Hotel Boutique Lacoul Inn

We had a very comfortable stay at Lacoul Inn. The place was very clean, and they kept the restaurant open till late because we reached it late. The staff was extremely supportive and caring. If you are in Siddharthanagar/Bhairahawa, then this is the best stay you can get. The rooms were also very clean; they were big enough to keep luggage and still move around. The toilets were clean too. I would definitely recommend Lacoul Inn.

Loved this place. The suite rooms on the top floor are outstanding. Staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Good spoken English. Food from the restaurant (and room service) is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a small problem with the hot water when I checked in but solutions were found.

Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot water was available via a hot water boiler. The bathroom was clean enough, although the silicone sealant needed a refresh. The room had a double and a single bed. The blanket and sheets were clean, although there was a slight damp smell. The mattress was medium firm and with the thick blankets, it was quite comfortable sleeping even in the cooler Feb/March weather. Breakfast was part of the package and had to be ordered, then brought to the room. The restaurant can also cook dinner. Location wise, the hotel is about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The main bus stand is 2 minutes walk away. The immediate area is quiet. The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk, or use the in-house restaurant.

Always our top choice! Excellent customer service. Very clean room & hotel environment is also very clean. Will recommend to friends & definitely will come back next time. It is near the airport & there is no airplane sound even when hotel located near the airport.
