Wonderful B&B in beautiful house. The garden is lovely, breakfast was excellent. Hosts Linda and Ken went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and are also great company.

Ken and Linda made me feel like I was staying with my wealthy parents! I am a single mom and was on a weekend getaway just for me. Linda was so accommodating with my morning meals! It was fun to meet the other travelers staying as well. The property is absolutely gorgeous so much detail and it felt very luxurious. I stayed in the blue bird room but will be going back to stay in the Rose room as it has a clawfoot bath tub. I shopped, dined and walked everywhere! 10/10 I came home recharged and so glad I booked where I did!

What a cozy place with beautiful touches. The garden in the back is so peaceful. The bed is comfy and my bathroom was luxurious. The managers even drove me to Wal Mart since i forgot how cold it is camping on the Katy Trail! And this was a very easy location to bike to!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Room was beautiful and very comfortable, as was the the entire house and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and far superior to what you get in most restaurants, let alone a hotel. The best part, however, was the hospitality. Ken and Linda go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions or anything else you might need. An absolutely delightful experience.

Top ten Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend. Wonderful location, very well maintained with many comfort amenities. Very clean. Ken and Linda are amazing hosts. Food was excellent.

We had an amazing time staying at this bed and breakfast. Everything was very clean. We were welcomed in with open arms and our hosts were very inviting! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay breakfast is excellent. The hosts are fantastic. Only downside is lack of clothes storage facility in the room I was in If I ever need a room in that area I will stay there again.

Linda and her Hubby were fantastic! We stayed in the Rose Room 🌹. It was simply gorgeous, comfortable, and quiet! Breakfast was out of this world! Ham, French toast, scrambled eggs, pear cranberry crisp, and almond shortbread cookies! Yummmmmmmmy! 10 out of 10 on everything!

Beautiful home with luxurious rooms. Slept so good in the high quality bed, so comfy. Spacious and private. Breakfast was generous and delicious!!! Very tasty and satisfying.

Oh my goodness. This place is fantastic! We stayed here for parents weekend at Mizzou. 20 minutes from Columbia and away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. We felt spoiled all weekend!

Top ten Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend. Wonderful location, very well maintained with many comfort amenities. Very clean. Ken and Linda are amazing hosts. Food was excellent.

Everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very close to Katy trail making it as easy as you could ask. Hosts were very nice, welcoming, and friendly.

Perfect place for a respite! Ken and Linda are charming hosts. The breakfast is wonderful - even served on china. Very clean and welcoming. We will go back.

Oh my goodness. This place is fantastic! We stayed here for parents weekend at Mizzou. 20 minutes from Columbia and away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. We felt spoiled all weekend!

Linda and her Hubby were fantastic! We stayed in the Rose Room 🌹. It was simply gorgeous, comfortable, and quiet! Breakfast was out of this world! Ham, French toast, scrambled eggs, pear cranberry crisp, and almond shortbread cookies! Yummmmmmmmy! 10 out of 10 on everything!

Linda and Ken are the best. Kind and gracious. The rooms are unique and lovely. The breakfasts are wonderful. Fresh fruit, egg and veggie fritata. Gourmet. Don't make the mistake of staying the night and leaving before breakfast!

Beautiful home with luxurious rooms. Slept so good in the high quality bed, so comfy. Spacious and private. Breakfast was generous and delicious!!! Very tasty and satisfying.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Room was beautiful and very comfortable, as was the the entire house and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and far superior to what you get in most restaurants, let alone a hotel. The best part, however, was the hospitality. Ken and Linda go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions or anything else you might need. An absolutely delightful experience.

Our B& B host were awesome. Friendly , talkative and very willing to be helpful with any reasonable need. Thank you Linda and Ken for the added touch to our mini-getaway. Breakfast was timely and fantastic. There are soft drinks and bottled water available as needed during our stay and the room treats left each day were very tasty. In fact, I asked about one particular treat and once we returned home, we made them ourselves. ( Dolly's Strawberry cake mix, 8oz whipping cream ,one egg & powdered sugar.....simply and tasty) I would recommend a stay here . The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and super bright WHITE. No issues with street parking in front of the B&B during any part of our 3 day/2 night stay. I don’t really have anything to point out that would need to be improved on, the Victorian charm of the B&B and its décor fit very well with the town of Boonville. Our main purpose of coming here was to visit Warm Spring Ranch and do two different tours of the Budweiser Clydes farm which is less than 15 mins away. Our morning walks ( 4 miles RT) on the Kathy Trail that is a few minutes walk from the B&B was very safe & peaceful

The owners Linda and Ken are so welcoming helpful and friendly you can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend I’ve stayed in the Blue Bird room and the Rose Room! Rose room is my favorite for the claw foot bath tub! I will hopefully make this a yearly stay!
