Girl who checked us in talked on her personal phone the whole time. Got to the room, it smelled pretty bad, like smoke covered up by curry. Floors were dirty. Then water started dripping from the bathroom ceiling. You couldn't use the toilet without water dripping on you. Enough that there was standing water on the floor. I went down to let them know and see if we could switch rooms. The same girl said she would check on what was going on and let me know. 20 minutes go by, nothing. I go back down. She hadn't done anything or let anyone know yet. Finally, another guy went to check and said the lady upstairs was taking a shower, that the building is old and the plumbing leaks sometimes. He asked how long we were staying, I said just that night. He said the lady was out of the shower and the ceiling should stop dripping soon but they wouldn't give us another room.

I didn't like anything except the the refrigerator. The staff was rude and the place was nasty, pool was empty, was harassed about smoking outside my door. The photos of the description are very old, they do not show it's true state. The parking lot, stairs, and walkways had trash everywhere. The bed sheets had hair and dirt on them. Hot water was hardley even luke warm. Stains on the walls and doors. The area, customers, and rooms all looked like one you would find "adult company" and "dealers" at. The area was not at all safe.

Bugs everywhere, sticky floors, stains on everything. There was what sounded like a WWE event going on in the room above. I felt itchy after being in the room for 5 minutes. I requested a refund as there was no way we could even sit down there, let alone sleep. I was told to contact Expedia, who would then contact the hotel. What wasnt mentioned was the manager being the only one to deal with Expedia, and them being out weekends. And thus I am still waiting on my money back for a room I never stayed in. They also charged a deposit, which I'm sure I'll never see again...

The stained sheets were stained, they were full of dog hair so I had to remove them, the tables were dirty, the bathroom plug didn't work, it smelled horrible so I had to spray Lysol... there were cockroaches too, even though I paid for two nights I only stayed one... it's a pigsty

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, dirty mirror, black mold all over the bathroom, linens were clean and nicely folded. Bed was comfortable enough. Definitely active drug area all hours of the night. Good enough spot in a pinch with a good car alarm. Would recommend looking into alternative locations if you have the means.

The general manager Tonia was very nice and chealse was very nice and very understanding but there was a lot of noise in drama in arguing going on I felt very unsafe But chealse clear the area out from a lot of people and Tonia gave me my refund back

There was nothing really unique about the property it was average, but what I did not like was waking up to a cockroach crawling across the wall. It makes me think what else or what other kind of bugs could have been in that room? Also the walls are very thin I heard the Neighbors whole conversation, and the TV didn't work.

There was/were children running and banging and pounding as if throwing furniture around all night (until dawn) I didn’t use the shower because of the cockroaches. Couldn’t wait to get gone from there.

Due to a miscommunication in their system, the first room I was given hadn't yet been cleaned. I talked to the lady at the front desk, and she got me switched to a different room very quickly. She was friendly and apologetic. The new room was okay. I didn't see any evidence of roaches that some reviews mention. In some places, the walls were stained and damaged, but not so badly it felt unclean. In hindsight, I think this location is mostly used for extended stays rather than one-night trips like mine. As such, soap and shampoo wasn't provided. That was fine, as I was able to go to a nearby drugstore. But it would have been good to know in advance so I would have known to bring my own. Overall, is was a pleasant stay for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

I reserved a room with insurance because I didn't know for sure we would be traveling. When I tried to cancel my reservation, the app wouldn't let me cancel so I tried to reschedule. Expedia went out of their way to try to reschedule, but unortunately, One Life Studios refused to respond. I have nothing good to say about One Life Studios.

Each one of these people that work at this hotel make the world go around. If you are someone who has made this hotel a home temporary the staff are more than gracious! I absolutely love this place and I am thankful for all of the staff especially Tonya and D. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for doing your job but also caring like you do. You won't be disappointed if you stay here ❤️

Each one of these people that work at this hotel make the world go around. If you are someone who has made this hotel a home temporary the staff are more than gracious! The general manager Tonia was very nice and chealse was very nice and very understanding but there was a lot of noise in drama in arguing going on I felt very unsafe But chealse clear the area out from a lot of people and Tonia gave me my refund back

It was dirty, had cockroaches ,-staff was rude, unreasonable fees Cleaning people were rude, abrasive and accused us of lying about the # of pets we had. Grass was uncut andcibgarbage was everywhere. Not a safe area either. Most of the elllectrical sockets in the rooms didn'tlml)

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, dirty mirror, black mold all over the bathroom, linens were clean and nicely folded. Bed was comfortable enough. Definitely active drug area all hours of the night. Good enough spot in a pinch with a good car alarm. Would recommend looking into alternative locations if you have the means.

This property was sold and therefore did not have our reservations, but since we had our paperwork with us, they honored our reservation price. This property is now One Life Studios. This property is also in the process of being renovated. There was no continental breakfast. Maid service is limited/or by request.

People should be told, and billed for the damage deposit at the time of booking. There was no hot water. It was a walk in shower, which was okay, but the water was creek cold, no matter which way you turned the knob. There was a blob of something on the bathroom floor, under the counter, beside the toilet, that needed to be mopped up. It was there when I got there. Also, no carpet is okay, but if you walk from the shower to the living area to dress, your bare feet will be black on the bottom. You will need to clean them with a wash cloth to be clean for shoes. They obviously do not mop regularly. The microwave needs a note near it that the light switch by the door needs to be turned on for it to work. I didn't think it worked and had to walk to the office about it, because everytime I tried to call the number, it said there was no voicemail and hung up. No ringing, no live person to answer. No phones in the room. Charging the cell phone meant leaving it on the floor 8 feet from the bed, or on the desk, same distance. There are no outlets near the bed or the tables beside it to connect chargers. It wasn't a roach motel, but could stand some thought for temporary travlers. The one I visited is also being used for "permanent" guests. which may be why they are not as concerned for amenities for temporary ones. It suited my purposes, but it could have been better. The outside was decent.
