Radisson Hotel Schaumburg

Fiz reserva com café da manhã incluso conforme foto em anexo, porém quando fiz o checkin fui informada que não tinha. Me senti enganada. Faltou toalha de banho, papel higiênico no quarto, solicitamos diversas vezes e não fomos atendidos até que precisei ficar na recepção do hotel esperando enquanto o atendente foi buscar.

Hotel was easy to locate. The guy at check in had a huge hole in his elbow and untucked pockets of his pants. We were able to connect to WiFi without any issues however it was not allowing us to load anything. Our TV would turn on and that was about the only thing it would do. We weren’t able to watch anything on any channel. We also weren’t able to get any extra towels without swapping out our dirty ones. The breakfast seemed to have a good amount of options but the area was constantly dirty and not stocked. It made me wonder if the food was fresh daily or just reheated. The only good thing I can think of are the pillows. We enjoyed those.

Parking was easy. Elevator electrical panel was open with exposed wires. Level 1 elevator area reeked of cigarette smoke. Never once in my 8-day stay did housekeeping staff come in my room. Looked like a blood stain on the floor. I will not return.

My room smell like sewer water and I had no TV all night had a manager come to the room a maintenance man come to the room and then they told me that TV was a complimentary thing. Which we all know it's not. The following morning they wind up switching me to another room same scenario with the TV. Really didn't like this hotel

Nothing works in the room. Trash everywhere in the hall. Hotel smells like garbage and mold. Overall bad experience.
