Our stay for myself and my sister. The hot tub is nice and hot, the pool was good and refreshing. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from, scrambled eggs, waffles, light syrup, yogurt, danish, muffins. My sister went out side to smoke, first her key didn’t work, she had forgotten which room we were in, front desk refused to tell her what room we were staying in.

We recommend this hotel overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There were enough basic options for breakfast that it definitely met our needs. We especially appreciated the waffles, boiled eggs, and cereal/oatmeal. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the hot tub did not work at all the last night of our stay and both the swimming pool and hot tub were dirty - the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see under water with or without goggles. Also- we think the chemical balance was off because two of our children opened their eyes under water and their eyes immediately started burning. We had to rush them to our room and rinse their eyes out with some contact solution. Their eyes were stinging all night, and they were bright red. That has never happened before to us while swimming! My kids swim a lot too, they were on swim team. So… everything was great, just beware of the pool and hot tub.

This place was so clean and so quiet of a place to stay. The hot tub was not up to par, the pool was great. The breakfast was mainly to go items with waffels. I would stay again due to being so clean, however the breakfast and hot tub was not up to my level.

Everything was great. There was a slight musty smell in the room like the filter on the air condion/heat unit needed changing or they mopped with a dirty mop or something. But other than that everything was great.

There were six cars in the parking lot when I arrive, that was my first red flag. The women at the front desk were not friendly, they were not very inviting, and for some reason they put me in a first floor room right next to the lobby. I’m not sure what logic went into that decision, an empty hotel and you put me in the one room or I may actually hear some noise. Anyway, back to the hotel, which was terrible. The place was filthy, it didn’t smell as if it had been cleaned for a while, the bedsheets and linens were not changed recently, floor, and the carpeting throughout the hallways, and in the rooms, awful deep, deep, stains, and very dirty like they hadn’t been vacuumed recently. I found half of a cookie on the floor so clearly somebody didn’t do their job. Overall, the place was a very dirty and unkept hotel, and I stay in a lot of hotels. I would sleep in my car during a snowstorm before I would take a room at this hotel.

We stay here every time we go in to see family. It is clean and smells clean and offers a great continental breakfast. It’s quiet and close to town. Great staff.

Liked the fact that they had multiple options for breakfast and the fact that everything looked recently renovated. Didnt like that we stayed in room 136 and our wing seemed to have a musty smell and room had a dehumidifier that we had to empty daily. This was not a huge issue. Staff was friendly, curtious, and very helpful.

This had to be one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in and we have been at 5* properties. It is older but the staff is excellent. Even the breakfast area and food re-supply was great.As soon as eggs / bacon were gone Lady was refilling and tables were wiped as soon as someone left. We were pleasantly surprised.

I found this property on Expedia. I am glad I found this to get away from the celebratory gunfire on New Years. The staff was very nice! The breakfast was good. It wasn't a lot of people there thank goodness. The room was really nice and clean. I was placed in room 200, the last room on that wing with no room to the left. It was so quiet. The only thing was that the floor under the carpet was a bit creeky.

Very nice, clean room. Non-slip bath mat was a nice addition. Plenty of outlets. Log in page for internet said we could only use one device for one day. When the person upstairs started the shower at 5:00 am it sounded like a bomb going off. Breakfast incleded nothing cooked.

We enjoyed our stay . We were on the first floor and when the people above took a shower…..the sound of the running water was extremely LOUD! We were thankful they showed earlier than later! Other than that nice place!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Very convenient to I-77 and Amish Country. This is an older hotel, but it was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable and the shower was amazing! Very quiet. We chose not to eat breakfast, so can’t comment on it truthfully. The whole hotel is carpeted, which we’re not a fan of, although there was no smells or staining in the room. The stairwell area carpeting did have stains and dirt & leaves, but it does open to the outside, so that is expected. Not a modern hotel, but we would stay again.

Room is setup very nice but carpet is torn in a couple of places. Still have to request housekeeping and it was done very poorly, sloppy. Employees standing in the hall on a their cell phones. Never anyone at the front desk. Wanted to stay an extra day, front desk said “ I don’t know how to do that.” Very poor customer service.

Nice and clean. Easy access to the highway and to Dover itself. Layout is a bit weird but you wouldn't notice it unless you were there for a longer stay

I have stayed at this hotel every time I visited my son at college. It was close to the highway stores and his apartment. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Very nice, clean room. Non-slip bath mat was a nice addition. Plenty of outlets. Log in page for internet said we could only use one device for one day. When the person upstairs started the shower at 5:00 am it sounded like a bomb going off. Breakfast incleded nothing cooked.

Our stay for myself and my sister. The hot tub is nice and hot, the pool was good and refreshing. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from, scrambled eggs, waffles, light syrup, yogurt, danish, muffins. My sister went out side to smoke, first her key didn’t work, she had forgotten which room we were in, front desk refused to tell her what room we were staying in.

This place was so clean and so quiet of a place to stay. The hot tub was not up to par, the pool was great. The breakfast was mainly to go items with waffels. I would stay again due to being so clean, however the breakfast and hot tub was not up to my level.

This was great choice! The property was well maintained and clean. Very nice for the price range. We would definitely stay again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection.

I'd give it 5 stars just for the staff. Our first room smelled badly of vomit in the closet. Right away we were given another room, which was greatly appreciated. However the 2nd room smelled very musty and of mold coming out of the AC. Housekeeping clearly didnt properly clean the walls of the tub. Dirt on it, and hairs of others still remained. We weren't sure if the linens were washed, everything was very wrinkled. I don't think we'll stay here again with our room experience, however the staff was absolutely amazing and so incredibly understanding and kind. Thank you for your help. I'd definitely look into have all your room AC units thoroughly inspected and deep cleaned, once that is taken care of it'll be a definite 4-5 star stay.

My room was adequate for a one-night stay. My only real complaint is that the mattress pad was loose and bunched up under the sheet, which was a little bothersome. Price was high, considering the less-than-stellar nature of the property.

The front lobby staff and the breakfast person were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately we had to ask for towels 4 times before we got fresh ones. Also, though we stayed for a week, no one offered to check our room in any way including taking out our trash. The pool was fun and well maintained. So, when you walk in the front door of the hotel, it says that it is a 100% smoke free facility. However, the room that we got was two doors down from one of the outdoor places where smoking was allowed. Cigarettes were not the only thing that was being smoked there and the scent was completely overwhelming in our room. We asked for a different room, but none were available, so for many of the days of our stay, the smoke overtook our room and our noses.
