Located in a Grade 1 listed building close to the Brighton seafront, Brunswick Holiday Flats are high quality self-catering apartments.Brunswick Holiday Flats are located in a quiet residential square. The apartments have high ceilings, wooden floors and spacious lounges with large windows, some that face the sea, and a flat-screen TV. Each apartment has a bathroom with a spa bath and a kitchen containing a dishwasher, oven and hob.Brighton Promenade is a 1-minute walk away and numerous bars, restaurants and shops can be found within an 800 metre radius. Brighton Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away and Brighton Pier is 1 mile away.Brighton Railway Station and the town centre are 1 mile from the property. The spectacular Royal Pavilion and surrounding gardens are 12 minutes away by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.Please inform Brunswick Family Sea View Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Catherine the host was amazing. She answered all of my questions promptly and was super helpful in providing the detail I needed. The apartment was amazing. The space was great for 12 people, with a large kitchen and lounge area. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the location was great! Right near the beach and within easy walking distance of the town/lanes. My friends and I had a great stay.

A bit disappointed on the whole and felt the apartment was not as expected. It was not cleaned properly at all. Clump of hair in shower, very dirty plates in drawer, fridge stank of fish, clean sheets but some with stains on. Advertised as sleeping 10-12 people which it can however, there were not enough seats for 7 of us as the two sofa beds were the only comfy places to sit so we rotated using a dining chair, again only 8 of these. Bath towels were given but 3 hand towels to share between us all, window in one room rattled so much that it kept everyone awake . I did express my concerns with the owner who said she would address these issues and despite this,we did enjoy our stay as great location and fun
