I stayed a week here on Vacation to Disney, I was able to save money yet have a nice room…Honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I’ve stayed in many hotels!!! The pool is large and clean and there is a restaurant attached. I have not 1 complaint!!!

The inside front desk was super clean and staff super friendly. It looks like the place was a foreclosure and they are slowly fixing it up. My room was brand new and smell good. You will see some rooms as you passing them looking like its being remodeled.If that doesnt bother you then its all good. Also there are people that live there as well. I will definitely be back. Also there is a Dominican restaurant that is connected and food was delicious.

Enjoyed our stay, good location for us. The pool was fabulous, huge and clean and we had it to ourselves! Owners renovating wing by wing but no noise or issues at all, our wing was complete but look forward to completion as there was no onsite breakfast. Plenty of options minutes away by car though. Excellent budget-wise hotel.

The staff ate super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are decent if you just need a place to crash. The bathrooms and commodities are dated. Parking is convenient.

Very friendly staff. Beds, sheets, and pillows were new and Very comfortable!! Restaurant next to motel was delicious! Had ample parking for a semi truck and trailer.

I was working an event two minutes from the hotel so it was an extremely convenient location for me. at the check in I was greeted by Virginia, she was amazing! She was very nice and helpful and made our stay much better. She helped us with all our concerns and complaints, Thank you Virginia! The room was minimal and only had the necessities, two pillows on each bed and 1 towel. Although the pool was amazing, great temperature and 8ft deep. Virginia and the pool definitely made our stay!

The front desk security guard clerk was awesome and got me checked in fast and quick. The property is under going room renovations, but that didnt affect my travel at all, will be coming back nexr time i visit

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and nice. Only thing I seen that I had an issue with is the room I was in wasn’t super clean.

Arrived at the hotel Friday 8:30pm. The person working seemed to work security for the bar. Entered the room couldn't find a remote went back to office at 8:50pm and it was closed and locked. Called the number on the window which went to voicemail. Did not receive a call back. Found dead bugs throughout the room. Saturday went back to office to get a remote person behind the counter was going to take a remote from another room. I decided nevermind since we are leaving in the morning. Sunday morning i checked out and made sure they noted the account there was no remote. While packing the car maintenance showed up and gave me a remote to the tv. All and all for a short stay it was close to where we needed to be and it was a place to stay.

The place was awful. The pictures online are very deceiving. We knew it was a cheaper hotel but was not expecting how bad it was. The property had water leaking from the ceiling that we had to dodge trying to get to our room. The room was disgustingly dirty. The air was not on when we arrived and would barely work. We tried to take showers to get ready to go out and there were roaches running out of the bathtub and the shower curtain. We got ready as quick as we could and was there for about an hour before we just went and checked back out because it was so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable to even touch stuff let along sleep there.

The room was Dirty there was hair & stained sheets on the beds the bathroom was dirty the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks with hair in the bath tub I actually left my bar of soap in the tub bc of the hair on the soap rack. The sink was not clean on the knobs there was someone else’s tooth paste spit thankfully I always have wipes with me so I could clean the toilet. There was no one @ the front desk after we checked in it’s like they disappeared with the lobby locked up. Someone was complaining about not getting checked in @ night lucky them ! I have never stayed in a hotel so dirty before!!! If I’d had my own rental car I’d have left & stayed @ a different hotel like I should’ve done I had a bad feeling about the hotel but I was traveling with other people and they choose to stay…… Sadly the room was a very nice size room it just isn’t cared for & the gentleman I said something to really didn’t care made no effort to make any thing better. I rate it a minus 10

Avoid at All Costs – Unsafe, Filthy, and Completely Unprofessional After a long day of travel, we arrived to a filthy, humid room with unmade beds and a horrible odor. When we went to complain, we were told the receptionist was gone for the night and there was “nothing that could be done.” Only after insisting did security call someone who approved switching rooms. The second room was barely better—beds were made, but the sheets were stained, the room smelled musty, and the door handle fell off (serious safety issue). We had reserved 3 rooms but were told only 1 was available. After 30 minutes, they handed over 2 keys and said to check back tomorrow for the 3rd. They also photocopied our IDs and credit cards, which was concerning. No room service, no towels despite multiple requests. Drawers had previous guests’ belongings. Bathrooms weren’t fully cleaned. We saw roaches. Later, a person violently attacked a car outside and then tried to break into our room—we had to call the police. I made the mistake of walking around the back of the hotel and saw piles of dirty linens being dumped into a room—stacked to the ceiling. Completely unsanitary and inhumane. If we don’t receive a refund, we’ll pursue every legal option. We have photos of everything. This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Getting what you paid for with a slight tip in scales towards your favor. The rooms were not very sound "proof" as we EASILY heard a soda can opening, someone\'s TV, people talking (and more). There also happen to be fireworks across the street and they sounded like they were in the next room. This goes for the restaurant/club that\'s in the same parking lot or property. But the beds were fine, although it said 2 queen and it was 2 full sized. The TV is REALLY undersized, the design for the bathroom area is lacking. But there was a half-sized refrigerator (no microwave) and great a/c. It is pretty convenient to a lot of locations and the curtains were surprisingly good without being the typical heavy duty you\'re used to. If you mainly need a bed to stay in this really did the trick and it was far cheaper than MANY other options.

This hotel is beautiful, very clean, it smells very good, the decoration in the rooms is amazing, they are recently remodeled with furniture made of amazing wood and painted with excellent colors, the room has a lot of space, a/c and wifi are working good , I recommend it 100%. come here any time

Pros: *Was able to make last minute reservation and were able to check in early even though they must have been jam packed with last minute reservations due to hurricane evacuation orders. *It is conveniently located to many diners, stores, and events. *Air conditioner was strong and cold. *Refrigerator was a decent size for a hotel room. Cons: *There was no table in the room to be able to sit down to eat. We had to bring our dinner to the common area to be able to sit to eat comfortably. *Our reservation was for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. The towels were stained. *Bathroom door would not fully close for privacy. *Phone was a little confusing to use since it had another hotels logo and information on it. *The staff was not very smiley or welcoming....especially the woman who worked the night shift. Though Im sure they were very stressed with the hurricane situation. Overall....I give 3 stars. Average.

This hotel is under renovation. Several families are living there. The staff was all very nice. My room never got serviced in 3 days so no clean towels. Was told to use the room towels for the pool but never got fresh towels so I had to use the same wet towels each day. Air conditioner worked well and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice as well. It is a budget hotel soo keep that in mind.

Great for a short stay. Looks like the place is under renovation. The room had recieved a facelift and the bed and linens are very nice. Room has fridge and tv. Issues were the shower handle wasn't fully working so getting hot water required jiggling the handle a bit. The big issue is that they have no service, so we only had 1 towel per person in the room, no hand or face towels. Went to front desk and they told me they didn't have any more towels available. So overall, the location is great,, rooms are big and beds are comfy. Clearly in process of doing Reno's so I won't be too harsh. I come back often enough to Orlando, I'll provide an update next time I stay

The lobby and rooms have been remodeled. Easy parking. Bare essentials in room. Small TV. No microwave but a rather large refrigerator. Probably a place where workers stay when on a distant job? Wish it had a breakfast in lobby. They had a small pot of coffee with sugar & powdered creamer . Had a problem with no hot water, but the maintenance guy was at our door within 2 minutes of asking front desk about this issue. We were on bottom level and hearing everyone leaving early morning woke us up. . All in all,ok for the price. Not a dump,

After a long day of traveling, I get to the hotel at 1am. When I got there the door was locked. The gentleman open the door and ask how can he help. I said I had reservations for my room and he said no. All the rooms are sold out. I explained to him I had my reservation number and had The money withdraw from my account. There was no apology given as far as the hotel overlooking the rooms and no solution on how to help get another room. He said just go across the street. The gentleman in the front stated he told someone to take it out of the system because the rooms were booked and they didn’t. Not a great experience at all. I was traveling with my son at 1:30 in the morning to learn that the hotel overbooked not what you want to be in as a parent.

90 percent of hotels are open overnight for late check ins. I booked figuring I could do what I usually do and check in whenever. Sure enough when I show up around midnight no one was there. So 3 of us had too sleep in the truck. Then when I went too message I get no response from the hotel.

The front desk refused to give my driver a receipt for his stay. Upon arrival he ask for a receipt and the guy told him to come talk to the morning shift. He then spoke with a lady the following morning and she said she couldn't help him. All drivers are required to have receipts. COMPANY POLICY! My driver explained this multiple times and the front desk still refused a receipt. WHY? HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A RECEIPT!? It wasn't the cleanest and they for sure wasn't very nice.

This was a very bad experience. As I walked to my room, could see into other rooms even when the curtains were closed. My key didn’t work and when I went back to the “office” the security guard was putting a lockbox on the front doors. I told him I was afraid to stay and he told me I would have to talk to the “owner” in the morning. The parking lot had no lights. Vagrants were sitting outside the rooms. There was blood on my bed spread. We left, it wasn’t safe and I would not have been able to sleep.

Getting what you paid for with a slight tip in scales towards your favor. The rooms were not very sound "proof" as we EASILY heard a soda can opening, someone\'s TV, people talking (and more). There also happen to be fireworks across the street and they sounded like they were in the next room. This goes for the restaurant/club that\'s in the same parking lot or property. But the beds were fine, although it said 2 queen and it was 2 full sized. The TV is REALLY undersized, the design for the bathroom area is lacking. But there was a half-sized refrigerator (no microwave) and great a/c. It is pretty convenient to a lot of locations and the curtains were surprisingly good without being the typical heavy duty you\'re used to. If you mainly need a bed to stay in this really did the trick and it was far cheaper than MANY other options.

Property is old and run down. Several unhoused, low-income families living in the units long-term. Trash all around the property. No elevator. I would not recommend as a vacation stay or tourist hotel. Very deceptive advertising photos and property description.

Enjoyed our stay, good location for us. The pool was fabulous, huge and clean and we had it to ourselves! Owners renovating wing by wing but no noise or issues at all, our wing was complete but look forward to completion as there was no onsite breakfast. Plenty of options minutes away by car though. Excellent budget-wise hotel.

I booked here because of the positive reviews... When I arrived the two desk clerks were wearing sidearms... I started to question them about this and they replied that it is legal in Florida to wear a sidearm. I drove around the property and it seems on the back of the property they cater to homeless or families that are displaced or evicted from their homes. I previewed my room and their was a sticker on the window that said foreclosure ... I stayed elsewhere ...

Pros: *Was able to make last minute reservation and were able to check in early even though they must have been jam packed with last minute reservations due to hurricane evacuation orders. *It is conveniently located to many diners, stores, and events. *Air conditioner was strong and cold. *Refrigerator was a decent size for a hotel room. Cons: *There was no table in the room to be able to sit down to eat. We had to bring our dinner to the common area to be able to sit to eat comfortably. *Our reservation was for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. The towels were stained. *Bathroom door would not fully close for privacy. *Phone was a little confusing to use since it had another hotels logo and information on it. *The staff was not very smiley or welcoming....especially the woman who worked the night shift. Despite the page stating that they are open for check in 24hrs, at 8:45 I received a text stating that the desk was closing at 9. I was traveling from a long way away and informed the number that I was still an hour away. I arrived to the hotel at 9:45 and the only staff there was security who could not check me in. The property seemed dirty although I never made it to my room. The hotel did issue a refund but still left me stranded in a bad neighborhood.

I was working an event two minutes from the hotel so it was an extremely convenient location for me. at the check in I was greeted by Virginia, she was amazing! She was very nice and helpful and made our stay much better. She helped us with all our concerns and complaints, Thank you Virginia! The room was minimal and only had the necessities, two pillows on each bed and 1 towel. Although the pool was amazing, great temperature and 8ft deep. Virginia and the pool definitely made our stay!

Stay away from this motel. First they gave me the key to a room that was already in use. Once we got in a vacant room it just continued downhill. The room itself looked renovated and decent. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Outlet by the sink did not work. No hot water. We were told you just have to let it run. After 30 minutes it was like warm. No trash cans in the room at all. No remote for the tv. Went to the lobby and after 20 minutes was given a remote. Tv still didn’t work. Dog continuously barking in the room behind us. Lady walking the square around the rooms yelling at someone on the phone for an extended period of time. Loud burst of noise and music throughout the night. Zero amenities in the room such as ice bucket (no ice on property), coffee maker (no coffee in lobby either), no hair dryer. When we were leaving, a guy from the second floor hollered down, ‘Hey are you checking out? My boss wants me to get a list. Do you remember your room number?’ Expedia listing said the room was $55. When I paid at check in it was $90. It wasn’t even worth $55 to begin with and at that price I really didn’t expect much but I didn’t think it would be this awful.

I stayed a week here on Vacation to Disney, I was able to save money yet have a nice room…Honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I’ve stayed in many hotels!!! The pool is large and clean and there is a restaurant attached. I have not 1 complaint!!!

The inside front desk was super clean and staff super friendly. It looks like the place was a foreclosure and they are slowly fixing it up. My room was brand new and smell good. You will see some rooms as you passing them looking like its being remodeled.If that doesnt bother you then its all good. Also there are people that live there as well. I will definitely be back. Also there is a Dominican restaurant that is connected and food was delicious.

The people who left excellent reviews are lying. No microwave, no coffee in room, refrigerator was unplugged and never cooled down. We went up front to get some coffee and the pot was just getting started (at 8 am) and when I came back 5 minutes later the coffee was done but they didn't have any cups. Person responsible offered me their cup....seriously. Room looks clean at first, but then you see the huge cockroaches scurrying about. My son and I were at the Mecum Auction for four days, so location was good but that's the only positive to be said. Security guard mans the front desk-enough said.

Avoid at All Costs – Unsafe, Filthy, and Completely Unprofessional After a long day of travel, we arrived to a filthy, humid room with unmade beds and a horrible odor. When we went to complain, we were told the receptionist was gone for the night and there was “nothing that could be done.” Only after insisting did security call someone who approved switching rooms. The second room was barely better—beds were made, but the sheets were stained, the room smelled musty, and the door handle fell off (serious safety issue). We had reserved 3 rooms but were told only 1 was available. After 30 minutes, they handed over 2 keys and said to check back tomorrow for the 3rd. They also photocopied our IDs and credit cards, which was concerning. No room service, no towels despite multiple requests. Drawers had previous guests’ belongings. Bathrooms weren’t fully cleaned. We saw roaches. Later, a person violently attacked a car outside and then tried to break into our room—we had to call the police. I made the mistake of walking around the back of the hotel and saw piles of dirty linens being dumped into a room—stacked to the ceiling. Completely unsanitary and inhumane. If we don’t receive a refund, we’ll pursue every legal option. We have photos of everything. This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

My biggest problem with the room was with the beds. They were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever gotten from a hotel. One of the beds was broken.

Pictures on Hotels.com were definitely taken in the best way possible and are not a reflection of the property. Was not aware this is a "weekly" hotel. It wasn't dirty but run down. Linens were "well used" and rough. Outlet covers were missing, room lighting was very dreary w/ low wattage light bulbs, room door did needed to be slammed to close. Staff was not in uniform so I could not tell who an employee was and who was a guest outside of the front desk. The people I did speak to were exceptionally polite and friendly.

The property was not maintained well at all. Filth everywhere, the building was literally oozing mildew, and our feet stuck to the floor in our room.
