Niseko Konbu Onsen Tsuruga Moku-no-sho

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way—from the facilities and staff service to the food. Right after booking, the staff reached out to check on my dietary restrictions, preferences, and how I was getting there (even offering a pickup). They were quick to reply to all my questions. When I arrived, check-in was done in a lounge with a nice welcome drink, and they kindly explained everything step-by-step. Needless to say, the room condition was amazing, and the food was served as a really clean, delicious course meal. Also, they warned me beforehand about potential construction noise, but honestly, it didn't bother me at all during my stay. It was the best trip ever, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the middle of fields/forest. Don’t expect much of a town to go to for a walk. You’ll be spending most of the time in the hotel building. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, it’s best to be very specific about what you can’t eat and write in Japanese if possible, to avoid misunderstandings. Overall the stay was ok but I found the interior design a bit on the darker side and not very cosy. It’s like instagram post come to life.

值得稱讚那裡的接待員工非常稱職及提供管家式的貼心服務, 幫忙解決了很多問題。

LOVED the private outdoor hot tub (露天風呂). Room was spacious and clean. We slept with the windows open to hear the running river. And the public bath was also quite nice. The food was a little pricey for the quality. But everything else was exceptional.

晚餐超贊！職員也非常好，可惜床太硬，暖氣太熱，房內溫度難調節。但整體也是超好的，推廣。
