Das Hotel liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nachteil: Leider ist das Zimmer sehr eng. Man kommt kaum ums Bett in das kleine Bad. Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht überein.

Fantastisk service. Lå midt i blinken for oss for to dagers opphold i Como. Enkel adkomst. God parkering med elbil lading. Vi leide privat båt med kaptein som holdt til bare 50 meter fra hotellet etter hotellets anbefaling. Det var verdt hver krone. Rent og pent. Frokost var ok+ til å være et så lite hotell.

Nice friendly hotel, good quality staff and excellent self-service breakfast. Well places a short walk up from the ferry which is a 2.50euro ride from Como, although buy your tickets ahead of time on line. Room and bathroom are OK comfortable bed, reasonable shower, plenty of places to eat, post office a short walk away and post cards can be obtained from local newsagent, a couple of doors way. I wasn't disturbed at night by any noised the AC in the room works very well.

Excellent location close to the ferry terminal, own secure surface car park. Lovely staff. Room an adequate size (not large) but all the easier for the air conditioning to chill! Will no doubt stay again, so clearly happy to recommend

Got 2 bedrooms and very spacious with much cleanliness. Great breakfast and nice staffs. Parking was nice and better price. Overall, great stay and recommend it for sure. If I come back to Como then I would prefer to stay here especially two bedrooms with family gives you more privacy.

Lovely spot in the heart of Cernobbio. Can walk to the park at the waterfront and hop on the ferry to any spot on Lake Como. It was spotless, the people were super friendly and helpful (and humored me for trying to speak Italian). It had the most delicious breakfast with a huge selection of items - scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, truly crispy bacon, along with a full assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, croissants, jams, cakes, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. And a coffee machine I would like to import for my kitchen. We all loved it. And, as my 12-yr-old pointed out, it’s across the street from a bakery AND a gelato shop. Perfetto!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The room was comfortable and quiet with pleasant view over adjoining garden and church. Hotel was very well located for ferry services and waterfront and breakfast was excellent. I am sure there are more glamorous places to stay in Cernobbio, but this fitted the bill and was reasonably priced.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The room was comfortable and quiet with pleasant view over adjoining garden and church. Hotel was very well located for ferry services and waterfront and breakfast was excellent. I am sure there are more glamorous places to stay in Cernobbio, but this fitted the bill and was reasonably priced.

It was a good 4* hotel. The reception staff were really helpful, the staff serving the breakfast worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Parking was easy enough. The hotel is within walking distance to the lake front and have a few good restaurants nearby. As there were no lifts in the hotel, their staff also offered to carry our luggages up the stairs when we checked in. Not sure if Covid has made people forgot about eco friendliness. We didn’t want to change our towels everyday but they seem too keen to change them each day!

It was a good 4* hotel. The reception staff were really helpful, the staff serving the breakfast worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Parking was easy enough. Cancelled my stay before arriving but was not able to get any form of reimbursement. I had significant mental health issues that prohibited me from coming to Milan from the states. It seems like this company does not take mental health seriously.

Cancelled my stay before arriving but was not able to get any form of reimbursement. I had significant mental health issues that prohibited me from coming to Milan from the states. It seems like this company does not take mental health seriously.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The room was comfortable and quiet with pleasant view over adjoining garden and church. Hotel was very well located for ferry services and waterfront and breakfast was excellent. I am sure there are more glamorous places to stay in Cernobbio, but this fitted the bill and was reasonably priced.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The hotel was ten minutes walk from the ferry stop. Como was about a 10 minute ferry ride from Cernobbio.

Excellent location close to the ferry terminal, own secure surface car park. Lovely staff. Room an adequate size (not large) but all the easier for the air conditioning to chill! Will no doubt stay again, so clearly happy to recommend

Lovely spot in the heart of Cernobbio. Can walk to the park at the waterfront and hop on the ferry to any spot on Lake Como. It was spotless, the people were super friendly and helpful (and humored me for trying to speak Italian). It had the most delicious breakfast with a huge selection of items - scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, truly crispy bacon, along with a full assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, croissants, jams, cakes, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. And a coffee machine I would like to import for my kitchen. We all loved it. And, as my 12-yr-old pointed out, it’s across the street from a bakery AND a gelato shop. Perfetto!

Really good location in Cernobbio, close to restaurants, ferry and the lake. Cernobbio is also a nice little town, not to crowded and hectic. Nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast and really good service from their friendly staff.

Nice friendly hotel, good quality staff and excellent self-service breakfast. Well places a short walk up from the ferry which is a 2.50euro ride from Como, although buy your tickets ahead of time on line. Room and bathroom are OK comfortable bed, reasonable shower, plenty of places to eat, post office a short walk away and post cards can be obtained from local newsagent, a couple of doors way. I wasn't disturbed at night by any noised the AC in the room works very well.

On the arrival with Ekle at the desk to the departure with Gessica. All very professional made our trip relaxing and comfortable. The morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff very attentive. We would definitely return.

Got 2 bedrooms and very spacious with much cleanliness. Great breakfast and nice staffs. Parking was nice and better price. Overall, great stay and recommend it for sure. If I come back to Como then I would prefer to stay here especially two bedrooms with family gives you more privacy.

A 5 minute walk to the lake. A convenient location with plenty of dining and sightseeing nearby. Easy access to the ferry if you want to pop over to Bellagio or any number of places (or access a private lake tour by boat). The hotel has (limited) onsite parking which was nice as I drove to Lake Como. Lobby and dining area are appear recently renovated and are welcoming. I stayed on the top floor with a room that had a lovely vaulted ceilings. Air-conditioning worked great. Access was odd as you couldn’t use the elevator to get to the suite which means stairs are a must for a flight and a half. Outside the unit was a nice communal patio (the floor below has one too). Noise carried through the door when people were using the stairs, however was quiet overall. One thing I didn’t like about the suite was the odd placement of this chair in the corner that looked broken - it may have been convertible to another bed…
