This property is at a very good location with a nice beach and several clean pools. Personnel is fine. The property is also clean overall. However, its main restaurant was invaded by flies during our stay. It was not possible to enjoy the food, especially the dessert which was always covered by several flies. This indicates an insensitive management to sanitation.

This was my second visit with the family and will not be last. Sherwood is perfect as usual. Thanks to all the staff making this place a wonderful area to the family holidays.

Location, Beach and mountains behind are surreal. Rooms in general are good even the ones without sea or pool view. Food is good but could be better, I think less options and better quality is better. Family rooms with sofa is much bigger than double or twin rooms. If a cool room is important to you make sure the AC is cool enough before accepting the room. This is a family with children resort so expect a bit of noise. I like late checkout because they let you extend and pay per hour- win win. Check the Wi-Fi signal in your room before accepting the room. Some room have poor Wi-Fi signal.

This hotel has all conditions to be top class. Fantastic location, beautiful architecture and park, thrilling water slides. The see is great around Kemer and the beach is fine, although with stones. However, some areas need considerable improvements (on the positive side, guest service is very attentive to client feedback and certain improvements were noted during our stay): 1 Sunbeds on the beach. At the beginning there were simply not enough. After a few days the put of additional sunbeds, without umbrellas though. Still, there was no beach staff, other than the ones giving towels. People reserved sun-beds with whatever they had, did not show up for half of the day, and the staff did not care. 2. Main restaurant. On the first days, I had the impression that most of the staff simply did not know what to do. Everyone was busy but it was very hard to get anyone to clean the table, bring drinks etc. Cleaning was weakest point. A couple of times I was the first to come for lunch, I tried at least five tables and they all looked as if someone had sitten there before. 3 Poor information. Key holder had QR code with a link, but in my view info was not sufficient and user friendly. Overall, we are rather positive for the price paid. We had to nice adjacent Laguna Superior rooms for the family of five. I recommend these rooms on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.

Fernseher ging nicht… Geschirr beim Frühstück grundsätzlich immer dreckig, so wie sämtliche Plätze . Abends etwas besser… Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und große Anlage . Das Personal ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist der Hammer. Ich habe alle Sherwood Hotels in der Türkei besucht. Das Essen hier ist einfach etwas besonderes. Sowohl Mittags, als auch Abends. Super Auswahl und sehr teuere Speisen. Jeden Abend gab es auch Fisch . In Deutschland hätte man allein formend essen täglich 80-150€ pro Person bezahlt. Wenn man die Sauberkeit in den Griff bekommt, ist das ein geiler Ort

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht mal gereinigt Erst nach Aufforderung Das Essen ist sehr schlecht. Servicepersonal ist sehr langsam. Rezeption ist einfach überlastet

Das Hotel ist insgesamt eine 3 von 5 Punkten.Es ist nicht sauber!Service ist sehr schlecht.Die Zimmer und das Hotel wurden sehr schlecht und günstig gebaut und ist komplett in die Jahre gekommen.

So not nice to look at and loud every single night til midnight. Our room was not cleaned every day and did not restock the fridge every day. We had a good time despite this but this is NOT a 5 star resort.

Upon arriving to the resort we were given a room with a broken airconditioner, when addressing the issue we had to wait almost 6 hours until we were given another room, the second room we were given had no hot water so the checkin wasn't until 11 pm. Spend over 10 hours until settled in our roo. That also had some broken hardware all over the room. Staff was not very friendly, anything we would order at restaurants or buffet we had to wait for a long time sometimes they would just forget and never bring it. Its definitely not a 5 star resort i would give it a solid 3 1/5 starts.

Cevre duzenlemesi cok guzel az katli binalarda kaldik. Yemek kalitesi ve cesitliligi tatmin edici. Calisanlar yardimsever guleryuzlu. Negatif taraflar odada hafif gider kokusu vardi, klimaya cok ihtiyac olmadi ama calistirdigimizda gurultuluydu.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec beaucoup de verdure mais pas mal de point a revoir notamment la chambre qui ne correspond pas à la réservation car je devais à la base avoir de 2 chambres + 1 salon mais à l'arrivée 1 chambre + 1 salon transformé en une 2 ème chambre donc complètement différent de ce que j'ai commandé. L'hôtel me demande de voir avec Hotels.com et vice-versa. Quand c'est pour encaisser c'est fait en 2mn mais dès qu'il y a un problème plus personne !!!

Overall a fantastic place. However, most rooms have something wrong. My sink was away from the wall and the patio doors were broken. They are going to need to spend some money in the coming years on all the rooms which all seem similar,!with similar problems.

Inden ankomst til hotellet forsøgte vi, at kommunikere med dem via mail eller per telefon. Glem det. Der var ingen kommunikation. Vi var på stedet for 3 år siden, så vi kan nemt sammenligne. Servicen er 100% i top, den daglige rengøringen kunne være bedre, men efter det blev påpeget, blev alt rettet op. Det samme gælder for minibaropfølgningen. Personalet er en sag for sig selv. Altid meget smilende, hjælpsom og der for dig, som gæst. Dette sagt, så er personalet, sammenlignet med ½for 3 år siden blevet MEGET dårligere til engelsk. Der var rigtigt mange gange, hvor man simpelt hen gav op, men at spørge eller forklare. Personalets sprogfærdigheder, bør opstrammes, hvis man gerne vil have europæiske gæster, med mindre man kan tyrkisk eller russisk. Ser man på maden, er der sket et kæmpe tilbageskridt. Tidligere var der temaaftener og i 10 dage i træk, skulle man være uheldig, hvis man blev "severet" det samme. Det var ikke tilfældet denne gang. Det var stort set de samme retter - i forskellige udførsler - man fik denne gang. Personligt savnede vi det store fiskebord. Der er masser af aktivitet for hele familien og fin underholdning hver aften. Keder man sig, er det ens egen skyld. Når alt er sagt og gjort op imod hinanden, er stedet klart langt over middel og kan VARMT ANBEFALES, hvis man vil have en ferie, hvor man bare kan slappe af og blive forkælet. Det er ikke sidste gang vi kommer der :-)

Everything was amazing. Having an uncomfortable stomachache after every meal was unpleasant. I expected the food to be better. I hope this can be improved. If so, everything would be perfect. Thanks a lot for everything.
