The kitchen is fully equipped with what's needed. They provide a sponge, towel, and dish soap along with all the pots, pans and utensils. It has a microwave, stove top and small refrigerator. The room was clean although they do not have maid service unless requested. This is an aparthotel, so you provide your own toilet paper, except for the initial toilet paper provided. Also there is no iron or washcloths which is typical for France. They have towels upon request. There is a washer and dryer for a fee. The Metro is right across the street that can take you anywhere in Paris. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The shower is nice and there are a blackout shield on the window with a remote.This is my second stay here and I plan to stay here again.

Pas un secteur où on se sent en sécurité. Premier matin ont se fait réveiller par les cris d’une jeune femme dans l’allée devant notre chambre, deux hommes se battaient ont aurait dit une scène de film. Une heure plus tard un des hommes, le visage tout amoché était à côté de moi dans l’ascenseur de l’hôtel. Je n’étais pas très à l’aise. Autres points, il n’y a qu’un sèche cheveux pour tout l’immeuble! C’est un endroit assez bruyant le soir, beaucoup de gens crient, beaucoup de sirènes de polices. Il y a même eut un jeune homme qui s’est fait tirer dessus dans le quartier. Pas très rassurant. Bref la prochaine fois je paierai plus pour être dans un endroit plus sécuritaire. Seul point positif c’est très près du métro.

We’ve visited Paris a few times now so we decided to stay somewhere cheaper and not further from the city centre. This hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station so getting into the centre of Paris didn’t take long at all. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The reception staff were friendly, the room was adequate and good value for the price we paid. The hotel was also clean, secure and quiet and there was a secure luggage room where we could leave our cases while we made the most of our last day in the city. The only issue was the room was very warm at night so it was difficult to sleep. There was a fan provided in the room which helped a bit. We stayed in late April / early May and the weather was still quite cool.

Ok, it's great because it has a kitchenette - but we couldn't find any real shops near by - there may be some, but we didn't see them. However, great patisserie next door - went there every day for coffee and pastries. Gym was good to have and it is right across the street from a metro station, which goes right into the heart of Paris. They don't give you any change of towels - the desk person said ok, this one time (there are no towels in the gym), but generally not even if you ask. Weird.

A cozinha era bem equipada mas não ter secador de cabelo foi bem ruim, considerando que fomos no inverno. Ao questionar na recepção, fui informada de que poderia pegar emprestado por 1 hora o secador e devolver, mas quando pedi não poderia pegar pois a recepção fecharia em uma hora. Meio confuso e nada prático. O hotel fica muito muito próximo da estação de metrô, mas longe dos pontos turísticos de paris. Em frente ao hotel fica um shopping com um supermercado muito bom, com ótimos preços e uma variedade absurda de itens. Recomendo para quem ficará pelo menos de 4 a 5 dias na cidade e não se importa de levar um tempinho a mais para chegar nos pontos turísticos.

I really enjoyed my stay, it is in a great location; there is a mall across the street with a grocery store. The mall has plenty of restaurants and shops too. The Metro is also conveniently located across the street. The apparthotel is secure with an outside gate that locks and two additional locked doors. There is breakfast for a fee and a laundry room; the washing machines are 20 euros for one load and there are also dryers but I do not know how much that is. There is an app for the washer and dryer that can be controlled on your smartphone. The bed actually has an extra bed attached that pulls out but it is hidden and can be used for a second person. They provide toilet paper but you have to ask as well as extra towels. I was there for 8 nights and there was no housekeeping although I asked three times. The window has a shade with a remote to blackout the room which was very nice. There is a microwave, a refrigerator along with dishes pots and pans and utensils, they also provide a sponge, soap and two cloths. The shower was great. The front desk staff was very nice and informativeI. I loved the room and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is located directly across from a metro and bus stop so excellent for starting a journey to anywhere in Paris. Breakfast had plenty to offer, and the lady who took care of breakfast weekdays was lovely. We were on 13th floor, it was very quiet & peaceful. The room and bathroom were big enough, no service of any sort during our 5 night stay and we had to take the rubbish out. (No big deal). Little kitchen area is a great idea and well equipped. My biggest issue was mosquitos, I was unaware that could be a potential problem, but there were numerous in the bathroom and I was savagely bitten for 5 nights.

Very nice accommodation, but not so clean. We had a lot of mess on the floor and under the bed. We was waiting for room 1 hour because of cleaning :-))). So we got room at 4 p.m. (not in 3 p.m.). Bed wasn't so comfortable and it was so hot in the room. We got 2 pieces o toilet papiers for 2 persons and 5 days. Equipment of the room was excellent and the emmployees were so kind. Subway, supermarket and bakery next to the accommodation was excellent.

Great. Good reception. The only issue is that no cleaning service during our stay. The shower goes hot and cold. Sometimes it can get so hot. Overall very good place during the winter. Without AC or a fan, it can be very hot in the summer.

There is no ventilation in the room. You must sleep with the balcony door/window open. But the highway side is very noisy! It seems quite new, so weird it is not integrated in the building. Room is very clean. There is minimum staff in the hotel and no night reception.

2ème séjour dans cet établissement. Bien situé, propre, confortable. La kitchenette est un vrai plus. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Un seul bémol mais pas des moindres. Il fait très chaud dans la chambre et le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas. Nous avions déjà eu le même souci lors du 1er séjour dans une chambre différente.

Bed wasn't so comfortable and it was so hot in the room. We got 2 pieces o toilet papiers for 2 persons and 5 days. Equipment of the room was excellent and the emmployees were so kind. Subway, supermarket and bakery next to the accommodation was excellent.

Great. Good reception. The only issue is that no cleaning service during our stay. The shower goes hot and cold. Sometimes it can get so hot. Overall very good place during the winter. Without AC or a fan, it can be very hot in the summer.

The hotel is in front of the Metro, which makes moving around the city extremely easy if you don’t mind taking 30/40 minutes to get to the touristic area. The hotel room was clean, comfy, big, and with a nice balcony. We didn’t have any problems with the accommodation at all, excellent bathroom and kitchen. As we went on October, the lack of AC was not a problem. The staff was friendly and helped us with all of our needs. It’s a great option for people who are visiting Paris for 5 or more days.

J'ai passer 11 nuits et je suis vraiment déçu de l'hôtel j'ai pris une réservation avec taxes et frais inclus et une fois à l'établissement il m'on demander de payer en plus sous prétexte que c'était les taxes de séjours et ils ont refuser de comprendre donc faites attention à votre prochaine réservation, à la réception une dame m'as dis qu'on à ce problème de taxes avec les sites de réservation et on doit régler ça mais moi comme un client je ne suis pas responsable de vos soucis, j'ai contacter le site d'ou j'ai réserver et il m'on dis que l'établissement refuse de vous rembourser vos taxes. Très très déçu du management de prélever de l'argent en plus aux clients malgré que j'ai prix ma réservation avec taxes et frais inclus. A part ça la chambre était propre et agréable. Malgré que la chambre était bien mais je ne remettrais plus les pieds par principe et par malhonnêtetés de l'établissement.

There is no ventilation in the room. You must sleep with the balcony door/window open. But the highway side is very noisy! It seems quite new, so weird it is not integrated in the building. Room is very clean. There is minimum staff in the hotel and no night reception.

Clean, staff are helpful and is located in such a convenient location. Right oppose Gallieni metro station so it was insanely easy to go anywhere in central Paris and to get back to the hotel. I will definitely consider coming back here the next time I am in Paris

I really enjoyed my stay, it is in a great location; there is a mall across the street with a grocery store. The mall has plenty of restaurants and shops too. The Metro is also conveniently located across the street. The apparthotel is secure with an outside gate that locks and two additional locked doors. There is breakfast for a fee and a laundry room; the washing machines are 20 euros for one load and there are also dryers but I do not know how much that is. There is an app for the washer and dryer that can be controlled on your smartphone. The bed actually has an extra bed attached that pulls out but it is hidden and can be used for a second person. They provide toilet paper but you have to ask as well as extra towels. I was there for 8 nights and there was no housekeeping although I asked three times. The window has a shade with a remote to blackout the room which was very nice. There is a microwave, a refrigerator along with dishes pots and pans and utensils, they also provide a sponge, soap and two cloths. The shower was great. The front desk staff was very nice and informativeI. I loved the room and will definitely stay again.

Pas un secteur où on se sent en sécurité. Premier matin ont se fait réveiller par les cris d’une jeune femme dans l’allée devant notre chambre, deux hommes se battaient ont aurait dit une scène de film. Une heure plus tard un des hommes, le visage tout amoché était à côté de moi dans l’ascenseur de l’hôtel. Je n’étais pas très à l’aise. Autres points, il n’y a qu’un sèche cheveux pour tout l’immeuble! C’est un endroit assez bruyant le soir, beaucoup de gens crient, beaucoup de sirènes de polices. Il y a même eut un jeune homme qui s’est fait tirer dessus dans le quartier. Pas très rassurant. Bref la prochaine fois je paierai plus pour être dans un endroit plus sécuritaire. Seul point positif c’est très près du métro.

Chambre propre. Personnel accueillant. Un ventilateur fourni qui nous a été d'une grande utilité car il fait très chaud dans la chambre ( séjour en mai).

We’ve visited Paris a few times now so we decided to stay somewhere cheaper and not further from the city centre. This hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station so getting into the centre of Paris didn’t take long at all. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The reception staff were friendly, the room was adequate and good value for the price we paid. The hotel was also clean, secure and quiet and there was a secure luggage room where we could leave our cases while we made the most of our last day in the city. The only issue was the room was very warm at night so it was difficult to sleep. There was a fan provided in the room which helped a bit. We stayed in late April / early May and the weather was still quite cool.

A cozinha era bem equipada mas não ter secador de cabelo foi bem ruim, considerando que fomos no inverno. Ao questionar na recepção, fui informada de que poderia pegar emprestado por 1 hora o secador e devolver, mas quando pedi não poderia pegar pois a recepção fecharia em uma hora. Meio confuso e nada prático. O hotel fica muito muito próximo da estação de metrô, mas longe dos pontos turísticos de paris. Em frente ao hotel fica um shopping com um supermercado muito bom, com ótimos preços e uma variedade absurda de itens. Recomendo para quem ficará pelo menos de 4 a 5 dias na cidade e não se importa de levar um tempinho a mais para chegar nos pontos turísticos.

The hotel is located directly across from a metro and bus stop so excellent for starting a journey to anywhere in Paris. Breakfast had plenty to offer, and the lady who took care of breakfast weekdays was lovely. We were on 13th floor, it was very quiet & peaceful. The room and bathroom were big enough, no service of any sort during our 5 night stay and we had to take the rubbish out. (No big deal). Little kitchen area is a great idea and well equipped. My biggest issue was mosquitos, I was unaware that could be a potential problem, but there were numerous in the bathroom and I was savagely bitten for 5 nights.

Ok, it's great because it has a kitchenette - but we couldn't find any real shops near by - there may be some, but we didn't see them. However, great patisserie next door - went there every day for coffee and pastries. Gym was good to have and it is right across the street from a metro station, which goes right into the heart of Paris. They don't give you any change of towels - the desk person said ok, this one time (there are no towels in the gym), but generally not even if you ask. Weird.

Sejour et affaires Bagnolet est excellent comme hébergement court ou plus ou moins long séjour à Paris. They provide toilet paper but you have to ask as well as extra towels. I was there for 8 nights and there was no housekeeping although I asked three times. The window has a shade with a remote to blackout the room which was very nice. There is a microwave, a refrigerator along with dishes pots and pans and utensils, they also provide a sponge, soap and two cloths. The shower was great. The front desk staff was very nice and informativeI. I loved the room and will definitely stay again.

Em frente ao hotel, tem estação de metrô Galieni e um Shopping com um supermercado. Custo beneficio excelente devido a esses fatores e consegue se locomover ppr paris através do metrô que é mais barato que o uber ou bolt.

I am from California, and I have stayed at this location three times now. It is in a great location. There is a huge mall across the street that includes restaurants, a grocery store and shopping for clothes, shoes etc. The Metro M3 is also right across the street which is convenient to go anywhere you want. To the right of the hotel is a bakery with pastries, croissants, etc. but they are closed for a couple of months for the winter. To the left of the hotel is a restaurant. I love this hotel and will stay again.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and nicely arranged. The hotel is very close to the metro final station of the line number 3, which is a bit outside Paris central. Nevertheless, it is convenient enough to travel to the city centre via the metro network. The bus stop to/from the airport is also near the hotel. The room does not have an air condition, so it was extremely hot during the heat wave in the summer. There is no intercom in the room, so be mindful if you would have a guest/visitor/delivery. The staff is very helpful and accommodating what you need. Overall, it is affordable and a good hotel, and I will consider staying at this place again if there is air conditioner during the heat wave!
