This apartment is super old; the furniture is actually breaking and everything is covered in dust. I offered housekeeping a tip to clean and vacuum the room, but they got furious and told me to find another place to stay. To make matters worse, the two elderly men at reception do nothing but scream. They don't speak English and refuse to even look at my phone for translations or drawings, which I used to try and ask for basic things like towels and toilet paper. They are extremely rude and hostile. Also, make sure to bring plenty of insect repellent and bug spray. The place has a severe infestation of mosquitoes and flies; they flood both the bedroom and the living room. You have to constantly spray the areas and chase them around to kill them all day if you don't want to end up being eaten alive by insects at night

We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Underground parking is available, but it not included in the rate and is quite expensive. The aparthotel is located in a socialist-style high-rise residential neighbourhood, with narrow and potholed street, but we found a free parking place, albeit with difficulty.
