Comfort Inn Grantsville-Deep Creek Lake

The ladies that work the front desk are very professional and kind. Breakfast was good. But very dissatisfied that the pool is advertised as heated ( whole reason we picked the hotel) and there was nothing heated about it. The water was as cold as ice. Also to found it very sickening that around the pool area was so dirty that it turned the bottom of your feet black. Then it’s very concerning that there is back mold all around the windows were the AC unit is and it makes you wonder how much black mold is being put into the room because of the AC unit. Really think the hotel could use some improvements especially for the prices that are being asked to stay there

Predictably clean and quiet. The friendly, smiling staff. Hot waffles and yogurt in the morning. We keep coming to the place every year, many times a year, to hop to Wisp (30 min drive) and enjoy the perfect snow.
