Let me preface this with I never ever write reviews, good or bad ones. I’m pretty laid back when in comes to hotels, as long as they’re clean. The semi good thing about the room was the bed was somewhat comfortable. The staff was rude, the room was just outdated and dirty. The furniture had significant wear and tear, stains all over the floors, WiFi barely worked, pretty sure there was blood splatter on the back of the bathroom door. Don’t even get me started on the shower. Disgusting. Speaking of doors, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The door to get in the room, you had to use a decent amount of force to open it. There wasn’t a phone or clock in the room either, not really that big of a deal, considering it’s 2026, but it’s usually a nice feature to have. The elevator was dirty and the panel seemed like it was about to fall off. The only other thing I will say that was somewhat nice is they had a nice bar area, along with some slot machines. Other than that, spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else. I highly do not recommend.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Radisson Schaumburg fue muy decepcionante. Durante mis cinco días de hospedaje nunca hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Además, solo funciona un elevador y no está en buen estado. El desayuno fue bastante regular, las llaves del cuarto presentaron fallas constantemente, lo que me obligó a ir a la recepción en varias ocasiones y el aire acondicionado tenia un ruido terrible cada vez que se encendía.

Check-in was at 3pm and I got there at 4:30pm. The room wasn’t ready. For my inconvenience Jose offered a free meal and that made it right and I was grateful for that. I called before I made the reservation to confirm the pool would be up/running for my stay (it was the only reason I booked this hotel). When I went to go to the pool on Sunday, I was told it was closed.

It ticked off everything that we needed for the night. Clean bedroom, helpful staff that are smiling, close by parking with a 7-11 convenience store nearby! The free breakfast was also filling as well. As far as me looking for a bed and breakfast hotel, they had provided it all for my one night stay!
