risk pregnancy and go to Sanford for check in appointments. I unfortunately showed up for breakfast 9:12am and realized breakfast ended at 9am, to my horror I had already taken my insulin and knew I wouldn’t have time to stop for breakfast before my scheduled appointment at 10am so I wondered into the kitchen and asked the breakfast attendant Miss DonnaRae if I could have a bagel or something with carbs and apologized for missing breakfast but I had already taken my insulin and she did not hesitate she pulled out the bagels and she even put sausage patties in a zip lock bag for me! I was so thankful and she talked with me for a bit and congratulated me on the pregnancy. Her kindness and going above and beyond by packing me to go sausages made me feel the comfort of family. She is the embodiment of hospitality! Because of Miss DonnaRae next month my husband and I plan on staying at the same hotel again this time I’ll be ok time for breakfast!

OMG Jason at the front desk was going in and out smoking and could not stand still. He met a couple girls in a car in the parking lot. A while later he came pounding on our door my gf answer it and woke us up at 10:30 at night. He told my gf he smelled someone smoking and thought is was us. I don't smoke so I got up and checked and there was no sign of smoke smell. I went to the front desk and he started screaming at me and said to leave the hotel. I called the police for protection and we left.

The person that was at the desk for check-in was very nice and professional, helped with a few questions. My family felt that it was very comfortable in the room, breakfast area, and pool area. Coffee was always on with a great assortment to go along with it; very much appreciated the details. It shows a lot about the staff/hotel when you hear people say how much they like working there and how happy they are; like the staff that were on the morning of Sunday 022325, I found them very pleasant as I was reading in the lobby and later on having breakfast with our family. Will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This hotel received a 9.2 rating but I felt that was pretty high and did not match my idea of a 9.2. Front desk staff were very nice, pool/hot tub was what I would consider kept very well. But the room, it was ok, some grime on the bathroom door and shower wall, bathroom outlet did not work, room felt small, and bed for me was not that comfortable (other 2 family members felt the bed was comfortable). Breakfast was not to my husbands or mine liking. Very limited selection and the same every morning (3 days). Review only allows full stars so I gave it a 3 but would really say a 3.5 more accurate.

Great hotel~ made us all feel welcome right away with the cold bottles of water and warm cookies. Pool chemicals overpowering and burned your eyes, but we enjoyed the pool/hot tub while we were able to tolerate the chemicals. Breakfast had a wide variety and even included BACON! Beds could be better as we were both siding to the center of the bed all night long and not comfortable.

Very clean and well maintained property. And wonderful breakfast (with additional options over the typical hotel breakfast). And our pet stayed with us and that went well too. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing (great biscuits and gravy). Driving across the entire country on this trip and this was the best stay by far.

The hotel was a fantastic value. Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was enough to start the day. Location is very convenient to major highways and restaurants. Don't hesitate to consider this hotel when staying in Bismarck.

Decent enough room- seemed clean. Front desk left a little to be desired- checked in late (had been on the road for a while) and the person who helped me wasn’t that friendly. Didn’t take my ID. Breakfast was good.

The entire hotel stay was excellent! The shared spaces were clean and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the beds were perfect!

Sigh. Our original room smelled horribly of dog or wet carpet. The front desk quickly moved us. The second room had a loose lightbulb, a missing lightbulb, and a sink broken right through the porcelain. The tub faucet was loose and half the water sprayed out the faucet instead of up to the shower. Really second-rate.

Clean room, restaurant (good breakfast, too), comfortable beds (slept well). Unable to charge our phones from provided lamps, Ebony loaned us a charger. Phone on nightstand did not work.
