Close to dining and main street. Good parking. Well light. Quiet location.

I've stayed at this property several times when visiting family and friends. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Over all a quiet area, rooms are clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking, grocery store next door and two gas / convenient stores nearby.

Stayed here numerous times. Rooms and lobby upgraded. All thats left are bathtubs. No wake-up call service, but, otherwise rooms are nice, have good amenities- fridge, microwave, coffee maker. AC didn't work all that well. But, a nice stay. Close to shopping and food.

The check in/check out was quick and easy. The clerk was pleasant. There were very few breakfast options, which was disappointing. There were two types of cereal, a small bin of munchkins/donut holes and a few mini muffins. There was 1 type of coffee, tea, cocoa. There were 2 vending machines one for soda and one for snacks. The soda machine was out of order and there were very few snacks in a large size vending machine. The beds were small and quite uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and useless. The rooms are very small. The a/c unit didn't stay on all night like it was set up to do. I gave up, no one at front desk after 10:00p.m.The end cost was $10.00 more than quoted on date of booking as well. I will more than likely NOT stay here again. I stayed at a different hotel on my last two visits to Lancaster and it was much nicer and just down the street from this hotel. I will go back to that hotel, not this one. Prices are comparable and no surprise extra fee at that hotel.

Very friendly and helpful. Property clean well maintained. Easy convenient parking.

The bathtub was in bad shape. The heat did not work in the room. Vending machines did not work. Their free continental breakfast was a joke, it was cereal, and moldy bread for toast. Coffe was basically brown water. Lady at the front desk was super nice, but the owner of the inn was rude and sat on the couch in the lobby picking at his bare feet directly across from the eating area.

The room did what we needed it to do for a night stay. The microwave had someone's spaghetti all over in it. The end table had a sticky spill on it the headboard had greasy handprints on it. The comfort had large stains on it looked like blood. If I didn't need to stay, I might have left or did a lot of complaining. The front desk was very nice. Breakfast had something to be desired.

Room was clean but very dated

IDK where the good reviews came from. This hotel is aged and worn, the room was filthy, stains on the nightstand, used tops on the floor and mold and soap rings in the tub. Our first room didn’t have heat (in Dec) so they moved us to another room, that was supposedly ready, but filthy. We told the front desk and they said (they’re not dirty they are just old) and when we showed her the photos, she just walked away and left us standing there without a word.

Last year we stayed 2nd floor . Room was more updated and bed more comfortable. Our bathroom was not as clean as it could be

The bed was VERY Hard , but nice and clean. The hotel was as clean as they could get (was in need of updates) . The tub was very stained and so were the towels .The breakfast was cereal and toast. The staff was very friendly. Ty staff!!

The rooms were very clean. They were short staffed but friendly and helpful. This is a no frills motel but we were pleased and did the job.

Room seemed clean except the vent fan in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Eving staff was friendly and pleasant. Morning staff was not friendly at all and was rude when we asked for food to be replenished at the breakfast bar. Continental breakfast was sparse to start. Charge of $80 for one pet was ridiculous. Poor value for the money.

We only needed a place to sleep and shower on our motorcycling trip through NH. This place was excellent. We arrived late and they had left my key and a note. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We will likely stay again during another trip.

The bedspread had stains on it and the bathroom was tiny and dingy. Also, a little pricey for the area.

A decent motel, comfortable bed and spacious room. Only downside we experienced was the lack of sound-proofing with the room door, so any conversations and noice in the hall seemed like the people were in the room with us. Wasnt a problem once people stopped coming and going for thenight, but as soon as the early risers started heading out in the early morning (5:50-6am).....we were then wide awake....when we really could have used a couple more hours of sleep!

The housekeeper/front desk lady that worked in the morning was rude. My husband tried to pay for the room around 10am and knew he wouldn't be able to check in / get into the room until 2... the lady was very rude and curt with him. She asked about the credit card number that I used to create the reservation and Jason said he wanted to use his credit card, which was is on the same account. He said he wanted to pay for Saturday and Sunday and she snapped saying "I KNOW that..." Really?? The "breakfast included" was a joke. Cereal. That's it. No eggs, no protein/meat. No fruit, apples, bananas... Monday morning there was a some powdered donut holes that were STALE. The front desk lady that worked in the afternoon/evening was very nice. The key kept dying and she would laugh when he had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed again. He had to get it programmed 5-6 times. That's pretty aggrevating!

Easy checkin.

I was doing a late arrival and called to ask if someone would be there and was told yes. I was driving and about 15 minutes away to find out when I was arriving as they closed at 10. I told them I was 10-15 minutes away and they waited. Very friendly and super helpful

Front desk helpful = great service

I made this reservation and not knowing that we needed to move further upstate beyond this property in order to get to the historical building to trace my ancestors. I made the reservation at 8:40 and wanted to cancel 12:30. They said I needed to give a 48 hour notice. This wasn’t possible since there wasn’t enough time. They wouldn’t listen to anything I said. Expedia even tried to call for me.

Check in was fast and pleasant. The desk associate was friendly and interested in our stay. Our room, #213, for the most part, was clean-some dirt in bathroom corners and stains in the tub. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. Would recommend this room. Everyrhing went well until breakfast. The blonde lady working in tbe dining room was not only rude, but aggressive. While getting our coffee, she pushed her way in to overstuff the mostly full sugar container. Never said excuse me...slammed a box down and said "I need to fill this." She was quite agitated and smased the sugar packs into the holder. The coffee in the carafe was lukewarm, so when we got a second cup, we got it from the fresh brewed pot. She looked out from the kitchen and saw us, acted like we were doing something wrong. She made a disgusted face, started slamming stuff around & loudly, grumbling aggressively to herself. She was making so much noise, the other lady came in from the lobby and tried to distract by chatting with us. SHE was very pleasant and kind and we enjoyed talking with her. The blonde lady, at one point, took the trash can from the dining room and threw a bag on the floor in it's place. Not sure why she would do that. Some guests missed the bag and trash was on the floor. My hubby picked it upup.The WORST dining experience. Maybe she was just having a bad day...nope. The 2nd day, she was the same. We did not go in there again. She obviously hates her job.

Quiet and relatively close to Santa's Village.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There can be noise from adjacent businesses.

The room was your typical room, nothing particularly special. I did appreciate that it had a table and chairs in the room for snacks and takeout dinner, so we didn't need to sit on the beds to eat. Location was close to Santa's Village (our main destination) and it was easy to walk to a few restaurants, coffee, and ice cream. The front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and gave great dinner recommendations!

Very nice accommodations. Walkable to several casual dinning locations. Served us well after a day at Santa’s Village.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite soundproof and spacious. Easy walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and Main Street shops. Neat town to walk.

Convenient off highway close to dining

For the money, over $200, I was expecting a nice motor lodge. Instead, we got an ordinary, outdated room with the most uncomfortable pillows I ever had. The breakfast was so cheap, we had to share a jelly bottle bought from Walmart. I honestly don't complain, but this place was so disappointing for the money spent.

Went up for the eclipses. The breakfast is just cereal and toast it's not a continental breakfast there's no pastries. The milk was sour for the cereal and coffee. The bathroom sink barely drained. Very disappointing considering they charged five times the going rate for the night. You would have expected they would have cleaned the place up better

Don’t fall for the breakfast there is nothing to eat only coffee ,bread & cereal .very poor breakfast .

This was a very nice simple place to stay for one night. Jackie at the front desk was very nice. There was literally bread, about 10 donut holes and a few English muffins for breakfast… worst breakfast offerings ever. They should not advertise breakfast included
